The technician that came was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the icemaker within 30 minutes and thankfully it is still working.
I liked that they called out the technician from A&E Factory Service to come. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician was able to take a look at my stove range and immediately diagnose the issue. He had a spare burner that he was able to use. All in all, I am glad he was able to do the repair quickly!The only issue I had is on pricing. I understand calling anyone to do a repair can be pricey, but they charged a $99 diagnostic fee (which is a little high, and could be waived if we go ahead with the repair). But all in all, I am happy that he was able to do the repair quickly. I recommend it, and would call them again!
They took 2 attempts to fix the fridge. 3 days later it broke again. The tech came out and forgot to reconnect the fan. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to reconnect the fan. The ice maker stopped working. So, Im very dissatisfied with their service. They subcontract to smaller companies to perform the service calls. The company we got - kid was 3 months into the job. Cant blame the kid, the blame goes to Sears. Master protection agreement was pure trash and waste of money.

Very professional Service. They let me know when the repairman was on his way and his arrival time was exact. The repair was perfect. They had the parts needed for my model. This is the second time I have scheduled a repair for different appliances online. I highly recommend them.
In the eleven years I have had my Kennmore appliances one has had to be serviced, the eternally used washing machine. I always receive confirmation a day before the service, which is extremely helpful in remembering appointments. When the repairman is on his way, he never fails to make a courtesy call regarding the approximate minutes til arrival, another helpful amenity. EVERY repairman who has been out has always been highly qualified to do the repairs, courteous, professional, and prompt. Discussion about the service and repairs is always informative. I am never led to call any other repair service other than SEARS HOME SERVICES. If this service isnt broken, why fix it? THANK YOU, SEARS!
Terrible service and even worse communication, refrigerator broken for almost three weeks waiting for simple parts available overnight from other repairers. they dont answer the phone or text messages, cannot be bothered with customers. not even worth one star. would have been better not to have even called them and spent the money on worthless non - service
I have already sent an e-mail with my comments. They kept as (my wife and I )waiting for a whole day and the technician never called and never came. When I called the 1-800 number they answered from Manila (!!) and they hadnt the faintest idea where the technician was. Finally at the end of the day I had to set up a new appointment in four days time. The technician came but he said that the fridge was working perfectly and as far as the ice maker that did not stop when the bin was full, he said it was a faulty design and I had to switch on and then off, because there was no way for it to stop automatically when the bin was full. Great adviceIn summary the service altogether was lousy and I would not recommend it

Looked at outside unit. Said pressure was ok. Turned off unit and turned it back on and said its ok now. If it happens again just turn it off and on. I said you did not look at inside unit. He said its not covered. I asked him to call and he said if he calls they will just tell him it is not covered. He left and then I discovered he left thermostat on heat. Not happy with his service. Never had a problem before. Been a Sears service customer for many years. Also, I do have coverage for both the inside and outside units.

I had a terrible experience with Sears Appliance Repair. The technician did not show on the first visit. The next day he came to my house and claimed to fix the AC in 20 minutes. He charged me and left. An hour later the AC unit was not working. Sears has sent other technicians and nobody can fix the unit. To top it all off they refuse to give me a refund, HORRIBLE
We were hit with lightning. The first tech misdiagnosed what was wrong. Sears ordered parts for me that were delivered incorrectly. They cancelled two appointments. They never saw that the freaking motherboard was fried. (after being out of service for three weeks I hired someone else to come out and look at it.) This whole thing took four weeks.... Dont use Sears for anything.

The problems was fixed in less than 15 minutes, cleaning some pipes; It seems to be very superficial work done, and when a saw under the unit, clearly can see a need of deeply clean..... Im not happy with that work.

The Sears Refrigerator repair has been Ridiculously bad. It has gone from bad to worse to terrible It started on 8 Dec and every visit was 1/ Late 2/ FAILED to produce any Result 3/ Wasted more time and money. Thermometers in our freezer & fridge showed temps First went down to 42 (set at zero F), then rose to 46. the 3rd visit failed to fix anything and charged us to order a compressor. On Sat, 19 Dec Luis came back but NOW said compressor didnt need fixing, just a couple leaks. When he left he TOOK OUR new compressor with him. Temps immediately started to RISE from 56 to 60 first 2 hours and 24 hrs later to 80 F. Worse, when we called we were told the compressor WAS installed! Its now 2 weeks with NO Refrigerator AND NO solution
The contractor show up an he told me that we have to wait until the compresor stopworking until they can fix it, the noise is because the relay is not working properlybought until the compressor do not star over Sears do not want them to fix it soknow the is not working an it happen on a Sunday afternoon now we have to wait2 days to get some one to go back an check it over again, an them is going to bea waiting perior of 3 to 5 business day to fix ??? what happen to the food it just get spoiled.
Very disappointed with the service Sears gave me over my BBQ grill that they did not want to cover the broken parts of the grill. The grill is on its final month of the 5 Year insurance coverage they were making slot of excuses not to fix the covered parts.

Whats the point of purchasing an extended warranty if the technician you send is unqualified and unprepared. Same goes for customer service. I ended in home depot having to purchase the exhaust pipe and elbow repairing the damn thing myself.
