I have rented here a couple of times and they always make it easy for me. If my car is not available, they accommodate me as best as possible and upgrade me to a much better rental. Very pleased with their service. My boys play a lot of Travel baseball and rentals are a must when traveling in bulk. I drove 4 hours to and from very comfortable. Will continue to rent my cars from Enterprise. Thank you!

From start to finish. Excellent customer service. They picked me up from a truck dealership at 5:30pm and was in one of their clean, rentals driving down road by 5:58pm. Check in was a breeze! Thanks guys!!!

Bad experience - didnt have our reserved car, ignored phone calls we made to follow up, finally answered one call to then rudely hang up. When we got there, had no idea what was going on or when our car would be there (if at all). Could not help (and did not care) to try and help find a backup solution. Theres a location at Miami Lakes thats much better and isnt too far away for anyone reading this.

Just another enterprise location trying to force your to pay for an upgrade. As usual they don’t have any cars available and the one you booked they up sold it to someone else and screwed the customer (me) into trying to get me to drive a matchbox. Wasted an hour while the girl was scrounging trying to get cars for just about everyone in the lobby. This is a joke you mess with peoples time and money. Very shady sales tactics not to mention the uber cost to go to the airport (Hertz ) to pickup a car which they had and it was CLEAN!!

I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and will always use there service. When i need a rental for my business they make it so that i have it the day before. The cars are always clean and great, as is the service i receive even during the Covid 19 pandemic cars were brought to my home and they maintain all distances and wore protection for their health and my own. Cant complain. Keep up the great work enterprise.

It is supposed to be a convenient location, but One hour to pick up from Gus Machado Ford (2 miles away) after one hour, got to Enterprise location, and they have no cars despite of my reservation from the day before.Unacceptable service, do not recommend.

The attention is terrible. No one wants to work. And they treat you like you’re a delinquent. AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER. I signed a form saying 7.99 daily insurance for the car. After $700 of charges on my account, they tell me it’s $17.99. How convenient. I will also be reporting this company to the better business bureau and will never give another penny to this company. My family and friends are warned.

Months ago,, I have made a reservation once where I was dropped off to pick up the car. And they didnt have it available I said I would wait for one to come in I had to wait 6hrs and left for my trip extremely late before they had a car.. They never call in advance to inform me of this problem so I could prepare for the inconvenience or email me. I then tried recently again to rent with them again. And I made reservation at the beginning of the month for the car at the end of the month. And the day of my trip just 2hrs before going to pick it up they call to say they dont have the car. They never have a car ready for you when its time to pick up and handle it completely unprofessional when talking to them. From now on I will be taking my business else where since they are a unreliable car rental. They must have a new team or management because I never had this problem before and its just incredible that you make a reservation and not have a car when its time to pick it up.

I have always used enterprise for all my car rentals. Today I am disappointed on the service and lack of inventory. If you reserve a vehicle, the vehicle should be on hold. Thats why its called a reservation. Now, I lost about 1 hour of time and $25 in uber costs to go to another location. This is sad. If I do this to my customers, I wouldnt own a buisness.

Horrible customer service ! I Wednesday to reserve a car for Saturday morning 10am! I literally show up in the morningOf Saturday about to go to my trip and they tell me I was not in their list for 10am and that they didn’t have cars that we had to wait until the afternoon! They never bothered to even call the clients to let them know. If I would of known I would of not even come here in the first place ! Now I am late for my trip running around last minute looking for a car and I need to be at a place at a certain time to catch a plane ! I am super upset disgusting ! And to top it off they had a line of clients waiting outside in the heat also explaining to them that they didn’t also have cars for rental ! That they are way behind schedule. Them and the rest of the enterprise company in the hialeah area! Do not bother coming here this place is a circus!!!!!!!!!!!!’n

My family and i rent cars from Enterprise at various locations and this is by far one of the worst. The first car we were given smelled horribly of cigarettes (i know its not their fault but they didnt even bother trying to mask it) after complaining enough about it because i wasnt going to put my baby in a car with that strong of a scent, they finally gave us a different car. The second car was great but unfortunately we left a pair of sunglasses in there and the representative called us to notify us but to my surprise when i showed up to collect... the glasses were nowhere to be found. She didnt even bother to properly look we have new staff and no one remembers any glasses. We cant find them and if theyre there i cant see them was the managers literal response. I wasnt even allowed to look for them myself as i know what they obviously looked like. If you want terrible customer service and a guarantee of your items stolen then this is a great place for you

So I call in advance to confirm a reservation forFriday thinking that enterprise could be reliable only to be advised in a nonchalant attitude that they can not meet the expectation that the car I reserved in which I am calling 5 days in advance will be available. There’s a reason I’m calling to confirm. This is the problem with customer service and not really caring about making things happen. People have a story and a need for a service in which we are paying for. There’s no need to advise without being worried for that consumer that they’re most likely not be able to fulfill an expectation that supposedly is available on their website and we’re calling just to confirm it will be available 5 days in advance. Needless to say I’m not sure if it’s enterprise or the employee Sabrina whom just doesn’t care but unfortunately I cancelled my reading which brought me to this review. Fortunately we live in such a large city that we can go to any other company and just like we go to another company they may gain another customer and I’m just any other customer. But that’s the problem with people. They forget that we’re human beings and not just another financial transaction or one less call to take. I just hate that we can’t just be nice and help one another even if I am paying for a service.

Very poor customer service.. had a reservation booked a month ago via online. On the day to get the vehicle.. the selection of the vehicle was correct but the vehicle had a funky smell to it.. as if they were trying to mask the smell of cigarettes. (Which I know is not there fault). But when I mentioned it to them .. the representatives simply told me that they had no other cars to switch it out with and made no attempt in calling any other locations for availability or to make the situation right, no attempt in trying to make the situation better.. so I started to call different enterprise locations and inquiring about availability of the vehicle.. I also called Hertz which also had a vehicle available of similar size.. so while I started the process to return the current vehicle and take an UBER to the Hertz location, another vehicle of similar size pulled up into the location of enterprise. Because I had spent an hour calling different locations I just ended up switching the car out since I was already behind schedule.. but definitely won’t be renting from this company and location again.. many more options to rent from .. I have rented from this specific location about 3-4 times in the past and didn’t have any issues but I guess good things must come to an end.. customer service was horrible.. started off good/ but now it’s horrible..just my 2 cents.

Hello, I have never had such a horrific experience renting a vehicle. I was promised a wait time of 15 minutes too an hour. I have waited OVER 2 hours. What happened to my reservations? You guessed it ! Cancelled. My happiness and excitement? You guessed it again ! cancelled as well. Not only that....but I called multiple times just to be rudely ignored. PS. If youre being picked up by a man named Javier.....wave your happiness AND reservations goodbye.

The counter rep was so nonchalant about the fact that they didnt have the car I reserved. She proceeded to tell me this is a common practice. After giving me a dry apology for the inconveniences she walked back inside without another word. If I could have given a negative 5 rating I would have.

Hello my family and I have been so excited to our trip to Orlando......well that excitement was stomped on and destroyed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Not only this but it was her birthday and her only wish was to go to Disney with her beloved family. Over half of the day has been waisted as she cries at home wishing to be in Disney while Ive waited hours(2+) for our vehicle to arrive. If youre hoping to make it on time to absolutely anywhere or to have any happiness what so ever in your day I do not recommend renting a vehicle from here....hopefully you will not go through the pain me and my family have gone through....have a great day (unlike mine).

I had a Friday reservation for a 10:00 am pickup. I arrived at 9:55 am. I did not get a car until 11:00 am. As best as I could tell from the information I was given, they did not have cars ready.The woman behind the counter was cheerful and working hard. However she said that this was not unusual for a Friday morning.

Extremely poor customer service. This is the closest car rental place near my home and I always regret coming here. This time I waited for an HR and 40 minutes to pick up a rental car. When I returned the car today they wanted to charge me an extra $200 claiming I had signed up for additional insurance when I never did that. This is not the first time they try that. Last time I will be using this location.

The staff at this location were very friendly, but Im giving a low rating because of how long it took for me to get my car. I had already made a reservation online, and it took an hour and a half to get my car. The location seems to be severely understaffed for the amount of clientele that goes through there. Ive spoken to some friends and they have had similar experiences at this location. It would be a much more pleasant experience if the service was more efficient.

Terrible experience. If Javier is the man picking you up, say goodbye to any reservations or happiness that you have because this man took over 2 hours to pick us up to get the car. We were supposed to go to Orlando at 10 and its past 12 and were still waiting for the car. By the time we get there, we will have already missed our lunch reservations, time to be at the park, etc. Definitely will not be renting any vehicle from this establishment ever again. Extremely disappointed. :)

If your going to go to any Enterprise GO TO THIS ONE!!!! Enterprise isn’t really a “respectable” company per say but these guys at this location are fighting the good battle.After a weekend of getting handed off by corporate(System’s we’re down ALL WEEKEND they claimed) and utterly disrespected at other locations these guys came through for me in big way.DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER ENTERPRISE BUT THIS ONE 👍🏾.

I had a reservation done 1 month ago, when we got to this location the staff and MANAGER CARLOS MORENO said my car wasn’t available. He didn’t have the car for me to take that those things happens in life. How disrespectful can he be, after that he even continued raising his voice and saying “we don’t have the car.” He didn’t help me to look in any other locations, he didn’t do anything helpful for me as a costumer. He is not ethical to be a manager what so ever.

After confirming to pick up the car early morning two day before pick-up, I got there and they did not have a car for me (no cars in the lot). I had to wait for the attendant to call another facility and go to another location to pick up a car which was very inconvenience. This put me behind schedule. I also had problems with the car. On my way to my destination the oil engine light kept coming on every few minutes which kind of scare me a little. All I was thinking of was that it was very low on oil and the engine was going to blow. This was the first time I had problems with Enterprise. I also hope its my last.

No explanation was given to me by the Enterprise representive. I recomend to call intead or go in person, it is a complete scam.

Awful! Made a reservation over the phone and when we got there we were told that more info should have been given to us... like reservation is for noon... van is not in the lot... We will call you if we get 1 back.... called and I was not helped 100% I was transferred to anothet location to confirm they had 1 and no-one answered the phone... 1108 am still no van. This location never has the car you reserve ready or available. I had a trip payed and I had rent a van to travel since the beginning lf December. I get to the office and they tell me my car is not available, the manager (Carlos) didn’t do anything to help us. He just shaked his head and said “No we don’t have your car” this things happend. So are we in America lr what?!So when you make a reservation they can cancel that with out notyfying you, after you have things plan.The same thing happend 6 months ago, the car wasn’t available.WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The woman who got us a rental was great. The only disappointment was when returning the vehicle, the person who checked over the vehicle was a bit snooty and asked where a scratch had come from on the vehicle, it was a brand new vehicle and tried to blame us. When we rented it the mark was already on the vehicle and it was written on our paper, but she tried to blame us until she finally read it.

The staff tried to force me to accept their liability coverage. You do not need to accept their coverage, even if they tell you that you have to. Ended up not renting a car and went somewhere else. Would not recommend at all. First time I have ever had a problem renting a car. First and last time I deal with Enterprise.

Horrible experience when I had to call to ask a simple question regarding the retal car I got the day before. Lora or Laura which is the assistant who answered my call left me waiting in line because she could not hear me I had to call back twice. In reality the problem was that I had questions and she did not feel like answering them, did not even let me finish explaining that the reason for my call was because the car I rented stinks horribly like cigarettes and that there was a door slam on the passengers door. They get mad when you call to ask if its ok that those things are not included on the report they send you, but when returning the car they love to charge every little thing they find. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I had very bad experience there, they charge me a very high insurance for the cheap car I rent, specially with the agent Javier, he is a tricky man and involve you, they make money with insurance they force you to buy, I fell in their trap. Next time Ill look for other company

I reserved a vehicle at this location a month prior to the day that I picked it up even getting an emailed confirmation that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived there the next morning the manager there said that there were no vehicles and I had to go 20 miles away from this location to pick one up and was delayed almost two hours to my destination. This location is poorly managed they lie to their customers! DO NOT RENT HERE !

My family and friends used to love using Enterprise for all of our rental car needs. So of course, when I needed a car, I went to Enterprise. After all, even their phone message statesWe treat customers how they should be treated.FALSE. I made the reservation around Midnight, as my car broke down. Everything was fine, the rate was good, and I was thrilled. Around 10am, I called my bank, and they told me I could get discounts if I made a reservation thru the bank... Awesome! I made a new reservation, still for the same pickup time (noon), then called the Enterprise franchise. They cancelled the first reservation, and Dispatched someone to come get me at about 10:30am.I wasnt picked up by 11:30am, so I called... Apparently Enterprise didnt have a car available. I made two reservations for the same car, what do you mean you dont have a car?Long story short, I wasnt picked up until around 4pm. Every employee at this location didnt want to help over the phone, so they transferred me to the manager. The manager is nice... But that doesnt change the fact that it took HOURS to get any kind of service.The car was great. All was well. I used my own sunpass. I returned the car easily, and the manager/an employee gave me big smiles (Im sure to avoid a bad review... Im usually a nice person, so it worked) Then, this evening, two weeks later, I found a charge on my credit card for tolls via Enterprise. I USED MY OWN SUNPASS. I called the franchise again, and they gave me a number to call immediately, and didnt even try to help me. The woman whos number I had to call picked up the phone on the other line, gave me her email address and told me to email her to not tie up her phone line.I am posting this as a warning: never use Enterprise. Ever.
