Premier is a family owned and operated company, and I have been a happy, satisfied repeat customer of theirs for about 10 years. Their work is of the highest quality, and their technicians are friendly and helpful. They are always responsive, reasonably priced, and honest. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I have dealt with this company for YEARS without a problem. I live on South Beach, so: I have a water cooled AC, I live in a building with constant flooding problems, and have to deal with difficult South Beach building inspectors/ city hall. Despite all those factors this company always comes prepared and fixes my problems without incident! They are reasonably priced, extremely efficient, and demonstrate excellent customer service.They are worthy of a five star review.

I had some problems with my air conditioner this afternoon. I called and the secretary said she could have a tech out between 4 and 6. Low and behold he showed up earlier than I though. I had a lot of mold growing in the unit itself. Duston the tech took the whole unit apart and got it looking brand new. What a great service tech and company. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great friendly service.

Terrible customer service. As a senior citizen on a fixed income I was told my air conditioning filters were a $160 apiece. I asked advice on where I could get them cheaper and nicole laughed and said it wouldnt make sense for her to help me out with any information. Shame on you premiere. Come to find out they charge more than double on my kind of filters. That means they charge double on all the filters. Go to Google and put the number of your filter in there and there are a ton of places that sell all kinds of filters for half the price of premier
