Hate it the experience I could never get anybody from United States to take my call and they wouldnt put me through to anybody in my area I tried five times bad horrible experience
Very unhappy and would never call them for service again. When we set up the appointment over the phone we provided the model and serial number of the fridge as the ice maker had stopped working. We were ASSURED that that the technician would have parts on the truck to fix the problem the same day. Well he didn’t have any parts but they charged us $99 for that visit, when he provided the estimate to actually fix the ice maker it was OUTRAGEOUS, an additional $450 on top of the $99! Labor was over $300! All you have to do is unplug the electrical connection and loosen 2 screws to remove it and then reverse the same process to install it. I sent him in his way and ordered the parts locally for a little over $100. Fixed it myself! So $99 for NOTHING and then a ridiculous quote to have them return. They should be ashamed of themselves charging $300 for 3 minutes work. Stay away folks or us a local honest guy, NOT SEARS!
