Very nice place of business, very flexible salon schedule. I had a pleasant experience with these ladies, however before being serviced I informed the nail tech that one of my nails was cracked and she did not properly repair it which then caused my nail to crack completely in half the very next day. On top of that I paid extra for rhinestones that didn’t even last a week. And when I was charged the lady had the nerve to say “no tip?” I used cash app to tip the young lady, but wow don’t force a tip on ppl! I was only visiting for a few days. My nails look terrible. They were cute when I left.... this is not quality work at all. Now I have to pay again to have my nails redone!

CallMe crazy but your not packed, it’s not closing time and you ask me if I speak Spanish and I reply no . You then tell me you have no availability? Wouldn’t that been the first thing you advise me before asking what language I speak ? I did this on purpose because I didn’t believe a friend who this happened to her as well. Please take your business else where . By the way I do speak Spanish .

All the times that I have been they have treated me very well but today something completely wrong and unprofessional happened, I arrived at the salon and supposedly a girl who had not arrived should attend me and I sat down to wait, another girl who was there had been canceled and decided to attend Someone else who came and said I have come to do my nails but I do not have an appointment, so I told the manicurist that it was canceled, are you going to treat me? And she told me that no other is coming that is going to attend to you, supposedly she should attend to me who was first instead of leaving me waiting, I perceived that she did not want to attend to me and I decided to retire, owner of the business, watch over your interests, which are the clients and teach the staff how things should be done.

Awesome service and very professional they try the best on satisfying the customer. I went to this place today because it was my anniversary and I took a picture of what I wanted and they did an amazing job !

I must say I absolutely love this nail salon every time I get my nails done I’m never disappointed. They are very clean and chic. They have OPI and DND nail polishes they have variety of colors. They also provide waxing and facials. There hours are great. Due to COVID they are taking walk in customer but you need to sign in and wait in your car. Everyone must wear mask in the salon and wait until they get called in. Lastly and most importantly the girls are very professional and work amazingly I must say I have sat with all the girls and they do a great job.

Went here with my fiancé because we were leaving the next day to Colombia and our regular nailPlace was closed. First they took like 2 hours and a half to do our nails and feet and I don’t mean between waiting I mean literally that’s how long they took then 3 days later my fiancé had TWO nails fall off with out even doing nothing. The lady who did my nails caked acrylic on my nails like crazy!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place. The ladies were very nice and attentive just the work and the time sucks bad.

Great experience at Mia Nail Studio! I went with both of my daughters and we were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and the color selection was amazing. Also best prices in town. You won’t be disappointed! Definitely coming back here!

This is my first time EVER writing a bad review but I’m upset at the situation at this point. The lady’s at this salon are extremely lazy and never want to work. I’ve experienced it first hand when clients call into the salon to see if they have availability and they say they are busy when the salon is empty. I’ve been there when the girls complain about people walking in. I’ve been there to see them tell clients they are about to close when there are still 3 hours or work left.. (according to their posted schedule). I’ve been there to see them fight over who’s gonna take the client and who isn’t. I walked in to get my nails done yesterday and they told me they didn’t have anybody to do them when there was an employee sitting down on her phone. These lady are very unprofessional and don’t ever want to work. Take your money some place where you won’t be a bother to them.

This place was truly a joke tried to come an get my nails 2 times and still never got the service. Told me to wait outside for 2 hours!! And then called me in and told me they were too busy. Truly a joke need to get more professional staff. Upgrade your salon staff.

I love them. For the other people complaining about the time you have to put an appointment you cannot just show up if you decide to show up you have to be aware of the waiting time because they are other people that was here before you

This place is a joke, I called for an appointment, they told me it was ok to come in someone was available and when I get there no one was available. The lady made us wait 1hr in the car to then tell us they were about to close to come back tomorrow. Not only we wasted our time but we could’ve gone to do our nails somewhere else. Not professional at all, plus very small place. DO NOT Recommend!!!

You can’t beat the price Gel mani and pedi with tip $30.. they change $1.00 extra if you pay with card.I have gone 3 times already and to be honest 2 of lady’s who have done my nails have not been great. They don’t remove calluses. Just a little buff and that’s it.More Gel colors selection is needed...Drinking water should be offered

Omg this place is amazing. I waited a week to leave my review because I wanted it to be honest. I went in on a Sunday lets start with that. Its super hard having the time to do your nails during the week so the fact that they are open on a SUNDAY is amazing. Second the customer service in this place is unreal. Janet the owner is amazing. She actually took her time and did my nails herself. She was amazing making sure to be very careful taking off my acrylics and not breaking the nail underneath. Its been a week and no chips, the gel hasnt lift up, no nails broken ( mind you I clean, cook regular house shore) I will definitely recommend. PS the prices are amazing 25 for a gel mani and a regular pedi where else can you get that deal?

Yes, new and freshly starting out I found service and Janet/owners wife and David/who makes the best colada..jewels so sweet and caring!, NOW that the business has grown its become less friendly to non Hispanics. Even after youve called to try to make an appointment waits for non Hispanic are more than an hour as hispanics after Hispanic walk in AFTER YOU and are serviced, because they have SPECIAL TECHNICIANS. It wasnt like this before MIA WAS ALL PEOPLE FRIENDLY. Thank You MICHAEL for being a BRIGHT SPOT in Profesional Service . Ps Got there at 10am LEFT 2pm. It was my Sister Birthday Present! UUUUGH

Made an appointment for 10 a.m. online. Showed up and sat for 35 minutes. Three workers were there and nobody checked in with us. When I went to check in with them, they had to ask one of the customers to translate for them. Apparently, their online booking system does not work. Im still giving them three stars because the place looked clean and cute. I took away two stars because they didnt check in with us for 35 minutes and I wouldnt have waited, as well as they should have had a sign for anybody that looked online, to let them know.

The two stars are for how beautifully decorated the salon is but what matters here is service.I arrived at 9:01am and did not leave till 11:00am ONLY for a gel refill.The young lady unfortunately was not experienced enough and i did not plan on spending two hours only on my hands. Even once i complained none of her colleagues wanted to help. So much for customer service. I had two broken nails which i trimmed down, i did not want them fixed. Gel refill is quoted 18$Explained to me how i paid 28$ for my nails to look like they were done by a three year old.I do not recommend at all.

I was surprised the open on Sunday. I had a cracked nail and they were very friendly and helpful to fix my nail in short notice.
