Frist of all I never write reviews but I had to do one because of the excellent service that was provided. Rice Auto is the the best! Ive decided to use Rice Auto Repair for all my vehicle needs. Very knowledgeable, persistent and quick. Respectable company, made sure to communicate about what was going on with my vehicle and what was needed. I really appreciated that especially coming from a single mom who has no knowledge about car repairs. I would recommend to all! William was very professional he did the job perfectly. He knew exactly what to do. Pinpointed the problem and fixed it fast. His rates are very reasonable half of what youd pay at big box auto shops. The greatest part of all is he comes to your house being a mobile mechanic taking the extra stress away of having to tow your car, or limp it to a shop. My wife and I are blessed to have found William.

Had to call out another mobile mechanic to fix the issues with my brakes due to loud humming and rasping sounds that Mr Rice couldnt resolve for some reason. The new mechanic said the brake pads that were installed should not have been placed on my vehicle as they were not the correct type for my car (was misled by OReillys, but one would think Mr Rice shouldve known that they arent the correct kind prior to installing, right?? they were for a different model btw) and also the disc hardware clips were never replaced when Mr. Rice changed out my brake pads, the new mechanic pulled them off and showed them to me. They were OEM clips.The new mechanic was able to get me better brake pads from another auto parts shop which fixed the issue, all done in under an hour. Its been several months now and not a single problem with my brakes.

William did great work for me and allowed me to purchase my own parts as a cost saving measure! He works fast but is thorough. The overall cost came out to half of what I was quoted elsewhere!

I was recommended Rices Auto Repair a few weeks before I needed him, by a co worker who had a great experience. I too had a great experience with William. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and we drove down to the parts shop picked it up what we needed and my new alternator was installed in about 40 minutes. Instead of sitting in a mechanics waiting area or waiting for the dealership to call me, my home became my waiting area. William charged a very fair price as well. If your car wont start do not hesitate to call him.
