I have been going to them since 2014 and to this day I wouldnt go anywhere else.. They do very good work, and their salon is always clean. The nail salons where I would go before my nails would even last the full 2 weeks. Here they last a month with no chip or anything.... Highly recommend them

This place needs a pest control agent! ROACHES EVERY WHERE!!! How is this place sanitary at all!? It needs to be shut down. Never been so disgusted and i was just waiting for my girl to get done. The workers as rude, use profanity and will talk bad about you like you arent there. Ive never wanted a business to fail so bad in my life. Dont walk away from here RUN!!!

If I can give this a 0 I would, there timing is horrible with clients, there customer service is horrible honestly. They said to give them 10/15 minutes while I decided to wait an hour. I just got up and left

I started to come here since May thanks to my sister in law recommended it to me since shes been coming for years. Service is quick and the staff is great. I would recommend both Kenny & Emma which are the owners.

When I first looked at the place online i was terrified. I didnt know how it was on the outside. All i saw on the picture that described the outside was an elevator and some stairs. After looking at the reviews and calling a million times i was calmer. Me and my friend were getting the nails and her criticizing me, was not helpful. I wanted to please her since that was my first time getting the nails. We found the place and my nails turned out awesome. the wait was long since we got late for our appointment. The people are friendly and patient.

The 5 stars is basically 4 stars (5 actually) for the manicurist and an extra one just for the really nice receptionist, besides that it is a very typical VERY loud/noisy Hispanic, mostly Cuban, nail salon. so so so happy with my nails, definitely worth the wait and noise just to do my nails with Alice!!! She is literally the drip queen! I was so impressed by how meticulous and very professional she is doing nails. I was her last appointment of the night and she treated me like the very first. Super patient, nice and very detailed oriented and up for the design challenge. She is also pretty fast but without being sloppy! I honestly loved my experience with her and would definitely go back to do my nails with her! Right on time for spooky Halloween season. She honestly should have her own salon one day! The receptionist was also very nice and helpful the entire time!

I asked for an appointment to not have to wait for so long.. I get there never wrote down my appointment they said I did make one when I even called at work to make one. They completely changed prices around. They first tell you one price over the phone and charge you a different price when you get there. Completely disappointed.

Ive been going here for about 2 yrs, and its the only place where Ive always liked how my nails are. Ive had friends not like it but I continue to come because I like the variety they give the customer for the nails.

Very expensive and inconvenient

The service was quick, but the ambience is very ghetto and the type of music/videos played makes you feel that you are at a strip club not to mention super loud. The equipment used was not very clean, especially the pumice that is used for the feet its is reused without being disinfected. Scary you can easily catch fungus.

I’ve been going here since I was really young maybe since I was in 6th grade and now I’m a junior in highschool. It’s crazy but I could never change nail salons in just upset I moved to another state which is why I don’t ever do my nails anymore ;( LOVE EMMA AND KENNY ❤️❤️ They just always make you feel at home like a family!!

I have had such a horrible experience I did my nails about one week ago, and I had felt a pain on my pinky and my middle toe on my foot I said I wasnt able to wait to do them again so I took them off at home, as soon as I did the whole nail bed just ripped off from my pinky and middle toe.... one thing I noticed about this place was it was not a clean place at all they re use everything nothing seems to be sanitized.. I will never go back to this salon again.

So this review is wayyyy over due I’ve basically been going to this nail salon for over 8 years lol. Best nail salon I’ve ever been too. My favorite nail tech is Emma which I will literally wait hours for that’s how good she is. But besides that I highly recommend Kenny, his mom and Alice. I live in homestead and will literally drive an hour to get my nails done here. From the service to the prices to the work I wouldn’t trade them for anywhere else!

Receptionist gave my 2:00 appt away because I was 5 minutes late didn’t even call me or text me. Why ask for my number if you aren’t even gonna use ? This makes me very upset because I have waited for hours before to get attended with no complaining just patiently waiting for my turn, for me just being 5 minutes late when they have waited over 20 minutes for other people’s appts very unprofessional never doing my nails here again.

Loved the nail person I had.Very nice but the wait was super long and even saw some bugs.the paint job wasn’t the best but like how my nails came out

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for more than 5 years. But today I was completely disappointed not only for the poor nail work done by a new tech, but because of the nasty attitude and customer service that was given back from the co owner or owner whatever she is Emma. I’ve heard they treat their employees horrible and I never believed it until today. It’s sad to see a family ran business give nasty attitude to their long time customers. The point wasn’t even about not paying for nails.

I have been coming here since high school more than 11 years !! Only place where I’m truly satisfied having my nails done . Emma & Alice have always done my nails and when they are not available I don’t mind doing them with anyone else, it’s not just a business for them they always try to satisfy there clients need, clean place and very family friendly!!

My mom said she it’s not over more because of Ashley she put her friend before my mom and she was waiting for an hour and was to suppose to be next my mom was customer before she was working by pro nails since 4 years ago the another girl (long hair ) is better so sweet Thanks

The longest wait times ever!!!!!! 1 Hour and 45 Minutes waiting for a regular Mani & Pedi. This is rediculous being third in line 🤷🏻‍♂️ They don’t even allow call ahead to be put on the list. From 3rd in line to almost 2 hours waiting? This is ridiculous. The lady didn’t even take all the skin on my cuticles off.

Yuvinka was my tech and she was very nice and did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and gel manicure.

Worse nail salon I ever experienced. I called and made an appt for 5:30 I get there early. Note before I got there I told the receptionist I had a very busy long week and need her to assign me to someone who does pedicures really good my feet are swollen. So when I get there, some ghetto loud women gives me my pedicure let alone doesnt speak any English what so ever and she gives me freezing water for my feet. Ive been getting pedicures for over years and never in my life did any of the nail techs ever use Cold water always been warm and or hot and if I wanted it warmer they would add more hot water like a real tech suppose to do. I had to go threw a customer to translate and the nail tech didnt seem to care at all and did a horrible job on my feet, service sucked. Then when it came to getting my nails done, I had to wait and the receptionist said it will be a few minutes so I told her ok Ill be outside to smoke a cigarette 5 minutes I come back she said oh I couldnt find u so I gave your spot to someone else meanwhile shes the one who told me it would be a few minutes, I was there for 2 hours just to get a pedicure and fullset and the customer service sucked. I complained to the manager and he gave me an attitude and had every excuse in the book about the cold water saying we run on electric machines and etc didnt care about how I felt or trying to make it better or even apologize. I will never go there again or would never recommend anybody to go there. Seriously worse nail salon I ever experienced. People were loud and acted like animals there.

Super fast and nice service! Love how my gel acrylic came out ! They open sundays, which is a big plus for me and close at 4pm !!!! Prices are not high, overall my experience along with my mothers is a grantee 5 stars ✨!

The first time I write a review for bad service, that is, my expectations are not that high. I arrived at the place and everything seemed normal, but when they finished with my feet that I checked everything was wrong, they did not clean them properly, they did not file well, the paint spread everywhere, in conclusion first failed. Already disappointed with the arrangement of the feet, I go to the front to wait for another girl to fix my hands, during that wait the zoo began. They began to yell at each other and the music, not to mention it, all the videos with half-naked women very classic and relaxing. My friend who decided to go with me was doing gel on her hands and they did not know how to paint or remove cuticles, this was already the second girl doing not a very good job. Finally Im going to do my hands with gel, I thought that the girl was going to surprise me since I affirmed with me that the work done on my feet and that of my friend on her hands had been bad work, but again I was wrong. His pliers were not cutting properly and he hurt me trying to cut. It does not matter, I just want them to be well painted and I continued with good aptitude, but once again total disappointment and as if that were not enough they put me the wrong color.

I was delighted. The girls who attended me are very sweet, an excellent treatment. I recommend Marla and Yoba.
