This is my second experience with ACTL. First was purchasing a new Air Conditioner. They came out in the height of Covid the very same day and gave me a great deal. The techs were very friendly. This time around, the drain clogged on the AC and once again they came out just a few hours later. So helpful, respectful and friendly. Great prices too. Im so happy to refer ACTL to anyone whos looking to resolve any type of AC related issues.

ACTL is one of the best contractors I have encountered. There attention to detail and cleanliness and professionalism was on point. Moreover I had a concern a couple of days after the work was done and no questions asked a tech was there the next day. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Contractors like them are really hard to find. Hands down I give them a 10.

Very professional, experienced and detailed and did not try selling any extra expensive service. Everything went smooth throughout the whole interaction. Osmany and his partner arrived at the appointed time, they executed the service as mentioned and suggested some light extra cleaning after showing the part affected, everything was done properly. He explained the situation and the process before starting, everything on a calm and polite way. He suggested covering appliances and bed before starting. They finished cleaning the duct, and surrounding as clean as it was before service. Today, one day after the service, I slept better and the odor is pretty much gone. ACTL group changed my central AC units today: Goodman 2.5 tons, 16 SEERS.My whole experience has been pretty great, from the guy that came to give me the estimate to Caleb and his cousin who were the ones that installed the equipment. They came today, a Saturday, arrived on time (actually 30min before the arranged time which was great for me). They were excellent, answering all our questions.Great company, great price, excellent employees = a very happy me and a nice cool house.Thank you.

Came home Sunday to 85 degrees inside. The air was not working. It was 8:30 at night but I called ACTL any way. Much to my surprise they answered on a Sunday night and promised to be at my home Monday at 8: am. It was not worth to repair the unit so Osmani gave me a best price and today they installed my new a/c. All in less than 48 hours. They are the most professional and courteous people in the world.
