Pete the owner was on my call. I needed a tune up but was also looking at getting a new condenser. I have the old style freon one, but its only about 7-8 years old. He said mine still sounds and runs like new. Dont even think about replacing it. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Told me what to do to keep it running like a champ! Short story: Amazing service, fantastic customer service, and praiseworthy honesty which in turn translates to fair pricing.Long story: My parents AC unit stopped working last year. They are retired and thus on a fixed income. They put off the repairs until this year, so they could be in a better financial position to incur the cost of the repairs. They are not tech savvy, so they did not research online for contractors in the area. Instead, they went to a large, seemingly reputable, company seeking an assessment of their AC unit. This company sent out one of its 3rd party contractors to do an estimate, which yielded 3 options to replace the unit - all ranging from $7K, $10K, and $11K. Needless to say, my parents were beyond sticker shocked. They were so worried about the cost they would most likely need to finance.My mom and dad rarely share financial troubles with their kids unless it is dire. This was dire for them. It was heartbreaking to hear my dad’s concern about taking on debt he can not afford, so I told him I would do a bit of research online and find a couple of contractors to give him a second opinions. And so, I came across Above All Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They had great reviews and now I know why. I called them Friday evening after business hours. Larry called me back that same evening. I told him the situation did not necessarily warrant a weekend call, but he kindly offered -without hesitation- to swing by my parents’ home the following day. As agreed, he showed up the following day and a few hundred, NOT thousands, of dollars later my parents’ AC unit was up and running!I cannot articulate to you in words the overwhelming gratitude and joy my dad felt that day – and for that I am beyond grateful to Larry and his company. His honesty is invaluable and this, in my opinion, is the shining commodity of his company. I highly recommend you choose them as your HVAC contractor. So if you are wondering who liked as many of Above All Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.’s previous Google reviews, it was not a bot or the owner, it was me – an incredibly grateful daughter.

Above Alls technician is super knowledgeable and fair. We had him install a in-the-wall AC unit in our office and also service our home AC unit and all is working brilliantly! Would recommend Above All to anyone!

Last week in 102 degrees, my AC went out. Larry, at Above All, made time for us and fixed what needed fixing right away.He showed me the why and how of what needed repairing and answered my questions, even when I asked the same ones a couple of times. Hes officially my nice guy and Im ready to adopt him.Also, he made the job affordable, which other seniors will appreciate.

Its never a good time to have to replace your HVAC unit. Larry made the experience a good one. Always patient with my questions and concerns. Great attention to detail and pride in his work.

Its been a long time since Ive had such great customer service. Larry was professional and very helpful there was no pressure. My heating unit is well over 30 years old and Larry came in and replaced some major parts and our heater is up and working great. I called and left a message, about 1-2 hours later i got the call and Larry was fantastic! He gave me a 2 hour window about 3 hours later and was on time. Our AC was about 10 years old and was not working. He checked it out from one end to the other, replaced my air filter (No Charge) then found my thermostat was bad and replaced that. Every thing works well and the price was very reasonable.

Highly recommend Larry and Above All Heating & Air Inc. !! Our AC went out last night and we woke up to a hot house extremely early. I called Above All and left a message at 6:10am, at 7:40am and one bad condenser later we were fixed and enjoying a cool house once again!! THANKS Larry!!! I would highly recommend Above All Heating and Air Conditioning. It was freezing cold outside this winter when our heater quit working. We had an ill person in the house which added to the problem of having no heat. I called Above All and the Gentleman I spoke to was able to work us into his already busy schedule. The technician, Larry, came and fixed my moms furnace which sits on top of the roof. It was already dark, cold and everything was still wet from all of the rain the day before, but he got up there and fixed it. The next day, the heater had surprisingly stopped working. I called Larry and he went back over to my moms house and again fixed the issue with no extra charge. I appreciate his honest work and getting my moms heater back to working order. Thank you Larry! Had Above All come out on a weekend to fix our A/C and he was so honest. He told us that it was only a 60.00 part and he could have it fix by Monday. And the other a/c companies wanted to replace the whole unit.

This is true Air conditioning repair. Above All Heating & Air saw my capacitor was bad & replaced it in less than 20 minutes. Didn’t try to sell me a new unit or anything unnecessary. Honest and good at their job.
