The manager was very friendly. It being the end of the month on a Friday wait times wasnt bad. I had oil change with inspection. I always get yearly inspection at this location. I would recommend this place of business for service.

The oil change side is pretty decent folks. Could be a bit more customer service friendly, but they do their job well. The car wash that is attached to this place is god awful. Nothing but the rinse and foam brush worked. I wouldnt come here again unless they put some TLC into this place since everything is old and could be updated.

Vacuums are closer to a leaf blower! So dont recommend them, as to the oil well. Its good all around

Worked there for 2 hours and quit. Waste of time. And they got all my work info wrong after filling out 3 separate applications. Its operated worse that a shade tree mechanic

Called yesterday on a price for oil change and went by today and they charged me $57.00 more than they told me on the phone. Also they did not blow out my air filter. I don’t recommend going to this location. Also the young couple ahead of me were upset, they asked for a rotation and to check the check engine light didn’t do it . Go somewhere else!!!

I am very surprised that this place does not have a 5 star rating. I am a typical target for mechanics/oil change places (clueless lady in her 40s), but I found everyone who works here to be incredibly honest, professional and competent. I was in a rush to a medical appointment too and not only did I get to my appointment in time but I also found the General Manager and the mechanics to be incredibly empathetic and kind (not qualities that are required when it comes to getting your oil changed, but worth mentioning and quite possibly the ultimate reason for this review). Even though I live in Asheville, I would drive out here again to have my car serviced and am sending my husband here when I have surgery later this month. ❤️

I love bringing my car here. They are open and honest with me. Found out, through them, that the last oil change done by another company put the wrong grade oil in my car. Only issue was it was a little cold in the building

Have used them several times for inspections and most recently for an oil change. Courteous service, super fast turnaround and changed my air filter after checking it (something the other guys never did). Highly recommended!

Very consistent - your will get the same level of solid service each time.Prices are higher here than at other places, but I can always drop by and never had to wait for a long time. Seating area is more comfortable than other places so if I have to wait, I would want to wait here.Available here is a high-mileage oil which is more expensive but to me makes a difference. Other services are available.NOTE = While prices for other services are posted, the price for just an oil change is not posted. Today I asked Bobby about why this is. Bobby stated that there are so many variables that it was not practical to post all prices for all vehicles. He cited variables such as make, model, mileage (with option for high-mileage oil or not) and, engine size. This seemed a reasonable answer. Howver, I would have liked to have seen something posted somewhere providing some notice of this.TIP = Bobby stated that customers can bring vehicle into a bay and they can quote a price and let the customer decide if its acceptable.9

The self serve car wash is great. Never had any issues with any functions .

Do NOT use these folks for your state inspection! They dropped my registration down the heater vent in my dashboard and then told me I would be okay if I got pulled over. Yeah right. Didn’t try to compensate any service coupon for their lack of professionalism.

Pretty decent place, they change the oil pretty quick. But the price is way too high. I think they make it on old people. LOL

Note: I ONLY deal with the one located in Asheville Highway!!!! Diane is one of the best people to with with when dealing with your car! I had an issue yesterday with my car and she looked at it for free and handled the issue. What couldnt be done at her location she referred me to a really great mechanic shop Top Notch to have my car looked at and I receive superb service there too! She truly values and care for her customers!

$64 dollars for oil change. Will never go back!! Quick, yes. Staff courteous, yes. I feel ripped that I was overcharged. Took my husband’s car to a different place the next day, it was around $30 odd dollars. Never again!!!

Always the place I go to change my oil and rotate my tires. Good crew and the lady who runs it is great.

Stopped for car wash. They have five or six stalls that are coin operated hand washers. I spent five dollars in quarters just to wash my car myself. Plus tired out their air blower to dry my car which had enough blowing power as 1970s hair dryer.

This is a place you want to avoid at all cost. I took one of my vehicles there to get it inspected because I was on that side of town. I am retired military and very mechanical oriented I checked my vehicle before heading out to make sure there would be no issues. When they pulled the truck in I noticed they popped the hood and began messing with something. The blond headed heavy set woman that works there came in and said my head light had water in it and she was checking on a new one they would install. I told her that was impossible and not to do anything. They proceeded then to put it on the computer even thogh it had failed safety because of the headlight they did this so I would bring in back there and also to charge me the fee. If a vehicle fails safety portion it does not need to be checked on emmisions system. Got my truck and went down the road got out to check what they had done. They had filled my light with bottled water and busted my bulb. Three other people waiting on their vehicles at the same time said they had also failed safety for things such as a worn rear wiper blade. I have no words for how dis honest this shop is they will damage your vehicle and will most assuredly try and sell you something you did not need. Please dont make the mistake of believing the fake positive reviews left by employees and friends. I have spoke with many people since this incident and most have said they had similar bad experiences. I have lived here my whole life when Hvill was a small unknown town I know the majority of people who left these positive reviews. If this review can save one person the money they did not have to spend because this place lied and cheated them, I will be very thankful.

Very bad experience. Called ahead and was told one price on an oil change, got there and was charged 3xs as much. Sure, I should have double checked the price when I got there- my fault. However, the manager did not care when I expressed my frustration. I did not yell or raise my voice- just simply told him what had happened and he told me that it was not true. I will never go back there and I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Allot more expensive than other places in town. Someone was there complaing when I got there and someone wanting to see manager when I left. Got grease on my floor mats and carpet. But hey, it was 10 minutes as advertised..

The employees failed drain plug school. Blew the engine on my brand new car and refused to fix it. Not covered by warranty since it’s not the manufacturers defect. This is all due to Dan Brown and his team.

Got my oil changed and tires rotated They failed to tell me my rim was bent! Took my car to the dealer a few weeks later because my tire light was still on. VW informed me of the dangerous bent rim.
