So first time coming with my mom here and she’s never really had a bad experience, mine however wasn’t the best. I don’t even leave reviews but you should ALWAYS run your business Consistently. Which I feel happened here. The young girl barely looked down at my feet as she did them/ NO hello/ at request to get more dead skin; I was looked at crazy. Weather she’s new or having a rough one, I was really not satisfied. I asked for them to be cut down, she didn’t listen. I suggest waiting for someone who seems busy or gives a crud about their job. Not to mention I was seated after my mother and finished in less than 15min. I’m pregnant and really needed this today. Pretty upsetting.

THE YOUNG MALE TECH THAT DID BOTH MY FULL SET AND PEDICURE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AN THE COMPLETE PROCESS TOOK JUST BAIRLEY AN HR THE BUILDING WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AN THEY SANITIZED EVERY ITEM IN BETWEEN EVERY CUSTOMER I HAVENT BEEN HERE SINCE THIS PANDAMIC STARTED LAST MARCH WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN !!!

I NEVER write reviews ! But let me tell about this place. First off, the value is incredible. I always get a gel mani and regular pedi. My hand last exactly 2 weeks ! And my nails grow so much. I wanted to get my nails done on a Monday but I remembered that they were closed and I was so sad. I decided to go to other place. Worst decision ever my nails didn’t last a week, most of them chipped and they rushed. YOU WONT REGRET IT COMING HERE ! Everyone is so nice, the place isn’t all that but who cares it’s all about the work. 100/10

Would never return. I tried them twice and was upset both times. Over priced for the job they do and I ended up with nail fungus so my nail had to be completely removed.

Love SK NAILS ❤️ They CAN shape and polish! No big bumps when getting gel polish. They polish the outer edges too. I’ve been coming to them consistently for 5 months and never have been disappointed . I get gel polish and gel pedicures. They have a wide selection of colors! Everyone is excellent, the staff is very friendly and professional. My go to tech is NAM.

First time at the spa and I got lucky to be taken care of by Nu, she is new in this location. Someone at another spa did a horrible job because he was rushed to take care of his appointment, terrible experience and never going back. But anyway, I asked Nu if she could fix them and she did not disappoint me, I left extremely happy with the work she did, even the tiniest detail she went back to and fixed it, absolutely flawless. She did not rush (i hate when they do) and took great care of me. Definitely going back again and to her.

Hands down best salon for a 50 mile radius! Nam is an artist and is so sweet and funny. He makes amazing recommendations that look best for my finger shape and I’m ALWAYS soooo happy. Don’t bother wasting your hard earned cash anywhere else. Sk Nails is it! I’ll gladly drive over an hour for this establishment ❤️

Save yourself the irritation. Customer service seems to always be a debate, you have to literally ASK for things that they should already do/tell you like to use soap or not when they say “wash” yr hands, to shave down the nail so it’s an even, smooth surface, etc. Included their own tip in the charge & got annoyed when I told them abt it. Nails STILL weren’t decent after being the very first customer & spending 2.5 hours there for noooo reason.. Just don’t go

Just got my nails done here yesterday for the first time. They started with my pedi first, which I love because then it gives them time to dry out. Massage chairs were great. Large variety of colors for all polish types. Did dip mani with Na. She was great, very nice and made sure I had no extra skin. Shaped the nails at the end which I thought was so smart lol would recommend!

This was the WORST service ever. I usually don’t bother to do reviews, but I’ve got to here. To begin with, they didn’t have the pink polish used for a traditional “pink and white,” what sort of nail salon doesn’t have that? My pedicure lasted all of five minutes with nothing added to my pedicure water — no exfoliating beads, nothing. I could have given myself a better one at home. She scrubbed my feet halfheartedly and only once. I promise it doesn’t look like I got a pedi. As for my nails? Freaking trash. They’re unnecessarily sharp, even after I asked to have them toned down, they’re uneven and crooked. Finally, they’re dishonest on pricing. When I asked for a receipt to prove the charges, they said they don’t give them. NEVER COME HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD QUALITY AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY! Even the woman next to me was complaining that her nails were crooked.

I use to come here all the time, about every two weeks. when the lady and the guy were the bosses. they HAD good people here before and they were all good staff. It was a clean and a good place to do your nails, now that they have new people, they never have colors, they do your nails with no care or passion, and they are always dirty, the place looks so bad, I started coming to the nail lounge

Horrible, I like my nails long so I explained to him that I wanted them a little thick so that they dont break, he ignores me and proceeds to make my nails super thin to where Im still able to bend them after they have dried I asked him several times to make them thick and he still ignores me. I had to come back the next day only for him sloppily add more acrylic. a week into to having my nails they have already started lifting at the base of my nail you can imagine how painful that was. My nails are now completely damaged and im missing half a nail on damn near allof my finger!!! They are also HORRIBLE at doing eyebrows!!!they have no idea of what they are doing!!!!

Horrible totally f***ed up my nail they guy seemed like he didnt wanna be there and rushed. The lady that did my eyebrow was nice tho& good job I tipped not to be rude. Because I always tip but I shouldnt have honestly. How you gonna file my nail so much, unessary rough.

Asked for a manicure.. no color, no polish just BUFF. They looked at me like I was crazy. What no polish!!??They did remove cuticle and shape the nail... but that is it... nothing else. After my quick, (like real quick hand massage) I was instructed to wash my hands, and when I sat back down she looked at me like, what else... I told her Buff please? (like I asked from the beginning) she didnt know what it was. She went and got a new buff pad (thank you) and buffed my nails. Im maybe spoiled, but doesnt the nail itself get smoothed out first... then get buffed?!It was an ok manicure. I have had better.

HORRIBLE. I felt very outcasted and targeted while there. The man clearly judged me and proceeded to make me very uncomfortable. He was asking me “if I was going to be able to pay”. THEN made me pay before my services and didn’t require anyone else too. It is 2018 and I am still absolutely disgusted with people’s racist actions. They will NEVER get another dime from me. If there was a way to get 0 stars that would be my review.

Second time getting nails done here.First time came off the day after.Decided to give another chance and same thing happened haven’t been a week yet and nails already coming off.Terrible quality, took very long to do.

I always recommended this place, always come here. But their service lately is horrible. Twice have I come and they cut my nail...pedicure is rushed...and my nails look horrible. Im sorry but Im honest truth I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is trash. The people who work here are money hungry & dont give a f**** about costumer service. The guy was super rude & they thin out your nail polish before applying so he put like three coats & shaved down my nails to the point that it looks I didnt even get a refill . 3/10 this place I wouldnt recommend. It was my first time here & The service was horrible no wonder it was empty shouldve caught a hint.
