Went here to purchase the 2021 mustang that we saw online, and Mr.Isaiah Perez-Lopez the Internet Sales & Leasing Consultant was able to help us and made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. He made sure everything was perfect from documentation to key turnover. He explained everything about fordpass connectivity and points and how it works. I took my SUV in to have it reviewed for any maintenance issues, have a oil change and brakes checked and to have some items on the SUV fixed. all of the concerns that I had were taken care of and more. everything was done to the to my satisfaction and I was updated throughout the course of the repairs so that I could plan to have a vehicle, Until the repairs were done. Everything was extremely easy with the entire process at the Ford country service department. There were several cars in front of us when we pulled in but the team came out so quickly and got the cars checked in so fast it was unbelievable. Thomas Murphy was our service advisor and he was amazing and very educated. He checked us in so quickly and was extremely clear about the process that was going to take place. When all was said and done, it went exactly how he explained it was going to be and my truck was fixed perfectly. I’ve been going to Ford Country for close to 17 years And although they’ve been great throughout my time, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had there.

I originally was contacted by Mike but unfortunately when I was able to get in he had a prior appointment. He was able to setup me up with Dejan who was fantastic help. Loved his attitude and personality. He treated us well and got us in and out as quick as he was able to.We bought my wife’s Escape 5 years ago from Ford Country which was used but in great shape. We got great service with that purchase and my parents have bought from them for years so it’s one reason I came here.Great customer service and great help. Just remember things are tough right now so if you have to order a vehicle it can take time to get.

I just wanted to leave a few words about our buying experience yesterday. Weve had some challenges with our credit over the years which resulted in a chapter 7 ultimately. I got connected to Ford Country by a company called Tidewater, who connected me to Chad Wellborn, a specialist when it comes to these things. Unlike other sales folks, Chad LISTENED to us, took down some information, and gave us the tools to find our next vehicle. Less than 24 hours later he called us with an approval and for the car we wanted, with no money down and opportunity to add an extended warranty. When we came to the dealership, he had the car pulled out and washed, all the paperwork was ready for signing and facilitated our test drives. I say this plural because we had our two year old with us, who was also treated like a king at the dealership, and we needed to take turns test driving the car so one of us could stay with him. After our test drive confirmed the love we had for this 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate, we went in, signed and spoke with Ryan, the finance manager, got our extended warranty and were on our way in less than 90 minutes. That was the best purchasing experience we ever had. From someone who once had a bad experience YEARS AGO at this same lot, they have done a tremendous job at becoming top notch when it comes to customer service. Ill be sending all my friends this way going forward. Thank you Chad, and thank you Ford Country!

Best experience. I found a couple vehicles from this dealership I was interested in. From the moment Frank contacted me, I was given all the information I needed and was kept up to date at all times. Frank went above his duties to accommodated me. Im from the San Diego area and was willing to drive up to get a vehicle. I rented a car, drove up, spent the night. I had to return the car in themorning. Frank retrieved me and my fur baby and luggage. So nice. Then drove me to the bank when my bank wouldnt release the funds on my debit card. SO NICE. Frank is the MAN. Thank you Frank. Sale went smooth and dealership was very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and Frank!.

We worked with Danny on getting our car fixed. He was so professional. When we first brought it in he listened patiently to our concerns and asked questions. Looked under the hood and pointed out a couple things and and went over a couple ideas of what could be the issue (his first guess was 100% correct). He reviewed in detail what was covered by our warrenty and answered all of our questions. We had the car in the shop for several days and he kept us up to date on what was going on. We really felt like we were in good hands. Our experience was better than we could have expected and our car was ready several days earlier than expected. The car is running great, smoother than when we first bought it, and we couldnt be more satisfied with the service Danny provided. As a bonus everything was covered by our warrenty. Great job all around!

Serviced my truck today with oil change, air filter, tire rotation and new wipers. I specifically advised that the left front tire was needing air which they advised they would have it taken care of. I assumed everything was taken care of as requested. Got a couple miles down the road after they said it was ready to discover that they rotated the tires but failed to check the air pressure in them as I had asked for. Now the left rear is low since they rotated the tires and Ill have to do it myself. They need someone to do quality control a little better to insure that things get done right. Will be taking my truck somewhere else from now on. BTW they sent me a text to my phone to leave a review for them so....here it is boys. Thanks.

Went in for service and found an oil leak on my pan (not major but will be addressed) . The young lady found me having coffee, sat for a brief and explained the issueWhen I paid for the service, she found me again and had my truck put on the rack and showed me!!. The guys didnt seem to mind for the extra effort. They seemed satisfied to show me first hand. Totally unexpected. Then!!... before my truck even hit the ground, she said she would have my truck out front while I finished breakfast then brought me my keys after she parked it!!. Rock stars!!

They were done within the hour and multiple staff came in and asked if I needed anything. At the end of the appointment they gave me a booklet on the status of the SUV and the checklist. I took my Explorer in for an oil change and to correct two recalls.I was greeted by Jose who snapped some photos of the car and then took me into the service area. Wait time was about 5 minutes from when I pulled into the service area.Jose explained that one of the recalls required a 12 hour cure time so I was concerned about getting my vehicle back in time to take someone to the airport at 4:45am but he called me and let me know it would be finished before they closed at 6pm.I was called at 5pm and even had time to get the vehicle washed before leaving.Kudos to Jose and the Ford Country Staff.

Perfect spot for relaxing while car is being serviced. Sally’s Diner is good, the food is good, they don’t push you to hurry up and eat. You can relax and wait for your car. People in service department always nice and professional. The sitting area is nicely separated and makes you feel comfortable (especially nowadays). Washing the car is always a good benefit. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else.

Staff was friendly. Sales manager was a stickler for pricing but I expected it with this used car market. Got a 2018 Focus ST that is in impeccable condition with low miles. Finance guy was knowledgeable and did his job without pushing hard the way you expect most to do. Overall great experience. Only thing I would have liked to change was is if the whole transaction took a little less time, but it is what it is when buying a car and trying to negotiate on price.

Although it was necessary to get in the Quick Lane line more than 30 minutes before the service area opened, once the process got going, everything went smoothly. In a three-lane line, I was first in one of the lanes. Each Ford Country employee with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, and helpful. My 10,000 mile service was efficiently handled and was finished off with a quick wash and wipe. I will be happy to return there for my future Ford needs.

My friend ran out of fuel in the service line after asking a service writer a question with her 16 f350 pickup, she called me to help her get fuel for her. After getting to ford to help her, she had a team of Ford country crew men helping her after fueling her truck, (because its a choir to start a desel motor after it runs out of fuel)..The shop was very caring and helped her with a kind nature.Excellent service, and a great team of professional service.. thank you!!

Individually wrapped pens for customers, that’s new in these Covid times, C’est la vie.Beautiful customer lounge with refreshments while you wait. They have a lovely Diner but I do not think it is open during COVID.I appreciate that when I come for service they always have parts necessary for recall items. Many dealerships shy away from thos work and do not keep parts on hand and it mist be scheduled and planned out, they are always prepared.

I took my 2013 Ford Edge to the Ford dealer expecting excellent service. After they ran a diagnostic test I was told that there were several major issues with my vehicle and it would be 3955.00 to correct. This included that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be replaced immediately. It was so bad that they had to jump my car in order to get it into the shop to begin the test. Also that my fuel pump was failing.Because I had really never had any issues with the car before, I decided to get a second opinion.I politely told them I would be in and pay for the 159.99 diagnostic test but I did not want any work done because I felt the quote was to excessive.I was then asked if I had ever thought about trading it in because I have 149000 miles.On the day I picked the car up after paying, the valet ran out to get my car and guess what....it started right up without a jump. I then took it to another reputable shop where I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. In fact, they checked everything out and said there were No major issues at all.My husband has been a Ford man forever, we currently own 4 Fords but I would not feel comfortable doing any business at this dealer again. Feel like we were about to get taken for sure.

Staff were very nice at the service department.Showed me how to redeem my Ford pass points.I had an oil change and new fuel filters installed in my 2020 F-450 and the bill was an astronomical $522.00I have had the similar service done in both New York and also Alaska ( oil, fuel filters and also tire rotation) for $479.00 in each location so I was shocked by the price.Also due to the fact that my truck was a dually they wouldn’t wash it which was also a first for me, other dealers just had someone hand wash it….

What started off as a one and a half hour will change appointment turn into a four-hour appointment because there was a recall and it was taking the other side of service a long time to get to me. I was frustrated but to my surprise the service manager took care of my oil change and new windshield wipers. I left with no charge. Ive never been to any dealership where that happened. I took my car in for motor mounts, it took over a month for the parts to come in! I asked about recalls on my Explorer and the guy looked and told me there were 2. I asked that they check them and was informed that they would have to keep the car for 3 days because the trim department was backed up, so my car would have to sit in line for 3 days for somebody to even look at it! I’m single, live alone and it’s the only car I own!!! This is ridiculous! Then to top the cake, when I got home and looked at the paperwork, it says I was informed of the recall and declined to have the recall performed!!!

I originally planned to pick up some touch-up paint for my Ford 2011 Ford F-350 diesel. This was supposed to happen last Thursday along with a list of other chores. Then, I couldn’t find either set of keys. So yesterday, I decided to do a load of clothes washing and noticed the dryer making an odd noise. Hence, I found one set of keys which wouldn’t work. I pried open the key head and replaced the 2032 circular battery. Still wouldn’t work, but would set off the annoying beep, beep, beep sound meant to assist in finding my truck in crowded parking lots. Finally, it did work and I hightailed it over to Country Ford and decided to buy two new sets since my 10-yr old set of keys is as comforting as an unfaithful girlfriend. The programming of keys took a couple of hours which seemed excessive, but what do I know. I can remember meeting four Ford Country personnel on this visit and they were all smiling, sympathetic folks, including the Mustang Sally’s folks who prepared my mushroom burger.So here I sit, an exhausted 68-yr old thankful that my new truck keys are now almost 1 day old. The only disappointment I feel is with my ability to organize myself to keep catastrophes away from my doorstep. In the future I will return to Country Ford for my truck needs

It was my first time to the Quick lube oil change service. I purchased pre-paid oil changes when I bought my truck. They were very courteous, professional and detail oriented. Aside from the long wait due to high volume of sales it was a good experience. The manager took time to explain exactly what my maintenance package included and even helped dry my Super Duty when it came out of the free car wash.

Went in to see the Mach - E, the sales guy just pointed at it, didnt show any features anything. I asked about test driving it and was told no test drives. Tesla the other brand Im considering allows test drives and Mustang doesnt? I left called another Ford dealership and they have one just for test drives. So Ill visit that dealership. I took my vehicle in for a repair and a recall. It took the service department 2 weeks to get the proper paperwork sent to my insurance. When everything was finally sent and approved, Ive been made to wait more than a week to pick up my car. Ive been calling for 2 days to check if theyve received the insurance payment, but no one will answer. Its been over 3 weeks without my car and Ive had to spend hundreds of dollars on transportation in the mean time. I just want my car back. This experience has been terrible.Edit: After paying $2400 I picked up the car. It broke down after driving it to pick up my wife from work on the same day. It was the same exact problem that it was brought in with. 3 weeks, $2400 and no repairs.

We traveled from California to Las Vegas for a flight to Mexico with our family, then a road trip to Tennessee. My F150 suddenly had some electrical problems. We dropped it off on Labor Day. The next day and for the following week, Juan in the service department was in daily contact with us on the status of the repairs. Juan was able to get the parts needed in a timely manner. Our vehicle was ready the day after we returned in time to continue our road trip. Juan was even kind enough to call the following day to make sure everything was ok. We let him know what we were looking for and he showed us a few cars. He was very thorough, giving us specifics on each car that weren’t listed on the paper in the windows. We test drove 2 cars, one that was new and another similar model but a gold certified used car. We let him know we wanted to trade in a car as well and what our goals were as for numbers. After some conversations, he was very transparent in suggesting to us what would be best for our situation. We purchased the gold certified used car from Kojak. Ed the Finance Manager who processed the paper work for us was also very thorough. Both were very personable and made the experience enjoyable. We spent probably close to 7 hours total at the dealership from start to finish, but it was a pleasant experience and we’re glad to have been able to work with them!

I went in for an oil change yesterday after work and had planned on leaving my truck overnight. They said they were able to get me before they closed. I was in and out in about a 1/2 hr, I know this is not a typical timeframe but yesterday it was a welcomed surprise.

I went to friendly first and they were rude and talked to me like I wasn’t important. They have a system there where they are going to text me and I’ll have to bring my car within an hour or I lose my spot. Ridiculous. I called Ford country instead very nice set up an appointment. Kevin is who helped me he didn’t make a big deal of checking my car. They took it on Saturday and he called me on Monday that l needed a part that was being driven here from Cali so one more day. Car was fixed and the price was what he said it would be on Saturday nothing weird added to it. I highly recommend coming here it’s worth the drive rather than go somewhere shady. Thanks for the help.

Jose Valdivia, who checked us in, was courteous and knowledgeable and understood the problems we were having right away. Communication and service was excellent at every stage. Front office staff were very attentive but I got a text the Whole Package for 49.99. I told then I would like all synthetic so knew cost would go up. But they couldnt rotate my tires(thier staggered) no brake inspections and the car was was broke so no car wash. Yet I still paid almost 90 bucks. Think a discount could have been offered.

We got a rude employee named Dani Rodarte Lopez who got in my husbands face as if he was trying to fight him. He was unprofessional the entire time he was suppose to help us, but didn’t. He kept lying about so many things that my husband and I have prof of and he kept giving us attitude the entire time we where their in Ford country. I would not recommend for anyone to get service their at all. Again do it at your own risk later don’t say that no one didn’t warn you people. They will lie and try to scam you out of your hard working money by acting nice, but behide close doors they will lie lie and lie.

I must say the service advisor and cashier staff is typically very friendly and polite. However once I drop my truck off it is a guessing game as to when they will be able to diagnose the problem or if they would actually call me with any updates. This is the second time in a row I drop my F150 off and it was kept for several days, this time without diagnosis or solution. I typically have to be the one to call back and ask for updates, otherwise I never get any phone calls to know whats going on. A lender vehicle is never offered, even when they know its going to take days to fix our truck, making our familys life a nightmare with only one vehicle. The biggest problem with service here is the lack of communication. Phone calls from the service advisors are either scarce or completely lacking... even if they need to keep your vehicle for days, you wont know until you call them. Its very frustrating and means I will look elsewhere for service.

My service writer, Jose, was optimistic that my repair would happen quickly. Incorrect parts arrived, then correct parts, but more parts needed. This turned into a 12 day repair time. I understand parts problems. My best friend is a mechanic. I am pleased with the outcome including car wash.

We were greeted by nice gentleman after parking our car. We told him what we needed and he said the receptionist will help us. She was great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and provided new vehicle document and instructions to apply for DMV vehicle registration. She had a rep help us with the status of our new truck bed liner. He reassured us that the order was submitted to their parts head quarters. We should text our sales rep for update. We felt at ease after all our concerns were taken care of.

Took my 2020 Explorer ST here about a week ago. I was having an issue with my rear view camera going blue at times. Of course when demonstrating and speaking of the problem it wouldnt do it. Thomas Murphy who was attending to me informed me they would take a look at it and there were several cars ahead of me and he would keep me informed. He was very attentive and very down to earth. I was prepared to leave my vehicle for a few days and was pleasantly surprised when I was called the following day and was informed it was ready. Very quick service and very nice staff. Im new here to Nevada and Im glad that I found a service center for my ST.

Alisha M. was incredible to work with in Service. I have had bad service before at both of the Ford Dealerships in the valley, but this time was different. Alisha stayed in contact with me the entire time my truck was in the shop, finished when she promised it, and the bill turned out to be less than she had even estimated.
