Amazing nail salon. Been coming here for 3 months and I love it, salon is clean and the staff is so sweet and kind. All of their nail technicians are amazing, Ken is the absolute best! So happy I found this place!

Before making my nail appointment, I called the salon asking for pricing for dip polish. The man on the phone told me it was $30. After arriving to the salon and getting my nails done my nail technician wrote $35 for the price. I was confused considering the man on the phone told me a different price. After pointing out the price difference to the nail tech she quickly crossed out the price and rewrote the correct price $30. She stated that it was probably $30 because I had short nails. The man on the phone never knew the length of my nails when I first called, therefore I knew the lady was trying to rip me off and score a few extra bucks, which I find super deceiving and untruthful. If you ever come to get your nails done here make sure you verify the pricing before they try to trick you into paying more.I will not be coming here again. You guys have lost a customer.

Owner is great! I came here a few months ago to give this place another try. Now they have new owners. I did my dip nails with he owner Ken and he did a great job.

Excellent! Hidden gem in this shopping center off of Miami Gardens Drive and Wentworth Drive in the Country Club of Miami neighborhood. Great quality polishes, family owned business with top of the line products and excellent pricing. Ive had gel manicures last more than 15 days without any chipping. Highly recommended the Deluxe Pedicure!

Went here for the first time today to get my acrylics re-done and I was pretty pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice and I only had to wait a few minutes before I was attended. It’s a very pleasant atmosphere that looks clean and the prices are affordable. I will definitely be coming here for my refills.

First time I come here. Ken and Lilly did my nails. They did an excellent job. My nails have never looked so natural. These people are amazing.

Came here this morning for the first time! Tina did my nails and eyebrows. She seriously has been the BEST person to ever do my nails and my eyebrows look fabulous. I will definitely be coming back. She took her time doing everything and was very nice to me. Place was clean and the staff was nice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Honestly I’ve gone and done my nails almost everywhere and out of all of them this is the best one I’ve gone. Love this place especially my nails.

I have been going to the The Nail Shop for years on and off. Been through a few owners. Tina and Tony are the owners now and they do amazing work. They make the environment relaxing. I give them a 5 star rating because everyone I’ve taken with me usually say good things about there experience. They have few employees now but I will always prefer Tony or Tina to do my full sets because they just do them exactly how I like it. Thank you Tony and Tina.

I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABOUT 5 TIMES THE ONLY GUY THERE DID MY NAILS, HE HAD DID THEM THE MONTH BEFORE TOO, NO PROBLEM, BUT I WAS DISPLEASED WITH HOW HE TREATED ME WHEN I SHOWED HIM GEL THAT WAS HANGING OVER TO MY SKIN & I SHOWED HIM THAT MY THUMBS WERE NOT THE SAME LENGTH, HE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND TRIED TO MAKE AN EXCUSE WHEN I SHOWED HIM, HE FIXED IT. I ASKED HIM WHEN HE FINISHED WAS HE HAVING A BAD DAY, HE SAID NO, I TOLD HIM, WELL I COULDNT TELL. I WILL NEVER ALLOW HIM TO DO MY NAILS AGAIN BECAUSE, IF I AM YOURS CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD CORRECT WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUT AN ATTITUDE. FOR THIS REASON I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. ASK FOR SANDY IF YOU GO THERE

This is such a nice salon. They make sure they make you feel good and they do an excellent job. Ive been going there for the past months and They have always treated me very friendly. I do recommend to make an appointment before cause sometimes they get busy. ❤️❤️

Im a regular at this salon its honestly amazing, My sisters and cousins go to do their nails there also. Tina and Tony are the owners theyre very sweet and I always leave with my nails looking fab!!! Adore it!

If I can rate The Nail Shop a 0 I would. I have been coming to this location since 2005. I come frequently to do my usual full set and pedicure. I walked in, Tina nor Tony the new owners helped me. Tina instead insisted that I tried out the new girl to give her a chance. Mind you, I do not just give my nails to anyone because I dont know how she works. I did, the pedicure was complete. I paid $20, the massage was minimum didnt even last 1 minute. While she was cleaning the paint from the nails she would do it with the cuticle remover and it hurt like hell. I then proceed to the nails, I asked for coffin shaped nails and with a pink polish. When I saw how she starting doing the nails I already knew I wouldnt like it. I then told her and she stated she hadnt filed yet. Once she completed that, the nails looked horrible nothing like a coffin shape. I then asked if she could paint them pink and she painted them with a super dried out polish. After polishing four nails I asked if she can just remove the polish leave it without a polish just put clear since I already wanted to leave due to not being happy at all. Tina saw her removing the polish from the nails I had polished and continued walking. I then told Tina I did not like the polish, again she made the new girl polish my nails with a DRY OUT WHITE! I got upset here and said I just want to leave, this is ridiculous! When I walked to pay Tina charges me the full price for the full set. I said why, she said because you used the polish already. I then got upset and told her why should I have to pay for a service Im not happy about especially when I got nails that look nothing like coffin and I am walking out with plain clear nails! She did not care, as customers witnessed her MONEY HUNGRY behavior instead of insisting in helping me fix them and make me walk out with a smile. I will never come to this place again! Tina and Tony are all about the money and not there for the passion of nails. Theyre all about taking other Nail Techs clients and lie about it too. I witnessed how a customer of Lisa the old owner once came asking for her after Lisa left and Tony told her Shes on vacation for two months, I can help you. I couldnt believe my eyes, I stood up and told her Im sorry, theyre lying to you, heres Lisas number. Bunch of thefts, I got charged $50 to walk out with PLAIN CLEAR COAT NAILS!

I love going there and get treated like a queen. All the staff acknowledge you as you come in and always have a smile on there face. It is super clean and very organized. Love it !!!!

In town for birthday trip. Read reviews and decided to try them out since I was close. Glad I did! Very nice stuff, relaxing environment, great nails, great price.

I will never go back to this place, the owner too ARROGANT. I left there with two lacerated finger and a bleeding thumb, even-though I showed the owner he didnt care, not an apology, he did not even asked what happened? he only concerned was that he wanted to charge me $40. when the cost of getting what I got is $30. Ripped off. I told him you can keep my $10, but you lost a customer. I do not like to take my business to people that only want my money without being concerned if they provided a good service. I would have given them a 0 but it wouldnt have let me post it.

I never had a problem up until recently... they remodeled the place and now while i sit and wait the person at the counter paying, their ass is right in my face... this place has really gone downhill since ms. kim ho left... they fired everyone and only one man does acrylic nails... I sat there and waited for an hour and a half until I got up and left... it was ridiculous... I will never go there again... also they raised all the prices of acrylic full set by 3 dollars... this place will be out of business soon...
