I cant speak more highly of these guys. I run a shop in MD, I had a customer traveling that was experiencing a problem with a repair we made a month before. Tonys was willing to take the car in at 5pm on a Friday to help myself and my customer out. Long story short, they had identified the problem and made a correction to get the customer back on the road safely by 6:30pm. THEY CLOSE AT 5PM! This kind of care and commitment is what we need in the automotive industry, they went above and beyond and had no reason to besides they care. Top notch, they have put such an impression on me that if I ever am passing through there Im taking them out to lunch! Trust and integrity is a trait Tonys has and I was speechless all weekend as a result of the way they handled the situation. Thank you again, I really appreciate everything you did!

Very dissatisfied. I got my vehicle towed there on 3/26/19 after I had talked to Anthony and he stated that he would have time to diagnose it. Each time I called, he stated that he has not found out the problem. Fast forward two months later, I gave him an ultimatum to let me know the issue or I would take it somewhere else. He promised that he would work on it. I have always had to call them they have never called me to let me know the progress. Anthony then stated the vehicle needed a starter, which they had already put one on less than a year ago. Well, he tried a couple of starters and he said that it would not turn. The last time that I was able to speak to him (I have called and left several messages for him with no response) he told me that the motor locked up and he did not know why because the oil was clean (I service my vehicle regularly) but that he may be able to fix it and if not, I would need a motor. I told him to let me know the status. He never did and He will not return my calls. I am going to file a formal complaint. This is my only vehicle and I am borrowing someone elses to get back and forth to work. This is so unprofessional. I believe that they damaged my vehicle and now are ignoring me.

Im a first time customer of Tonys and I will absolutely come back.Here is my story: I took my Volvo to them because the check engine light was on. I took the car there on a Friday. The gentleman I spoke with told me it was P0420 ( catalytic converter below efficiency ) code. I was upset because I thought surly it was going to need a $1,200 part. Instead of just slapping an expensive part on my car he told me it could be a number of things and wanted me to bring it in the following Tuesday, when he had time to properly diagnose the car. After diagnoses it turns out there was just some play in something and it caused a little bit of oil to leak into the exhaust which set the code.Tonys does it right!1. They were HONEST which goes a long way with me.2. They took their time and did it right. No shenanigans with these guys, if they do something they do it right!3. They were knowledgeable. They actually took time to explain what was going on with my car so that I could understand it.4. They were cheap!!! Im not going to say how much they charged me but I was floored at how cheap they were. Most places that work on Volvos charge you $100 just to open the hood but not these guys!

Multiple members of my family trust Tonys for honest, accurate auto repair and service. Efficiency is not a strength here, however. If time is your priority, seek service elsewhere for that day. Very easy going, approachable staff, with recommendation of another auto maintenance shop for us when they couldnt help us same day.Chis will greet you heartily at the Carey Chapel shop, so if allergic to dogs or fearful, stick to Raleigh Road. They talk a big talk, but nothing more.Also, no state safety inspections when internet down at both of their locations in Henderson. The Carey Chapel location sent us to Raleigh Road location, unaware their own sister store also did not have internet for days. Lets work on communication within the auto group/family.If they treat my old Olla well, and the next small pickup I get, Tacoma vs Ranger, Ill detail my review better towards results of their service and performance on my own cars. Only if I dont need regular transportation daily, as our primary vehicle for commute in town is sitting at the shop for 6 days, untouched, to check a non-mechanical, non-critical observed change in a fluid.Well just pick it up and go to Petes if still unserviced by day 7.
