This is my go to place. Everyone is extremely friendly. The prices are beyond reasonable for everything you get. I was so relaxed during my pedicure. I had individual attention from the person that gave me mine.

Don’t go here they are horrible they sold the place to new owners and the new owners don’t know how to do nails by the second day my nails we’re breaking and my hair was getting attached to them I had to wait a week to go to them to complain because I don’t have time with work and when I came in they wanted to charge me after I had explained what was going on I still had to pay again and when I left the following day the same thing happened my nails we’re broken don’t waste your money or time

Update 10/2019.... Used to go to this place for the past 4 years. About 3 months ago looks like they sold the place to someone else because all the employees are different and the service is just awfull. I give then a chance not once but 3 times and every experience was horrible, I got cuts on my skin, the main lasted not more than a week and my nails started breaking apart .Sadly I decided to go to a different place. NEVER AGAIN!OLD REVIEW:Great service. Been going there for the past 3 years and their work is great. Probably not a luxury place but service and quality is awesome

Dont even waste your time! I tried this place for the first time because my usual place was really busy and I had forgotten to make an appointment and I really needed my nails done for work.. I should of just waited! I went in for dip manicure and a pedicure. The moment I sat on the chair the part where you place your feet started actually breaking apart, the round part that circulated the water fell off and was just popped back into place. They barely had options for dip power. My feet were scrubbed super harshly and I actually started bleeding on the side. And the worse part of all was the pedicure oh my gosh I wish I would of seen it better and spoken up. There were nails that got rubbed and the guy said he fixed it but when I looked it close with light I was horrified. My manicure was done very badly too. Regret coming in 100%

Last time I went I had a gel manicure, it was on for the first 2 days in the 3rd day all of my nails had cracks on the gel. I went back to get it fixed, I was hoping they would re do completely the polish but no, they added more polish on top of the cracked gel! The guy made a comment saying I cracked the gel. I was so made I commented back that it was me it was the poor quality polish or his bad technique. In conclusion the new manicure was cracked again in less than a week and I had to get them done again at another place

Great experience staff is very nice, nails look great!!I did a dip ombré and I really liked the quality of work. The place may need a face lift but it makes up for it with great customer service

I have been coming to this place for years I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERY EMPLOYEE ❤️ They are the best at what they do honestly. Every time I ask for a certain design or nail trendy look they make it look so easy and beautiful!! Highly recommend!

Awful! I had stopped going to Nice Nails a long time ago because the staff was awful but today I had a time crunch and they were available to do my pedicure right away. The guy who helped me asked which pedicure I wanted. I told him the basic which was $20. Then he tried to keep my nail polish. When I went to pay I said why are you charging me $26. He said I told him that was what I wanted. I said I even pointed to what I wanted. The language barrier is awful. I will never ever go back.

Andi was amazing! I got a pink and white full set with a pedicure and eyebrows! They did such a great job! Highly reccommend to anyone who visits Miami!

I am super dissapointed with this place after me been going over there bieeekly for over 4 years and being waiting for them (kelly and her husband) “the owners” for couple of hours because they took people in between my mani and pedi, just because they took me for granted now they start using cheep nail polish that felt off by itself after 2 days, now they got mad on me and put a new guy to do my nails and it was a total disaster, just because I told them about how bad was my last service on which they charged me $83Those people are way to far from been honest, professional and they are even going low (pretty low) on higiene, reason why I will not go back anymore, see how bad was this manicure that I was bleeding for more than 2 hours 👎👎👎

Sometimes you may have to wait a while for a chair to open up but aside from a possible long wait depending on the day/time ir number of employees not a bad olace at all! Ask for Kelly if possible!

Totally agree with Chinita!I used to go to this nail salon but walked out bc they were so rude and always have a mean look on their faces. Now its the worst nail salon! Would not recommend!
