The last time I will ever use this place for service for my car. I got my alternator and battery tested, both tested bad. They found a reason to not replace both that ARE under warranty. They claim I have a power draw from the oem alarm that was installed in 2017. I bought the car certified pre owned in April. Why didn’t this car have issues when installed in 2017!? I am testing the so called problem myself again to see what power draw their talking about and absolutely no power draw at all. Why wouldn’t you just change something that is warranty. I now have had the alternator tested 3 times and still FAIL. I have a warranty to use. And then I feel like because I’m female they want to question my intelligence I don’t care who has sisters and a mother we all do. Because I’m female I just don’t know anything about cars but I guess working on them since I was 14 and 4 years of schooling means nothing. I had a warranty to use I want to use it but they will find any excuse possible to not use it so they don’t have to do anything. Was going to buy another car here when they finally get a Corolla hatchback xse manual in but I’ll take my business elsewhere. Centennial Toyota is a lot farther but at least they see a problem and do something about it not find an excuse.

Great place with even better cars. If youre going to bring your car in for service, see Tim. Hes the man with the plan and will get your car fixed and not just say could not replicate issue .... He might say something like hey man we found the issue, parts are on order and itll be fixed

My 2018 Toyota Tundra crewman SR5 driver seat cushion was in bad condition at 50k miles. I ask Findlay if Toyota would replace it. Find let told me they would look at it when they replaced a recall item. After Findley inspected the seat and agreed it was bad they said I was out of warranty and Toyota would not replace it.. I only weigh 175 pounds, thx Toyota

Great Service experience. Lots of tables if you wait for service. Very friendly staff! They do get extremely busy but I am impressed at the customer volume Findlay Toyota can handle.

I drive from Lone Mountain and 215 to get to them when Centennial Toyota is 10 minutes away because they can ALWAYS figure out what the problem is no matter how big or small whereas the other Toyota dealerships cannot! TRANSFER CASE DRAIN AND REFILL service resulted in a leak and a puddle in my garage. Henderson always finds $500 - $1000 worth of extra work to do when we bring our truck in for general maintenance. We often have mysterious issues pop up right after getting a service from Findlay Toyota. The last time we got the truck serviced, the coolant level was so low, it could have blown our engine. Our take is theyre shady sales people w/amateur or dishonest mechanics.

They did a great job on my car!!! I had a better service experience than before. My advisor Vincent was thorough, informative, and kept me abreast of what was going on periodically. They also fixed my torsion rod. Neither of my sons could put it back in. I appreciated that most of all!

I just got a truck and I ask if I can change the window tint cuz i have a son with skin problems and they said no.I got 2 other cars in the past and they changed with no problem.. I dont know why they dont want to change.

Were able to fix the issue of a broken brake sensor on my Mazda CX-5, which they sold me. Took them a few tries and my recommendation, but they solved the issue and took care of my rental needs while they had the vehicle. The Manager Zach who helped me was great. Toyota Findlay in Henderson is my go to for anything for my car repair. I bought my car here and purchased the warranty as well. I’m so glad that I bought a warranty coz I don’t have to pay anything when my car got a nail. Toyota covered it and didn’t pay any out of pocket. Richard from Service Department took care of me. I was able to get an appointment right away. Only give him few hours of heads up that I’m coming and he took care of me ASAP. Don’t have to wait too long to get an appointment. I like him coz his very attentive, he smiles all the time and very polite. I only request for him every time I needed a service for my car. Keep up the good work Richard(Advisor) ! They did my free warranty service, and replaced my wheel for about a hundred less than I expected. They were extremely busy and it took about four hours, which I think was reasonable. Extremely friendly and not pushy at all.

I had An awesome experience! They made me feel very comfortable and very important. They give quick Service and lots of Hands-On staff. All of the cars appear to be very clean and the ones that I test drove were in excellent running condition, very well kept and looks like new condition. I was truly happy to find that the car that I chose which caught my eye almost immediately was certified by Toyota, and it drove extremely well on the road. The salespeople at this Toyota dealership are very Hands-On and efficient and make you feel at home and like I became a member of a new family, hardly no waiting time. I was attended to every minute I was there. They worked with me, a person like me with no credit, helped with financing, and they trusted and allowed me to make a partial down payment, and allowed me to drive the car home before having the full down payment up front. I was also offered at my convenience to have a dent fixed and promised a rental car at no cost to me whenever I returned with the balance of the down payment owed. Findlay recently changed the allingmnent on my car. When I went to leave I noticed the time and radio settings were off. I didnt think anything of it, and reset them. That evening we went to the grocery store, and when getting back into the car my anti-theft prevented me from starting my car. My computer in my car told me to roll my window up and down on my drivers side. Long story short eventually we got the car started and took it straight home. I went to Findlay the next morning and they got me right in. They took a look at the car at no charge do the possibility that it might have been their error. They wound up discovering my battery was going bad though, due to the heat probably. So they changed that out, and so far so good. Very good customer service! Thank you Findlay!
