It was easy to get an appointment and was even offered same day service. I opted for the next day. The HVAC tech called when he was supposed to and was here within 15 minutes. A nice and competent guy, Tanner answered all my questions and gave my A/C units a clean bill of health. The work fees were a welcome surprise and would use this work in the future without hesitation.

Our furnace was having some problems, called Edgar and he arrived on the same day, took a look and knew it was the filters that were causing the issue. Right of the bat, he knew the exact model and size of the filters that needed to be replaced. He walked us through it and explained how the worn out filters were causing the problem. He was nice and patiently took the time to install the new filters. His prices are very good, he has a calm & collected demeanor and overall it was a pleasant experience working with him. He is our go-to guy for any HVAC issues and will fully recommend to everyone.

Our air conditioner decided to die during the hottest part of the year so far. Our appointment was scheduled for tomorrow but they had an opening today and texted to see if we would like someone to stop by today. We loved that they send you a picture and information for who will be coming over. We were lucky enough to task with Raymond today. He was great! He talked through with us and explained it well. We won’t blame him for the fact that our 18 year old air conditioner will need to be replaced ;

We had a burnt fuse inside the . They arrived in figured the dilemma and resolved it super quick. I thought they would be done at that point, given that the was working, but they still kept looking. They also found a peeled off wire (low voltage wire) connecting to the outside unit, which would have eventually shorted again and burnt the fuse again. They not only resolved the immediate dilemma but they also repaired the underlying problem that would have repeated the issue! Super professional and detailed.

I had an problem with my new Combi Furnace, a large issue. But, Micah came out same day (Sunday) to work on the furnace. He needed parts, which he did a great job of getting, and came back asap to get it all fixed and running. He is super professional and made me feel well taken care of. Micah ROCKS!

Each employee that I was in contact with was professional. The salesman was not pushy. He explained the list of options and cost to purchase a replacement for my 16 year old HVAC. The installers were prompt and efficient. They had the old unit out and the new one in pithing 4 hours. They left the task area spotless.
