The lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful. 1st she didn’t ask what i wanted then said i couldn’t get what i want. I told her what i wanted and she said she did that but she visibly didn’t and they were hideous. She started to get smart and disrespectful when i nicely said i didn’t like them & she kept telling me i was wrong. She was very unprofessional and i do not recommend at all. I believe it was one of the owners apologized for her and was very kind. The nail tech cut me with the drill and argued with me about taking off the design and was rough with my hands. She started yelling at me to get out after she kept saying things to me when i repeatedly asked her to take them off.

I’ve been doing my nails here for almost 10 months.NOT COMING BACK!!!! Decided to go today to do my Gel Manicure. First of all the board with the prices they have is wrong....It says $28 for gel manicure, they always charge me $29 but I didnt say anything, not gonna make a big deal for $1. I went by today and a new lady did my manicure and after I was done I gave her my card, mind you I was expecting to be paying $29 as always (had the tip on cash) they charge me $34 without letting me know, when I ask her why, she said to me that she was charging me for the wrapping to remove my gel polish. To me that was insane and mind blowing ...Charge me to remove a nail polish that I already paid???? the previous time I came and you guys did my nails...That doesnt make any sense to me. Taking my money somewhere else.

They are unprofessional and unorganized. I signed the list to get a service but they will put people before you for a eyebrow wax or a different smaller service. I waited for almost 2 hours. No one gave me an approximate wait time either. They hardly acknowledged me. Will NEVER go back.

They’re not professional when it comes down to manners and service. They didn’t know how to file my nails evenly, and left a gap between my nail and acrylic. I left it like that because it was urgent for me to have my nails done, but leaving a gap like that can cause fungus!!!! On top of that they overcharge for anything.

My niece went to the shop to get her eyelashes done she left thinking everything was fine immediately the lashes started falling off piece by piece returned the shop the staff was very rude told my niece she wasn’t gonna give her a refund and if she did her policy was 3 days?? (Who does that?) most people would prefer you to come right back if the services they provided is wrong. She refused to give my niece her $25 and to make a long story short at the $10 was offered which my niece declined to take. You can’t take something from someone and think you will get away with it God sits high and he’s watching!!! I will NEVER patronize their business again!!!! The pricing has fluctuated it’s ridiculous but this is the end!! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!!

It was a busy day for them but love how my nails came out. Definitely will be coming back to them!

Ive been getting my nails done here for three years now, awesome staff with great experience!

They are rude! They act nice just to keep adding to the bill. When you realized at the end you have to pay 100. They dont even have regular color nail, just so you dont have option than to get gel color. The lady is always trying to take advantage of people. I left my mom just for refill and when i came back she took the nails off and did the nails again so instead of $16 she charged $30. I hope inspectors can come and check this place!! Rudeeee place!!!!!

I take my mom every week or every two weeks to get a manicure. Most of the time it is a long wait, the staff is loud and very unprofessional. The last time I went there, last week, I arrived 30 minutes early, parked in front of the door and waited. They arrived almost 40 minutes late. My 87 year old mother was in the van because she is disabled. Two Hispanic females came up after us and were waited on before us. When I said something the technician only laugh. Her name was Hanna. The young man that normally does my mom nails proceeded to do a pedicure on someone else. I never thought they were BIAS and PREJUDICE until I experienced​ it first hand. I got up and went somewhere else. I do not patronize an establishment that treats us like that. How embrassing and unprofessional.

I always pass by in this nail salon, so I decided to try the service from entering the salon they just stare at you. I did mani and pedi they don’t clean and did not remove my cuticles, Kim cut my skin and it was bleeding the polish is a mess. Won’t coming back anymore not worth it for the price.

Staff professional and good service

Every time I get a pedicure from them, my big toe nail breaks. Its something about them. Before I started going there when I went somewhere else, this would never happen. They do not sterilize the instruments.

Had a bit of a wait. There are some rough spots in my nails that keep catching my hair which is a little annoying. Other than that, no complaints.
