Minerva is the best one!! She always does what I ask her and she does it perfectly!!

Clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment. They have a nice set up, I like the decor, and they have a nice selection of polish. The ladies are great, and I like to chat with them. They are sweet. Ive gotten the gel polish and it has lasted for over 2 weeks! The only reason why I dont give the 5 star is because its a pretty basic service of cleaning, cuticles removed, trim, file, lotion application, and the polish with with base and top coat. All of that has always been well executed, but what was missing for me was the little luxurious extra details that are part of a mani-pedi in other places. Those are the salt scrub, a hot towel, and a proper foot and hand massage. Im a happy returning customer, but those little extra details would raise the bar for me and would put them at 5 star status.

I went about 3 times to this nail salon. Every timeI went in the pool the Builder they applied completely came off. I changed to dip powder. Not only did that completely come off during my beach vacation but when I tried to removed what was left it did not melt off as dip powder should. I have switched salons and have not had any issues with dip. This is an expensive nail salon using poor quality products. I definitely do not recommend.

Do not recommend and will not be returning. Came in for a full set and my nails not only look awful but also took two hours. The lady complained the entire time of how she’s only making $15 for two hours because I didn’t want no chip. I’ve never been anywhere where a full set takes 2 hours nor where the staff complains the entire time not just to me but to the entire mail salon.If my nails looked good after two hours I wouldn’t be as upset but they look just awful.

This is a very elegant, great taste nail salon. Terry does the acrylic nail, she is meticulous and does a great job. The salon is very clean and Covid 19 proof, all measures in place. I totally recommend this salon.

Patricia has been my go to here for about 2 years!! Always does such a great CLEAN job. And my gel nails last 2+ weeks. She takes her time and makes sure to do good work. This has been my favorite local nail studio for so long and can always count on a great experience. Very clean and calm ambiance.

They’re busy and full for a reason, this is a Miami lakes stable. They treat you like family the moment you walk in. I came in needing a gel manicure ASAP and Dayana was available, she did Ana amazing job. Cleaned my nails and painted my gel thin the way I like them. I was able to get my feet done last minute, she also gets all junk off your feet. She’s new here, but knows what she’s doing! Totally recommend her!

Since I returned to Miami Lakes Ive started going to this place. Its clean and they follow Covid19 protocol furthermore; the nail tech I go to (Patricia) is a perfectionist who ensures your Mani/Pedi is on your point! Put it this way, I have a standing appointment every two weeks.

I found this nail salon a year ago and have not moved from here. I always schedule my appts with Maritza and super love her!!!!, But Ive tried a few others nail technicians and they are all really good. Totally love the salon / staff super friendly/ modern/ love the decoration and how they make your experience feel like a real spa experience. Also super clean!!! And hygienic, which it so important!!! Try this salon, you wont regret it😉

Today was my second time visiting Signature Nails II and both times I was greatly satisfied. This means a lot because I have extremely high standards when it comes to nail and hair care. However, Ana delivered great skill and customer service both visits.The receptionist is also very kind and helpful. Ana was fully booked for the day, however the reception took down my info in case of cancellations. She called me back and was able to get me scheduled with Ana for today. She was also very kind in person as well.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because you can not leave a tip on a card. You either have to have cash or CashApp.After 4 years of living in Miami, I am so happy to have finally found a place and nail tech I can call home.

I went back to do my mani and pedi after almost 2 years due to my busy schedule. I was doing my nails myself but since now I have a little more flexibility, I decided it was time to take care of my mani and pedi professionally. I was nervous because I was told that the lady that used to do my nails was no longer there. The lady on the phone gave me the appointment with Tere. I was really nervous and waited until my nails were done to judge her work since I am extremely picky specially when it comes to gel manicure. I loved her work! Tere did a really good job! I love it! She is detailed, careful and takes her time making sure she does it right but at the same time she works quick. From now on, she will be my go to person. Thank you Tere! Great job!

If I can give 0 STARS I would. I figured this is in Miami lakes, I live near by, and even though I read horrible reviews, I said it can’t be that bad. Come to find out I arrive and asked for acrylic full set and pedicure. The First Lady attending a customer tells me to come another day, that they only have 1 nail that does acrylic and can’t today. Mind you there was no one else waiting. I read the back story on the owners who are brother. I hope this read this and see what a poor job their employees are doing ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Amazing service! Juliette is very nice and helpful! I dont speak Spanish ( everyone else there does) but I feel more than welcomed here. Lauren has made my nails grew so long . Everyone keeps asking me who does my nails now! It is worth the money .

Amazing service my nails came out better than they have in a long time! Ive been on the hunt for a new nail lady and I found her!! She took her time but it was worth it. The manager I think even offered me a shot of Cuban coffee which was very much needed! Love it. 10/10 Ill be back for my fill in asap!!!

I have been doing my nails for years, and this is the ONLY place Ive come back to time and time again. I wont get my nails done anywhere else. Fantastic and skilled technicians, friendly staff, clean and relaxing location, and you always feel like you got what you paid for. They even have daily happy hour w free wine! I dont drink but I think its so cute that they do that.

I have been going to Signature Nails for a little over a year now. It is very clean, the ladies are very professional, and everyone is always so friendly! My girl is Elena. I always go to her no matter what. Every nail tech is very capable, but Im so attached to Elena - I would wait forever for schedule to open up. She is a TRUE perfectionist. She doesnt just rush your mani and say it looks fine. She literally looks at EVERY detail, and ask you to check it before she continues. She takes her time, and when she does my gel it last 3 weeks. One time it last a month without one chip! Definitely a top class place. Im very happy with the service and I love Elena! You will too! Call early, at least a day in advance.

I went to Miritza for a dip manicure and it was wonderful. She really took her time and even though they were closing she didnt rush. She really did a beautiful job. Very satisfied.

Came in today on a Monday for a full acrylic set and was told no one scheduled does acrylic sets on Monday’s . What kind of Nail Salon/Spa does not have at least ONE nail tech that does acrylic/powder sets? Answer: This type of salon and it’s in Miami Lakes which is insulting because of the area you would think businesses would be on their A game . Such a disappointment won’t be back ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

My sister made an appointment for our mom here today. She wanted to pay for her nails to surprise her and the owner refuse to take the payment over the phone because he said it’s an inconvenience. Very disappointed!

I started my experience with signature II nails as a walk-in and I have been going to them ever since. They are amazing and my nail technician Minerva is the best! My nails always last 2wks with her. I wouldn’t switch her for anyone else. I would also highly recommend Terre as well . She shapes my eyebrows perfectly.

Very dissatisfied after going to this place for so long I was told they couldnt do my pedi n mani anymore because the average time they take with each client is 1 1/2 and with me they take 2 hours because i have ingrown nail Im highly offended and find this to be dicrimination.This is not a free service I pay my money biweekly when i go to do pedi n gel mani regardless how long it takes I am a paying costumer is not my fault the person who does my nails takes 2 hours with me I feel so awful and i will never go back to this place. Shame on the owner and the manager for for having a conversation amongs people and a random person overheard that he was gonna stop take appointment and business from me. These are the type of people that are running businesses that dont focus on quality but whos the next one in line for a sloppy job because the next one is waiting.

Ive been trying to find a nail place for a very long time, I was recommended this place and it looked very nice upon arrival, everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately I will never be going back, I know one new client lost isnt a big deal because Im sure they make plenty of money. So these are my reasons as to why Im not going back, as the nail person was doing my nails she wouldnt stop complaining about my skin, yes I stress easily and Im currently planning a wedding so the skin around my nails arent the prettiest, two she didnt at all shape my nails the way I asked her too. Also, she put such a thick layer of the acrylic that just one week of having the nails three of them just fell off. Also I got the OPI funny Bunny color as its my favorite, just a few days after the color started to turn yellow. Everyone has their opinion and others have better experiences but as for me, I wont be going back. Paying $50 for just nails that not only turned another color, but fell off just after a week. No thank you.

Hi, im Ailyn. I had an appointment for Saturday 3/24 and i called Saturday morning to reschedule to Sunday because i knew i wasnt going to be able to make it. When i called, I spoke with the manager himself, and he gave me an appointment for 3/25 at 10:15am. I arrived 5 mins early. The receptionist (who isnt the regular Mon-Fri lady) kept letting other people in front of me. She then had to ask around and squeeze me in. fine. Then, i was told someone was going to do my wax while i wait. We went to do the wax, and the wax wasnt turned on. Then, i was told to get ready for my pedicure, so they put my feet in to soak. No one is paying attention, and the water literally overflowed and i had to tell the receptionist HELLO HELLO for someone to notice, while she was oblivious to it and texting on her phone. the management here is normally really goo d and ive been coming to this salon for months now. But, i was sitting in the pedicure chair for 30 MINUTES, and i got up and walked out. Other people were being sat down for their appointments, but what about the one i made?? no one told me it was overbooked, and its not my problem. I will NEVER return to this salon.

I always go to this room and get ready with Minerva. Is the best! The room is always very clean and the atmosphere is super good.

I do not recommend it, they have very old enamels, my pedicure lasted only 1 day because then the tips began to peel, very poor quality gel polish, they use very cheap products. They just need to renovate everything and be more professional, I just liked the decoration on the walls.
