New to the area and was in desperate need of a clean up. Looked at Tsuanmis IG and liked the look of the cuts he posted and decided to take a shot. 10/10 would recommend Tsunami to anyone! First time trying this place out. The barbers here know what theyre doing and are great with fades. This will be my go to spot now, Jose was the best.

Please be mindful that is shop is not for everyone. The price tag starts at $30, when walking out they will bag you $50.00 even though I asked before taking a seat. The owner is cool, the place is very clean. But the barbers are more comfortable with Spanish haircuts. My cut was terrible and the worst ever haircut. To make it worst I paid the highest cost for haircut in my entire 40 plus years as an adult. Lesson here is to know where and who to allow to cut your hair. It was always the longest haircut ever, more than hour.. never again!

My hair cut was clean and crisp, and my beard was cut with a straight razor after a hot towel facial treatment (a service you don’t see too much of now days). Will be going back, no doubt.

I have very straight hair and can tell when someone makes a mistake, but Tsunami is very detailed and takes his time doing a very good job. I get my hair and beard done and both look good. By the end, I’m so relaxed, I’m half asleep. I live in Texas, so I’ll have to plan to go see him when I’m in town.

The space itself is clean and COVID Friendly measures. Face masks and gloves. Nicely swept floors and no profanity or loud music. It felt more like a relaxation space than a “shop”. Tsunami is very focused on the customer experience and satisfaction. He’s extremely patient and professional. Will make suggestions but give you what you want as the client so that you are happy. My cut today and overall experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be a repeat client. Tsunami is capable of cutting hair of all types and for both men and women. Highly recommend. Ive been going to Mauricio for fades since before his shop opened up and I can confirm he has exceptional work. He pays sharp attention to detail on each cut and you leave feeling good about the way you look. On top of quality haircuts, he also can get you in and out of the chair in a timely manner. There is no barber I trust besides him to get the job done right.

I take my son here to get his hair cut. The place is clean and the staff is always welcoming and courteous. The cuts have been consistently good. The barber always listens to the customer. I like that the wait time is short because the barber schedules appointments.

I’ve been struggling tryna find the perfect barber here in Northern Va my hair is very corse and it’s kinda hard for some barbers to fade and line me up but he def did his thing ! I will definitely be back, the vibe was everything I loved the music that was playing &&& even tho you have to wear a mask while getting cut he still did an amazing job ! Highly recommended!!
