This place is awesome...the car wash is very good, and the attendants before your car starts thru are very good at prepping your vehicle. Free vacuums, just like all the rest, BUT does your car wash provide a cart of microfiber rags, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner for your use FREE? I bet not. I love this place.

Pretty good! The wash it self isnt that through but the vacuums are great! They have a floor mat cleaner that costs $2.00, I did Not try it so Im not sure if its worth it or not but they have a vending machine that you can get other detail items for your car they have a cart with towels and sprays which are free to use which I didnt use because I was there cleaning out my Mom ride longer then I should have and didnt really have time to check out the other stuff! But its exactly just like the Zips/Gorilla wash you pull up pay, an employee rinses your car you put your car in neutral and roll through!

I have used this place twice now and its absolute one of the best car washes I have ever used. First off I worked for a car was for a long time and this place is on top of the game. The prewash in the beginning by the teenage staff on weekends is really what I liked. They are not lazy but they are attentive and really do a good job before you even go through. Ill be back again, Thank you.

Wash is o.k. not very good at cleaning my wheels or everything g in the center if the rear of my car. 2018 Dodge Challenger. I did appreciate the towels to wipe my car off as they were needed for the rear.

Very inconsistent. When they are staffed and the equipment works the place is great. Come back two days later and you get, one disinterested employee, no bug remover spray on the bumper, no pre scrub, tire shine machine works on two wheels not four and the drying buffer machine sometimes touches the car and other times you pay to watch it spin above you car. For $21.00 they could do much better everytime. No just some time. The owner will apologize but things dont get managed full time. This could be a fantastic car wash

My mirror was broke on my car at this car wash. Lex took care of it. I have gone to this car wash for 3 years. Very nice establishment and clean. Keep up the good work. Hope you open the one soon on Spartanburg Hwy. Take care Honest and hard working people

One reviewer said typical drive through car wash. In my experience there isnt a typical drive through car wash. I have visited some and swore to never go back. I have a monthly membership to a car wash where I take my work truck. It is the same wash level ($20) that I use at Mountain Express when I take my personal truck through to get washed. In my experience Mountain Wash is a much better car wash. The waxes that are used here really keep my black truck looking great. I was looking at the how great my paint and finish looks just the other day. The guys typically do a good job of pre-washing the vehicle before it goes through. Mountain Express Car Wash is hands down my favorite.

For all cars, this high tech automotive car wash is amazing. The operators guide you as your vehicle, in neutral, you stay in your car and you come out clean and dry. Also has a high pressure vacuum area. Excellent staff!

This carwash is my personal favorite, I visit maybe 4 or 5 times a month (messy child and messy self at times). I always pay the 20 for the full package and then use the, free with carwash, vacuums until the interior is nice and tidy. I take my time too, this place is never too crowded and even has a wet or dry floor mat cleaner. Also a vending machine with any extra cleaning stuff or air fresheners you may need.

Finally dropped in here for a wash. Fast and a good job, I was happy with the free self serve vacuums after the wash.

Fairly priced and good quality imo. Its not going to help you win a car show but for a quick rinse and shine in this area with complementary vacuum afterwards, I dont know anything comparable. I recommend them.

The noise and drama of the process, and the stern visages of the attendants, would have frightened a child. But my car got very clean for an automatic car wash. Would go again, for the thrill and for the wash.

Got most of dirt off but left alot .wish there was someone around to show ...but I am not gonna chase someone down I will just go somewhere else

This car wash does a good job for an automated wash. You are greeted by two techs that treat your tires etc and guide you in. At the end you have access to large and free vacuums.

Going through the wash my cars side mirror was broken off. And they had me go to a body shop and paid for it 100%Thank you.May be scared to wash again.lol but thankful you guys took care of it. Your great

Nice vacs, horrible car wash.I go here often.My last visit was a disaster.As you can see from the pics, the car isnt clean. Its as if it wasnt even washed.I politely asked them to run it through again, and was told NOPE.Because I purchased the lowest priced wash ($7.00), Im out of luck. No rewashes with the $7 purchase.I contend it wouldnt be a rewash, since it didnt get clean the first time.How big a deal would it have been to rewash it to save a customer? Never again.REVISED:I had a $7 car wash and was upset that it didnt get the front of my car clean.I was told that they wouldnt rewash it.I was upset and decided not to go back.The (I assume) owner (Lex) told me to come back and hed make it right.I did, and he did.He explained to me that a lot of Floridians come in with cacked on LOVE BUGS and expect the $7 wash to get them off - It doesnt.(TIP If you fall into that category, go for the most expensive car wash).Lex made it right and Im happy and Ill be back. Workers were helpful and polite. Only issue would be the tire shine left some gunk on the tires, but it comes off easy and they are still shiny.

I use it often and normally I have no complaints. But the last two visits I found the cleaning was not as good as usual. Plus there was only one person working and the line itself was moving slow. But I will be back.

The automated car wash made scratches in my car. Suggest go for hand wash. I will not recommend this car wash.

Not bad. Gets fairly clean. Use to be able to clean mats without charge. It is less than three minutes. I think the price could be lower.

Dont waste your money. I bought the basic wash and my car came out still dirty. I told the attendant and he told me that I needed to buy the $20 wash. The roof, hood and tailgate were still dirty. The attendant was lazy and just didnt care. No towels or cleaners were put

Wow! The gentleman prepping my car before entering the car wash was extremely thorough! Usually car washes just do a quick spray and then you’re off into the wash. Not here! Still dirty. Got the front and sides ok but the back and rims were hardly touched.

Great place always gets my car squeaky clean. Vacuums work well and theres plenty of parking as well. This is the only place other than the dealership that Ill get my car washed it.

The two attendants on Friday afternoon went above and beyond to clean my truck because of them you cant get a better wash in Hendersonville.

You get a lot of Bang for your buck here a great car wash excellent vacuums and stuff to clean your Windows. This is the only place I go

I used to go there a lot when they first built. I almost got the unlimited for 40. /month,but I dont have time to wash every 3 days. Plus I use a shammy to dry it off. The other day I paid 20. and I did not receive the 20 wash and slammed me through it. When my hood and windshield still had dirt all over it and the tires were not clean or shiny I went to the 2 men working. They already knew I had not gotten the right wash. They made it right and hand washed the top and tires and gave me another run through. That was the 20. one I paid for. I tipped them as they deserved it.

They didnt clean the front of my car which l paid for: still had dirt & dead bugs on it. Very disappointed. I will not get the 20.00 wash again.

The guy working there today was the hardest worker that Ive seen in a long time. They cleaned a year of dirt from my truck. Looks Great!

I have used this car wash many times. But today I bought in a neighbors car that was exceptionally dirty. I bought in all my own cleaning supplies and towels for the interior work, which was very dirty. After paying for one of the most expensive exterior washes, I proceeded to the open bay areas to vacuum and clean the interior. After two hours of cleaning, one of the employees approached and said I had been in the space too long ... or words to that effect. He said the customers only had access to the vacuum and parking spaces for 15 minutes ... although I saw no signs to that effect, and it is safe to say that the few customers that used the bays around me were all there for longer than 15 minutes.I quickly finished up and left. But since then this has really bothered me.I should point out that the entire time I was there, there were multiple other open bays. I was in no way keeping another person from accessing the vacuums. As I mentioned, I bought in all my own cleaning supplies and towels.Basically all I used was the vacuum and the parking space. And I worked diligently the entire time ... there was no standing around wasting time. The neighbors car was just that dirty.So to be asked to leave ... frustrates me.As long as there were always plenty of other open spaces for other customers, and I was working hard to get my car clean the whole time, what did it matter that I was there 2 hours? What if it took 3 hours? Why would that even matter, if no one else was inconvenienced ... which they were not?Bottom line is I think being pressured to move along was unwise of the staff there in my particular case. What would have been a wiser choice would be to offer to help me clean the car, since they were often not busy and the car I was working on was obviously exceptionally dirty and taking a lot of effort to get clean.But at a minimum, so long as I was not impeding other customers (which I was not), and using the space and vacuum for the reason they are provided to paying customers (like me), just let me get my work done.If I had been loitering, that would be different. Then asking me to move along is understandable. But that was not the case.If it is the policy of Mountain Express to ask customers to move along after a certain period of time, regardless of if they are finished cleaning their car interiors and even when other spaces are readily available, then they should make that clear in large print signs readily visible when we pull in to do our interior cleaning. Work fast and move along ... we are timing you.I doubt that is actually their policy ... or I certainly hope not.But until that is clearly posted, this incident was an unwise way for a Mountain Express employee to treat a customer... at least in my assessment.

Chose your level of clean and in less than 5 minutes you will have it, unless there is a long line. The line moves relatively quickly and the vacuums are self-service and free after purchasing a car wash.

I’ve only had one issue where the cars ended up bumping into each other while going through. I’m not sure if we where getting loaded in to closely or what. Other than that the car is always clean and the free vacuums work great.

This is the best car wash around. The attendants take the time to prewash your vehicle. The bug prep doesnt cost extra. They even provide drying towels if you need them.

I was pleased to find that Mountain Express uses rotating soft cloths instead of lasers which are ineffective or plastic strips which cause damage to the cars paint.Good cleaning done, and the free vaccum after the wash also works very well.

Employee peeled paint off my bumper with pressure washer, their entrance & exit video proved it. So far refusing to make repairs.
