1. Diagnostic Service Call:________________________The Service Technician, Miguel Mendez was on time, professional, courteous and engaging. He explained the diagnostic and repair process, thoroughly examined the HVAC equipment, and diagnosed the problem, which happened to be a damaged mother-board. He also did diagnostics on other elements of the basic system to determine if another component failure caused the mother-board to fail.He promptly prepared an estimate for the cost of the repairs, and confirmed parts availability. He provided a copy of the estimate and was able to use my credit card to pay for the repair and order the necessary parts.He was careful with my property and courteous. He explained the Annual contract for care and maintenance and the cost savings that program provided.I could not have been happier with the service provided, and look forward to the same level of courtesy, professionalism and quality of work as the repairs are completed this week.2. Repair Service Call___________________The Service Technician, Miguel Mendez was again on time, had the necessary parts for the repairs, and quickly installed the new Mother-Board, made the necessary repairs to damaged wires and installed new connection lugs.He fired up the system and it responded to the thermostat providing cold air to the house. He cleared and disposed of all the protective wrapping from the new Mother-Board and wire debris from the repairs, turned off the attic lights and sealed the attic scuttle.He then presented the invoice and processed the payment. He explained the savings advantages of the Comfort and Care program and the one year warranty on the parts (and labor) he had just installed.Miguel is a credit to West Country HVAC, and provides the level of service and care that will bring me back again and again for service.Ray Olsen

This company serviced our old rooftop heating and air conditioning unit, and we were very happy with their service until it finally came time to replace it. The new unit has been totally trouble free and we signed up for comfort club. They will come out twice a year to check your unit. I highly recommend them. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy.

My air conditioner is going out. I called 5 HVAC companies for estimates. I chose West Coast HVAC because of Miguel Mendez their sales representative. Since I’ve been in sales for over 40 years I believe that people buy people as much as they buy a particular product. Miguel is sincere, humble, honest and really cares about people. They even match the pricing and I’m just hoping that my installation goes as well as my initial meeting with Miguel.I moved here from Newport Coast in December 2020and I’m really amazed how flaky people have been. People book appointments and they don’t show up or even call to cancel. I believe covid it is over and I think people should get back to living life and being productive that’s what the United States has been built on for for years Miguel is an asset to the Company and deserves a raise. It was a pleasure meeting Miguel and making a major investment.June 4 is my installation date so I will write another review once it’s installed and hope to have the same kind of experience.

Quick, efficient and friendly in meeting my needs and concerns

My heater stopped working during a cold period a month or so ago. I’m just a little slow doing this review. I got service from both Miguel and Derek. Both gentlemen were wonderful. Professional, courteous, efficient and didn’t forget to give me a Senior Discount. Would recommend West Country any time.

The whole process from start to finish went very smooth. Derek kept me updated frequently during the actual service of the AC unit and at the end, he gave me a few tips on simple steps to take care of the outside unit to avoid any future problems. I definately recommend West Country HVAC!!!

There arent enough words in the dictionary to describe the excellent service West Country provides. Let me describe how I came in contact with this wonderful company. My dilemma started on Saturday morning on the beginning of Labor Day weekend when my AC unit decided to stop working. So I began my search for someone to come out and repair it. I called several places, some no answer, one couldnt come out until Tuesday after the holiday and another didnt return my call until late in the afternoon, so I did reach one company whos name says theyre reliable and could be out between the hours of 1pm to 4pm, ok great, long story short after several calls the person decided he would show up at 6:30 that night, no thanks. So I dug out the old yellow pages and began calling down the line, 4 alleged 24/7 emergency/weekend didnt answer, the 5th call was to West Country and they answered, I was elated to say the least, they took some brief info and said someone would call me back and would try to get out that night, so I waited and thought here we go again but to my surprise the owner actually called and even though they couldnt come that night he stated someone would be out first thing Sunday. I received a call from Derek just before 8am, he took my address and said he was on the way. A few minutes later I received an automated call saying the technician was heading to my location and within 30 minutes Derek was at my door, it was everything I could do not to cry. Obviously it had been so hot out but was even hotter inside the house. My AC was up and running again within an hour. Derek also informed me that West Country has a pretty affordable maintenance plan that I will definitely be signing up for so I dont get caught in this position again. If you are in need of emergency repairs, dont call anyone else in the High Desert except West Country, if youre looking for a company that wont rip you off, West Country is who you should call and if youre looking for routine maintenance to keep your heat and air running efficiently, West Country. All others say they are 24/7 but West Country truly is. I am thankful the company whos name says Reliable didnt show up, no telling what service I might have received. Thank you again West Country.

Fantastic service and reasonable prices. We recently had to replace our entire heating and air system, the work was done to perfection! The team cleaned up during the entire process. She promised to send out their best tech. He should up as promised and was able to figure out the problem. He was very clear explaining what he found & his solution. He then proceeded to fix it perfectly, in a timely manner and a more than reasonable cost. Very good people.
