Excellent service 👍

Love the deluxe pedicure because of the massage too! Service is always nice and you do not wait long to be served. I usually go early in the am when they open tho. Nice salon for the price and service.

First time here because Pretty Nails is temporarily closed. The pedicure was alright but my acrylics came out absolutely horrible. The lady was too busy asking me questions about my life and trying to get a good tip instead of focusing on my nails. When I got home I literally had the acrylic on my actual skin all over the place and I had to pull it off myself. They also came out so so crooked. I’ve never had such bad service before. I am definitely missing Pretty Nails right now and will not stay here after pretty nails reopens. This place only deserves that one star because of the pedicure.

I got my nails done here recently and it’s was horrible. The service was bad, the guy doing my nails had an attitude and would literally throw my hand roughly. And i came for a refill and he did me a new set and it was horrible. He did such a messy work and they look so bulky. He sit on the first chair where you pay. And he still charge me $80 on a horrible work he did.

Never coming here again! I use to be a regular until recently they kept doing such a bad job on my nails. Last time i went to give them one more chance the guy did my acrylic nails in such a hurry and turned out such a mess. Like how can you mess up on simple white nails? And my nails were super thin. Will not be coming again

So far so good I like the way my nails look not too sharp not to round the guy was kind of serious but maybe that’s just his personality? Lol... The place is kind of empty to compared to pretty nails across the street but I could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the person for me was quite relaxing but at the same time he was anxious because I don’t know if it was empty because of bad service or what etc. etc....I got a new set for $25 I guess it was five dollars to takeoff and 20 for the set right I was actually quite surprised that he took them off my old ones without hurting me he was really fast and really efficient now let’s see how it turns out for the rest of the upcoming days I hope it doesn’t get stuck in my hair and my clothes LOL like a lot of them

Worst gel manicure i’ve ever gotten. nail polish was uneven, didn’t cut my cuticles good, made me bleed for a good 5 minutes from cutting my cuticles, i asked for square nails and got CONCAVE NAILS (had to file my nails when i got home to make them even), didn’t have a lot of options for colors and the ones they do have are not accurate. got my nails done yesterday and my gel is already chipping. only good thing i can actuall say is that the massages were good. definitely not worth it. NOT GOING BACK

I had a horrible experience. They don’t care about customer service, their services are poorly done. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I came in for a pedicure and when I told them that they were doing a bad job the owner sent me to see a doctor, while the place was full of customers. I definitely don’t recommend this nail place.

After my hands stopped bleeding from the several cuts from my nail person (who sits at the front) had given me from cutting cuticle, i had asked for white on white gel french manicure ( which is NOT uncommon, have been doing this for over 5 years now). the polish was dried out and gone bad already and when i mentioned this to him, he got upset and said that this was the only bottle of white gel in the whole salon. i refused the service and asked to remove the base gel that was already applied. then he expected me to pay full price for a french gel manicure in which i stated that i will pay for HALF of the service since it was fair that i didnt get my nails painted. the entire staff looked at me and then i was yelled at by another female manicurist for asking a breakdown prince of my services.after 2 days i come to find out i have a fungus on 2 of my fingers and 1 on my right big toe. extremely rude and apparently they dont sterilize their instruments.

This place doesnt even deserve a star..... worse service ever. They didnt even do my pedicure right and after complaining to them they still didnt want to fix it..... I def dont recommend. Worse of the worse. On top of that they dont even sanitize their instruments correctly disgusting!

Place is clean but horrible job . Lady who did my nails was too rough with my injured foot .. she messed up my eyebrows too and I had Showed them a picture of how I wanted My nails and they didn’t the complet opposite . My nails look like Easter eggs when I wanted Coffin shape !!!
