Auto Bell was recommended to me. This was my first visit EVER. The staff was polite, energetic, and professional. I left with a cleaner car, but it’s still dirty. Obviously dirty. Including the windows. I had to pull over and clean the front window inside and out to drive home. That was after I asked to use their vacuum to clean the snacks off the floor. A young lady offered to vacuum again, that helped for a second. Customer service told me to call the manager and it would be cleaned again….except the manager doesn’t answer the phone.

I use to praise this business, brought my vehicle here all the time to be cleaned. Last visit here last week. Had to ask the attendeeto wipe down my Rav4 after he was finished, which he did, when I got home and checked my vehicle I realized it was filthy.😪😪😪😪WANT BE BACK😪😪😪😪

Went in today at about 3:30pm. Paid for the $29 service. There were 4 guys working on my car and there are so many areas that werent even touched. The cup holders and door pockets are still filthy. The vacuuming missed lots of areas. Back passenger window still dirty in spots. Ive used this place before and was very please. Not so much today. I even left a $10 tip.

They did such a good job that I changed my prior rating.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the interior clean. My cup holders and gear shift were left with standing water/cleaners. My mats were not wiped down. Seats were not vacuumed well and left with pet hair. Even though I asked specifically for them to vacuum the third row (seats up/down) they never lifted the tailgate. I will be asking for a refund. I could have done a better job myself at the $7 car wash.

My first experience here lived up to my expectations and those of others whod recommended Auto Bell. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. Not five stars because the results were good, but not exceptional. But I definitely felt it was appropriate for the price point.

I decided after a few months to give this Autobell a try again after prior poor service. Well once again my car inside was not clean. Crumbs and dust and dog hair still on all the surfaces. Doors or dashboard were not wiped down at all. I went looking for someone to fix it and there wasnt anyone anywhere. I paid $27 and got maybe $10 worth of clean. I wont waste my money again.

The kids working there where nice and attentive but they did not clean the inside as is supposed to be. Too expensive of a full wash not to even put shining liquid on the tires. 22 usd for this is not worth it.

Spent less than 5 minutes on the outside after I bot the top of the line option. Car was not dried down completely. Windows were still dirty. Hood was dirty . Did not wipe down door jams. Floor Mats were duty and wet .

Ive gone here about 5 times now and its always a pleasure. I havent found an auto wash that can compete with how my car looks afterwards! Heck sometimes they even empty my ashtray! Wonderful and friendly employees

They did a fantastic job cleaning my car. Ive never gotten it cleaned before and it was so dirty that it overwhelmed me. We had a tiny issue, but they went above and beyond to fix it. I will definitely be going back! Great job, yall. Thanks so much!

My wife, and I have been using AutoBell since moving to Hendersonville about three years ago. We have had issues in the past with damage that has appeared on our cars after going through the wash. We use to go to the location on spartenburg hwy, but changed to this location after I noticed damaged to my truck after a wash. The store manager argued with me, and told me that it was previous damage. I was upset with situation, and the regional manager got involved. For the most the regional manager was able to smooth things over with me because he treated me with respect unlike the store manager. It was also a surface scratch which was easy to remove. The regional manage suggested that we use this location (N.Chruch St).We switch to N.Church St. The guys here did a good job at first. Then after a few times they began to slack. During the wipe down phase I could see them complain about putting tire shine on my tires, because my tires were big. (35s) I decided to quit bringing my truck, but my wife wanted to keep bringing her car. I cancelled my monthly membership, and kept my wifes active.June 17th my wife took her car to the wash. Due to COVIVD she was told that she would stay in her car, and they would guide her into the wash. While being guided into the wash, the young man managed to get my wifes back driver side tire hung on the rail. He made her back up, and re-guided her into the wash. My wife heard a rubbing sound, and asked the guy what that noise was. I quote its just the tire, dont worry about it. Once through the wash, my wife was told to get out while they wiped the car down. When my wife was waiting she noticed that the back rim to the tire that was hung was scratched. She told the guy drying her car about it. They told my wife to wait, and they had to get a form. They told my wife to fill out a form. She filled it out, and gave it back to the guy. The guy gave it back and asked her to sign it. My wife noticed that the guy had wrote previous damage. My wife questioned him about it, and he said that the rim was already scratched, and that it is aftermarket so they were not liable. My wife informed him that it was not damaged before entering the wash, and that the guy guiding her into the wash caused the that tire/rim to get hung on the guide rail. He continued to argue with her so she left. I reached out to the regional manger about the situation because I had his information from a previous interaction. The regional manager laughed over the phone, and told me there was nothing he could do. At this point I was pretty upset about the whole situation; not to mention that my wife was 35 weeks pregnant. I decided to go by the store the next day, and speak with the store manager. Well I never made it. Those guys upset my wife so bad, that she ended up in the hospital the next morning, and ended up delivering our daughter early.. I will never go back to AutoBell, nor will I recommend this place to anybody. The store manger (Chandler) did call me to just tell me that he needed to confirm my information to cancel the monthly membership. Chandler also confirmed that the camera entering the wash would show my wife being guided into the wash, and the tire being hung. He said it would also show her backing up to adjust the car. Its strange to me that he would say something like this, because they were damn sure that we had previous damage. After speaking with Chandler. Poor customer service. Everybody that works there looks to be in their mid teens.If you bring your car here be careful of the tricks they play if they damage your car. I guess they do pre-car inspections before each wash since they claimed we had damage. They also must be well educated in cars to differ between stock, and aftermarket parts. AutoBell should consider hiring more mature people, and less high-schoolers. They should also take more responsible for their actions.

Dont expect any dog hair to be vacuumed up but they did decent on outside

Need to pay better attention to what the customer pays, especially when they pay for upgrades! Seems like no matter what you pay for you get same service for all. Dont pay for upgrades!

Went to Autobell yesterday and paid over $25 to have my 2020 Chevrolet exterior and interior cleaned. What a disappointment! There was still dirt on the doors, rear bumper, and sides. The rear hatchback window still showed dirt...even the tracks from the rear windshield wiper. The dashboard was dusty and not wiped down. Finally, the tires, themselves, had not been touched...much less shined. When I complained the response from the employee was What do you expect for $25? My answer...a cleaner car than this! He then told me they were to busy to worry about getting cars clean and if I wanted to wait until they werent busy they would go back over it! So I guess getting cars clean is not part of their service. Very poor car washing and customer service. Will not use again.

Brought my car in this morning (first time patron). Let me emphasize it was a MESS! They walked me through the process and I opted for the managers special for $30 (pretty much everything). They were so nice, and did a PHENOMENAL job. I thought $30 was extremely reasonable, and have since looked at their pricing for other packages and arrive at same affordable conclusion. I am more than satisfied and will be coming back. I guess if I had any complaints at all (and its really not one) it would be that nobody answered when I called to speak to the manager to tell him/her about the great job their employees did. Ill be recommending them in the future!

First & last time using their service. Employees were not pleasant. Cleaning and basic vacuuming was poor at best.

Get the Armor All special. Legit exceptional.

The prices are way to high. A 17 dollar wash and you dont even get the tires shined. But you can add it on just like getting your mats washed its a add on. You should lower your prices or wash you customers mats for free. Always remember you take care of your customers they will take care of you. Think of the customer and not the money

For 19 dls basic cleaning was ok except the inside cleaning. two teenagers didnt vacuum well and didnt clean inside the doors. had to do it myself. dont expect good inside cleaning.

They did a great job on our car. They also are handicap friendly. A friend who has a wheelchair bound child needed a detailed cleaning. They were very polite and accommodation was made as much as possible.

For the best wash sevice offered by autobell i am very dissapointed with the results.My truck looks better but not near as good as it normally does at this location.Ill be washing it myself from this point on and i suggest you do the same.

Have you used your car wash many many times over the years. My disabled mother stopped to get her RAV4 cleaned up. When she got it home, I had to ask “what did they clean.”? She will not speak up for herself but I am very disappointed. You didn’t even vacuum the floor mats, wipe off the dash or the console. Didn’t even vacuum the cup holders. All this for the managers special package. Very disappointed. I could do it better blindfolded.

My husband took my car through the car wash yesterday and they did a terrible job. They absolutely do not clean the inside of cars like they should and it is infuriating that you spend quality money on a good car wash and it is still dirty when you leave!!! I will not ever be using this car wash again!

Terrible job. My car is new. Not that dirty....but there was still dirt in the seats and the floors....streaks all over the windows. I paid for armorall and it was hit or miss and streaky. I was so disappointed. I went there and paid 34$ so i wouldnt have to clean it myself. I would not reccomend to anyone nor will i ever go back.

Employee directed me to pull out for a wipe down through a pile of mud. Had to step over it when getting out of the car. Was all over the tire. Told the employee about it and he just shrugged. When he finished I gave him a tip and told him he should take a hose and wash the mud deposit away from the post wash area. Fell on deaf ears. I’ve been here many, many times in the past years and I will never return. Obviously the manager of the day was not there and this certain employee didn’t care. Goodbye Autobell...I’ll go elsewhere.

Ripped the windshield wiper off my car during wash. Refused to pay for repair. Said I left my wipers on. I did not!! OCD about my new car. Their high school employee ( who drove my car into the wash) must have tuned it on by accident. Filing suit today. DON’T GO TO THIS SCHLOCK PLACE!! They will wreck your car. In addition my car was still dirty after the wash. Nothing good about this place!

When you pay, the attendant was not really helpful as far as explaining the process. When all was done on my car, it was about what youd expect for $29. Not much detail work. Vacuum didnt get in creases of carpeted areas. Glass streaked inside..Smelled good tho :) And definitely a big improvement!

The outside of the car was still dirty and the inside was a joke I paid extra money for mats and inside and the mats were clean however the inside was still dirty. I was so mad bc it was my husbands car and was a surprise. Joke was on me I had to clean it myself and was out $30. I will NEVER go back or recommend it

35 dollars later my tires are still muddy and nothing but the mats got clean on the inside. Cost has gone up and the service has gone down. These kids arent being paid to care I guess. Ill use a detailer that cares about his business from now on.

They were all very nice, however I paid for the interior and exterior, 17 dollars, and they did not properly clean my interior. There was still dirt almost everywhere that was not vacuumed, and dirt in multiple places that should have been wiped, but was not. I knew when they had finished so quickly that they could not have possibly been able to do the job adequately.

Didnt clean wheels or place mates very well. Shouldnt have tiped.🙁

I drive a white 2016 Dodge Charger, when I brought it into Autobell I’m sad to say it was embarrassingly dirty especially on the black plastic/leather parts, pretty much to the point where I’d rather pay someone else to wash it. One of the Mangers named Nicki did my car. I told her before that I wanted her to take extra time on the black panels inside the car. And she did them perfectly along with every other part of my car. She was very nice, polite and took care of everything I needed all within about 15 minutes or less. I did not see her or any employees walking the whole time, all of them were running working hard together as the store we somewhat busy. I haven’t had my car washed in a while but I will definitely come back and ask for Nicki once it gets dirty again. (Hopefully not TOO soon)

Worst car wash experience I have ever had. They ran my car through so fast that they didnt even vacuum it. I inspected it before I left and although the young man was apologetic and vacuumed it, this is just not acceptable. I am going to have to take it somewhere else. Not a good cleaning job.

Tried going there for a full detail for my wifes birthday, would have been better off doing it myself instead of trying to give it as a gift from here.

So yesterday i visited this this location praying that it would be better than the other local location and it was just as bad or maybe even worse !! Im very disatisied with the services i paid for i got the 16.99 wash and 3.00 under body add on when i got my vehicle back from.the attendant the exterior wash was kimd of satisfactory except the wheels but the imterior was unsatisfactory it looked about the same as the condition we brought it in. I had to go back rewipe down the rear window wipe down all of the doors and consoles myself because they were still dirty so i highly doubt i would reccomend this location to anyone as i am very dissatisfied with what i paid for and was on the list of services covered.!#!

Expensive. They used to be worth it. With a medium wash around $26-27 you would think they would actually wipe the dash, door jams, etc. The vacuumed around the rugs. I thought I would try them one last time.

Washed car so I could park for the Apple festival. Partially tore off the sideskirt and says there is no way the car wash did it. So if it was already torn off why did the attendant let me go through the wash??

Wheels were supposed to be cleaned they were not. The mirrors were still filthy, the windows had many spots and streaks also the sides of the console were obviously untouched all of this was supposed to be included in the package purchased.
