To whom it may concern ;The Edge has great staff that’s very helpful and professional. Ive noticed that staff goes over and beyond while doing their job. Staff has been very helpful with any concerns and needs,Which I haven’t had many at all. management is very professional and as a business owner that truly matters. I also appreciate that they’ve pressure wash the playground area multiple times and surrounding common areas. I am a full-time single father and everything I do is for my daughter. There’s tons of kids and they all play and that matters the most to me. Also as a small business owner I haven’t had any issues and I highly appreciate that. if you’re looking for a place that feels like home I would Definitely give this place a try. After selling our home and moving into a place nearby, we definitely experienced a horror story. We originally moved into Alta and I wouldn’t know where to begin with issues and Concerns. My daughter and I both are glad we came to the edge and we have made this place at home.
I am grateful for the management team here at the edge at traverse point. They have been very helpful, and patient while waiting for my rental assistance to come through. I appreciate everything they do and would have to say that they make this a wonderful place to reside! Thanks again,Mark Riggio
The Edge has been painting and updating the look of the complex making its appearance more modern and updated.
Worse apartment experience since I’ve been in Henderson. Horrible office staff. Delayed service request. Roach issue in some apartments. You see the roaches sparingly but enough to notice. I would not recommend them to anyone. I moved to dream after 2.5 years…
Rick came out after 6 oclock p.m. fixed the air conditioner, adjusted the thermostat and within an hour, we had Cooling again. Keep this guy, he knows what hes doing and is a great guy. Thanks again to Rick.
Moved here from Washington State and the team made the move as easy as they could! Otina is always so helpful and understanding! They definitely go the extra mile to help out when they can!
Rick is an exceptional maintenance man that is very respectful and responsive. He always has such a positive attitude. Once he has completed the job, he cleans up as though he was never there. Thank you for having Rick.
O’TINA!!!! Everything was done via email or phone! This team went above and beyond to make sure I was setup for success while traveling for work and moving to another state! I couldn’t of done this without O’Tina’s positivity and eagerness to make sure I was set including while I was beyond stressed out! Thank you again for being LEGENDARY and setting the bar high for everyone around you!!
Evertime I go into the office I get great service my questions are always answered with no problems. Also want to thank Otina she is so awesome!!she is always pleasant and helpful i Truly appreciate all that you do
The girls at the leasing office were great. They teamed up to make me feel welcomed one offered me a beverage the other took me on tour. I am not ready to put a deposit down but I sure will come back when I am
O’Tina in the leasing office might be one of the most helpful people ever. She has made this experience great so far.
Iv been apartment hunting for about a month now and the way the past two weeks have been going I must say it’s very refreshing to come across someone so friendly and energetic. Otina was great! So welcoming and very knowledgeable! Thank you for all your help !!
I recently visited the community and the staff was amazing. Especially Otina she was very detailed and thorough. She was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and the property. She was great one my greatest experiences touring thus far.
Talk about the greatest customer service Ive received from an apartment complex! From the start to finish and beyond Otina has been one of the reasons The Edge continues to surprise me with its fine living.Otina has been with me from the start and I have been smiling ever since.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I was helped by a super friendly woman named Otina. She was very knowledgeable about the propertys amenities and local attractions- very helpful to someone relocating to the area. Great location!
Needed some maintenance repairs over at our apartment. Jerry Lugo was very quick to solve the issues we had. Very friendly and professional 👌. Thank you so much jerry. Awesome work.
Lease signed, I Show up to see my model of home . Hours later I get a call from Yolanda and she states I WASNT APPROVED. I HAVE A SIGNED LEASE WITH ALL MONIES DOWN FROM DAYS AGO .Lucky enough I have a great attorney!DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT FROM THEM .now Im out my moving costs, movers and truck rental, and have 3 kids .Read reviews . Im not the first one this happened too .
I initially called & spoke with their HQ department (not on site) & was quoted a price under what the price actually was @ physical complex. I then set up an appointment to come view the property. With the verbal quote I applied that same evening. The online application showed a MUCH higher price for the same exact unit. Im talking over $400 difference. Now 2 reasons why I still completed the application after seeing the price difference. One reason was I have a friend that lives here who is in a larger unit than I applied for who told me how much her rent was. So why would I think that the unit smaller than hers was $500 more...? Plus being given a verbal....? With ALL that being said... We arrived the following day to take a tour before COB. Met with an absolutely wonderful individual by the name of OTina. She didnt even know we were coming. To mk a long story shorter she confirmed price that application showed, NOT what was quoted over the phone. Frustrated doesnt begin to tell the tale. However, the call was pulled and validity was found in my situation. I just want it noted that it is rare a corporation & company does the right thing. This company along with its employees including a Yessica or Yasinia also worked hard on this issue. I was able to recoup the funds spent on app & deposit. Prices are unfortunately very high everywhere nowadays. Still looking in fact.... But it is refreshing to know that a complex that lets be honest makes money hand over foot with their residents chose to do the right thing. I would absolutely choose to live here if it was more in my budget. The grounds are beautiful but more importantly the staff are sincere & care. Now the corporate office should have the correct prices on file for ALL locations...but hey I dont run the world. YET! They still get a 5 star review bc of the customer service & doing the right thing.
I love this place the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful landscaping. The staff is very helpful as well Otina made it very easy for me while looking for a new place thanks a million. See you guys soon
The community is beautiful and all the apartments are renovated. I hate that I can’t afford living there but someone should definitely check them out. Yessica gave me a tour and she was really nice and friendly.
Rick was both professional & efficient when he came to our unit for work order✅ We are so grateful for the staff at the Edge Apartments at Traverse Point✅
Love the fact my community is so clean and friendly.definitely will be renewing my lease! The dog park is a plus gives my puppy somewhere to go and enjoy a nice outside experience,i would suggest maybe a bigger dog part or having another placed in the complex it does get full pretty fast specially in AM,if you have a issue with anything call front office and must times there pretty fast and do a great job...
Selena was the most helpful compared to leasing agents at other properties even though many of those others were incredibly helpful.
Very very nice people in office as well maintenance always helpful to anything I need love the apt as well
Jerry Lugo took care of my request for the apartment in such a professional manner .Thank you Sir
Great place, great people. They’re always a help to what ever I need.
Ms. O’Tina McKinstry was phenomenal. With this hectic housing market in Las Vegas, I was coming up empty at every complex I tried. After taking the time to show me an apartment on the off chance one became available Ms. McKinstry went out of her way to personally email me to let me know a unit was available. She sat on the phone with me while I completed the final touches of my application to ensure everything went smooth and was a joy to work with during my the entire process. One hundred percent will be a resident at The Edge because of my experience with O’Tina.Absolutely recommend this complex, ask for O’Tina!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Usually we overlook long negative reviews since everyone has a different idea of what a bad experience is, but in the few days weve been here I can say the negative reviews are true and shouldnt be ignored. Just moved in 5 days ago from Ohio and weve had nothing but issues. When we first toured, we were shown the 2br 2ba, and 1bd 1 ba apts and they looked new and modern. We applied for a 2br 2 ba unit few weeks later, and thats where it started going wrong. Called property over 10 times leaving multiple voicemails and emailed 5 times with questions regarding our future apt and that we havent received a lease 3 days before move in, with no response from leasing staff. Finally received an answer from Lisa, who is very helpful, and she sent us the lease right away. After driving for 3 days from Ohio, we arrived at apt complex to get keys and they proceeded to ask if we brought pay stubs to have the application process continued (even though we had already emailed them required paperwork and gotten approved, signed lease, and scheduled a time to pickup keys.) Once in the unit, the problems worsened. We opened the door, and the unit looked significantly different than what we were shown. They never told us about their classic (old) units, which were now stuck in for the next 13 months. (no nest thermostat, no pendant lights above sink, old faucet in kitchen sink, long flourscent light bulbs on kitchen ceiling.) Had they told us we applied to a classic unit, (or even a mention of classic units on the property at all) we wouldve considered the price difference to upgrade to a renovated unit. Weve had 13 maintenance requests in the first 5 days. Theres a foul smell coming from fridge/freezer from previous tenants, washer/dryer are both broken, bedroom door cracked and poorly patched, dead bugs in kitchen light cover, missing smoke detector with exposed wires in living room, no fire extinguisher, thermostat isnt accurate, and the list continues. The maintenance technician came next day (who was very friendly and sympathetic) and took care of the first 6 requests quickly. Weve spoken to our neighbors and come to find out, another person has been scammed as well. (shown modern, renovated units with no mention of there even being classic units on the property.) We shouldve taken the no responses at the beginning as a warning sign, and chose somewhere else. However, due to us being out of state and having to relocate in a short period of time for a new job, we didnt have much of a choice. Should you HAVE** to move here, I strongly suggest making sure you see your actual apt before signing the lease (If youre even able to get in contact with anyone.) Please see pictures below. What they advertise vs what you get...
Beautiful Property! The office staff and Manager are amazing and helpful. Also, The location is perfect and convenient.
Looking to relocate from Alabama to Las Vegas is quite a journey, so finding a new home can be quite the task. I went to check out The Edge and the staff in the front office were absolutely amazing. I visited with Yesica and was impressed with her attention to detail during our tour. I really liked the open layouts and that the location was convenient. Even the passerbyers were friendly! I definitely recommend this place!
Yolanda was super helpful in the move in process. Her friendly, charismatic, and caring attitude is one reason why I chose The Edge apartments.
I really enjoy this place so far, Maintenance is awesome we have never had an issue when they come out to take care of it. They always are very assertive. The management team does a good job trying to interact with residents. The staff that cleans the property does a fairly good job, trash is a huge issue. Over all the price for what you get is fair
Wow!!! I just spoke with one of your agents her name is Otina Mckinstry . She was so polite and very informative about the community her personality was welcoming and made you feel like you where already apart of their community. If you are interested in find a pleasant place to live Otina makes you feel like this is home I give her a 10 for the win because she won me over !!!!
Amazing experience, everyone is there to help you, and they are fast at fixing any problems that occurs during your move!
I couldnt have made the transition to Las Vegas had it not been through the help and support of the staff at The Edge at Traverse Point. Thank you for your support!
Just leased at The Edge and love it! The leasing staff, including Dayler and Maria are so helpful and even gave me extra tips on the area since i arrived from out of state.Reuben, on the maintenance staff, was here right when I moved in to help with a couple of things that needed attention. What a joy to live on such a wonderful and friendly community. The apartment is spacious and beautiful... Thank you!!!
Being polite and professional goes a long way! I love this community. Everyone minds their own business and the office staff has been so friendly and helpful especially during these trying times because of covid. I only take off one star because when I first moved in, the trash was full and stayed full for at least a week or a week and a half but Ive noticed its being emptied more often now. Other than that, its been great so far and I just moved here in November!
I love living here and they have been very helpful with the residents who were effected by COVID19
I had a great experience with maintenance they came within the hour of us reporting a problem with the AC. Jerry was kind enough to check out what was wrong with the Ac and replace the filter immediately.
We’ve lived in The Edge Apartment complex for about 3 years, and we’ve been very happy here. The people in the front office like Daylor are always friendly and easy to talk to. The maintenance people are nice & polite, and they get the work done right away when you put in a work request. The Master bath has a nice sized tub, and there’s recessed lighting in the kitchen and laminate flooring. We just signed the lease for another year.
I’ve lived at The Edge for 3 months now and I can honestly say they go above and beyond to make it feel like home. The apartment upgrades are beautiful and the hue lights are awesome. I’ve had great customer service when communicating with staff. Selena League was super helpful and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about The Edge.
Got a call a few weeks ago from someone stating I was owed a refund! How cool was that! I had to get on here and give them props for doing that
I have lived her for a little over two years now and it has been a pleasant experience during that time. The office staff are responsive to any needs that come up, and always reach out and respond in a timely manner with any issues. The maintenance staff are particularly excellent. We havent had to submit many work orders but when we do the maintenance team always responds quickly and completes the work efficiently and effectively. We frequently seen the maintenance staff around the complex constantly keeping things up to date and functioning appropriately. Particular shout out to Jay from maintenance. When ever we are walking around the complex or returning from an outing, if we happen to run into Jay, he always checks in following up on completed work orders or inquiring if everything is functioning as it should and if we are up to date on our preventative maintenance.
Had a tour and it was very helpful and informative. Although we saw the smallest 2 bedroom, it was still big enough and the actual apartment was lovely. Lots of parking and a nice pool area too which is a plus.
I called just to ask for information on the property and Jessica was very polite when she answered. She gave me all the information I needed. I won’t be moving until end of April next year, but this property is definitely on top of my list.
Very nice and polite.. appointments are greeted politely and Yésica Informed me very well on what I was asking... Its a really nice property...
Never been in such an amazing community. The neighbors are friendly and the community is very pet friendly. We moved here in the middle of covid and have not been able to enjoy the amenities but the staff here is great. Maintenance is always on top of things. Wouldn’t ask for a better community to live in
Clean, spacious, modern elegant look. New Apartments in Henderson, NV
The apartments are updated and nice inside. Neighbors can be super loud, but you take that chance with any apartment you live in. So far, weve lived here a month and we like it pretty well.
I just moved in and I love the apartment andCommunity so far! Daylor in the office has been so helpful throughout this process even though he was not the office person who originally rented to me he has always been there to answer all of my questions, very professional and polite!
A few months here, and great so far. Ive met quite a few long term tenants, even with covid. Feels safe and a few things within walking distance makes it easy to get around car/no car. Leasing process in covid was very quick and easy. Problems are addressed very quickly. Dayler was great, as well as other leasing office agents I have been in contact with!
Waited a while before posting to be as fair as possible. Weve been here going on 3 months and so far are very happy. Maintenance is attentive as is the office personnel, even during a pandemic.Amenities are great and kept very clean. There have been some issues with the gate but it appears they listened to resident feedback and are doing what was suggested to rectify the situation.Honestly, my only complaints are outsiders accessing the pool, (particularly during Covid), and the size of the refrigerators. There have been a few instances where there have been guests utilizing the facility that have openly said they were not residents, but given a key by someone who was. The pool is an amenity thats paid for by the residents and should be available only to them and guests whom they are accompanying. There should also be a limit (2 not 10). The refrigerators are modern (stainless steel) but definitely too small for a household of 4.
I saw some negative posts and honestly almost didnt move in because of them. Im happy I didnt change my mind, the apartment is very nice, the place is quite and the office staff has been more than helpful. I think people are only posting when they have an issue, so take the negative posts with a grain of salt.
Update: The next day the office called me to talk about some of my concerns. We first talked about the pools going back to 24 hours and they stated this wasn’t going to happen any time soon. I did get an email today that they are now 24/7. I have a feeling our governor may close everything again so hopefully I will be able to enjoy them before this all starts again. We also talked about assistance with rent since I’m still not back to work.I did update my review by adding 1 more star because I felt the manager I spoke with actually really cared. There are times I felt dismissed with the last management team but she heard me, was empathetic and it seems she really did try her hardest to fix what was upsetting me most.I’ve been here for a very long time. Almost 6 years. I use to be in love with this place. I loved the management team we use to have and the amenities. The pool use to be open 24/7 which was great for me. I have lupus so that was a selling point and why we chose the edge. Being able to go for a late night swim was very important for my joints and to be able to get exercise. Now the pool closes at 5 and I can’t use it during normal hours due to my medical condition. I’m paying a cam charge for things I’m not able to use anymore. We now have a new management team (again).. I haven’t had much interaction with them so I can’t speak to how they are.. but the maintenance manager is pretty nice. He’s understanding of issues and does what he can to make living here better. The office stopped sending out written notices for entry which I believe are required but they don’t. Apparently they feel sending an email is good enough, as if everyone checks their emails. They did their yearly fire inspection and we got zero notice unless you check your email.. which unless you’re looking for it it’s easily missed. I feel they should go back to paper notices to make things easier on the residents. The second maintenance guy is kinda bossy. I try to avoid him at all cost. The grounds of the property are maintained okay but they let plants over grow into the walkway which makes it difficult to get around with my walker without getting smacked in the face by a plant. The location of this property is nice. You have anything you need within a couple miles. Quick drive to the mall also. The layout of the unit we are in is an open floor plan. We don’t care for it much but we make it work. There’s no space for a computer which I need. The carpet is the same carpet from when the complex first opened. It’s a horrible cream color that attracts everything bad. There is NO storage if you have lots of things.Overall this place has served its purpose but could also improve. Be sure to check all your options.
I always have really great experience with the staff when ever we need something. They are always willing to go out of there way to help and to stop and talk with us to make sure all is going well
My wife and I enjoy living at The Edge. The buildings are energy efficient and our neighbors are friendly, and is a pet-friendly environment. Truly, The Edges location allowed us to enjoy Henderson many community amenities. One of these blessings of community that we especially enjoyed on a weekly basis is its proximity to paved pedestrian and bike paths.
Im updating my review about the Edge because i really want to take the time to be more specific. The office staff is great they are very friendly and helpful, theyre not always able to answer the phone but I completely understand because of covid 19 only one at a time can be there and they have a lot to handle but you can leave a message on the voice mail and they try to get it done in a timely manner, as quick as possible. Maintenance is very good at The edge. The maintenance manager is very nice, helpful. and he makes sure the job gets done. The online portal allows you to enter your work order request and select a time you want your repairs. The Edge has improved in communicating with the tenants regarding what is going on with the community and covid-19. So communication has improved between the edge and the tenants a great deal we are now being informed by email and sometimes by a notice at the door they even offer a text message alerts if you want it. The manager Selena is very friendly and very helpful she goes above and beyond. The only thing was that the sent us a taco truck so that we could buy food at the food truck but they dont even offer us a discount for a lower price the food at the taco truck is so expensive we cant even afford to eat there during the covid-19
Thank you Maria for that pleasant conversation you answered all my questions very patiently :)
We are the Martinez family, and weve been living here at The Edge At Traverse for the past four and a half months, were thrilled to be here, with saying this, I must compliment Mr Dayler for being such an excellent and exemplary employee who goes above and beyond his call of duty to make us feel welcomed, he is a stupendous asset to your company, one who when called with an issue stops at nothing to see that whatever the issue is, was completed, I personally compliment and thank you for having Mr Dayler as an employee, Blessed, Healthy, Safe and Happy Holidays, and a Prosperous 2021.STELLA AND CHANDLER MARTINEZ.
I want to give you a higher rating because maintenance is awesome, but my experience with the leasing iffice has been terrible. I have been asking about the gate fobs for months now and was told they had them. Still I have not recieved one and no one returns emails or calls. As Im reading the reviews I see someone has got their gate fob over a month ago. This is a problem especially during a pandemic. I feel as though im being punished for requesting a fob on several occasions.
There was a little confusion when I got here about who I was. The office was closed due to COVID. I had to wait for close to an hour to get my keys. Everything has been great since then. The office has been very helpful.
The office team goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. I rate it five stars!
Dayler Quinones Navarro had such great customer service. I had driven from up north to see a apt there and he helped me every step in the process.
Very friendly staff. I am looking to move in the next few months and my heart is set on this community. Updated and modern to my liking.
Maria, Dayler and the rest of the management’s staff are very helpful. Very nice place to live.
Extremely helpful, nice, genuinely wanted to help us get moved in, it was hot he ( dayler Quinones- Navarro) gave us water bottles explained throughly
Edit : all of my issues with this complex are officially being reviewed and the apartment complex staff (specifically selena) is doing everything to fix them! i am happy to say that as of right now i am content with this community again.
I love my apartment and I love the area, but so far I’ve been pretty upset with the communication that I’ve received in regards to moving in and next steps after submitting my application fee and deposit. I feel like once you got my money you stopped caring. I understand that with COVID-19, you’re taking precautions and measures to stay safe and working limited hours, but that shouldn’t effect the level of communication. It should almost increase to make sure those that are moving in feel welcomed even admist the non traditional way of finding and renting a new apartment.
First of all I’m renewing my lease again so I’ve been here for 3 years and i love it the apartments are really nice inside with nice appliances. The staff is always friendly especially Samantha she’s so helpful anything i needed she was always on top of it !!Also i wouldn’t Pay any mind to any negativity on here people are seriously dramatic and find anything to complain about. I seriously never had any issues with anything living here it’s very peaceful and comfy that’s why i keep renewing my lease, plus down the street you have all the stores and freeway access.
Looking to move in around mid October called for a quote Ms.Maria was very patient with me answered all of my questions respectfully, She mentioned all amenities. Definitely looking forward to working with her this October !
O’Tina I great!!!
I scheduled a self guided tour and Jessica the leasing consultant followed me through the whole process I will be definitely coming back with my girlfriend and move in next year
Nice picturesque environment. Friendly and comfortable to me and my Great Dane service dog.
Just moved in a couple days ago. The place is pretty nice overall. I didnt get the fancy styled thermometer nor the colored pendant lights that I was promised, but I shall be requesting them. Its true about the walls being thin, but its not the end of the world for me. I think once Im settled in, this will be a pretty respectable place to call home.
Hello,As of today because things change on a daily basis we are not waiving any late fees, and we are still going to file 7 days and evictions on those who cannot pay rent. The courts have suspended all evictions for 30 days to give people more time to come up with the money but we will still move forward. The early lease termination procedure is to pay the buy out fee equal to 2 months rent and a 30 day notice.THIS IS HOW THIS FIRM IS TREATING THEIR TENANTS DURING A TIME OF GLOBAL CRISIS. They dont even deserve the one star. Shame on them! Pathetic.
R Member at The Edge at Traverse Point Apartments,I would like to inform you of distinguished members of your staff you have at The Edge Traverse Apartments in Henderson Nv, Samantha Cooper, Elisa Valdez, Jay, Rick, Paul and Dauler are an awesome team!!.These apartments are very nice. Samantha and Elisa was always patient when dealing with questions I bothered them the most. I am a senior. Their calm manner was just what was needed when I had been increasingly frustrated in my apartment search before I found these apartments. They were all very patient and nice to me From the time I walked into the front door. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff is what I received at this facility. I am sure that your Corporation will go from strength to strength. I am happy to live at this very nice apartment with this wonderful staff. Keep up the good work. This is a Top Notch Crew !!!. I appreciate you all. Thank you for being wonderful and the gift bag. I will refer all my family and friends.May the Lord Bless you all.Sincerely,Teresa
I’m on my second lease now, and the Edge has-recently changed management. They took away the little renters insurance that we could get with the apartments. They made it so that we have to get our own now if we want to sign a new lease. Also, they gave everyone a new online portal for us to pay rent. The charge to do this is $36. That’s truly insane to ask people to pay that when they already pay you rent.
Cant wait to get moved in here! what a lovely staff and property. Everyone in the front office was so accommodating and my pets were comfortable and welcomed :) will update with more info once Im settled in!
I would rate this apartment complex a half star but google does not allow that option.I will begin with the positives which are: Location, Henderson is a lovely city. The apartment complex is within close proximity of multiple grocery stores, shopping and highway. The rent is approx. $200 cheaper in comparison to surrounding complexes. The negatives unfortunately is a much longer list.Rent balance does not reflect on the 1st of the month which means paying rent online on-time is not a possibility. This has been a reoccurring theme. The edge promises HUE lights in their upgraded units. Upon move in there was an empty HUE light box on top of the refrigerator. I reported this to the leasing office. They stated they will place an order. After 4 months and 3 check-ins still no HUE lights. The apartment upon move-in was not ready. There were no screens on any of my windows. The lease states you will be provided a gate key, however only received a mailbox/pool and house key. The lease states if not returned there is a $50 fee for replacement. When I mentioned this to the leasing agent their response was we no longer provide gate openers. The gate is opened 24/7. So much for safety.Contacting the leasing office is a pain. 9/10 times you will receive a prompt that they are busy with other tenants but if you were to walk-in shortly after there is an agent hanging out just not picking up the phone. There are never any returned calls despite numerous voicemails being left. Sometimes the leasing office number says it is no longer in service. One of the two outside grills in the pool area has been out of order for quite some time. The walls are thin. Every morning I wake to another bug, insect crawling in my bathroom.I moved back to this apartment complex this year because I had such a great experience when I first moved to Vegas 5 Years ago. It appears the change in management has caused this place to go downhill. I will not be continuing my lease as the problems here that are reported are not taken very seriously.
I lived at The Edge for 4 years. During that time management/ staff changed constantly, but for the most part I enjoyed it. Maintenance was decent, though I never had a major problem, and I liked that I got to have the carpets cleaned once a year for free (though I will say they dont do a fantastic job). They charge you a cleaning fee and a carpet cleaning fee when you leave but dont tell you that, so dont plan on getting much if any of your deposit back when you leave. I will say I was promised upgrades when I renewed my lease by 2 different people and then when I did, they suddenly werent doing them anymore. I never did get the upgrades. Overall though, it was a great apartment and for the most part the staff was great to work with, especially one of the guys in there now. (Reddish hair and glasses. I think its Julian or something. ) Great appliances and countertops and comes with washer/ dryer which was awesome. One downside though is that the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything on the side of you and above you.
I’ve lived here for almost two years and love it! I have weird hours for work and always feel safe coming in and out late at night or early in the morning. The staff is super friendly and the (very few) times I’ve had maintenance issues they’ve been over within minutes to fix things. I would recommend to anyone!
This place is poorly operated. No calls are ever returned. They cant even get the website for the Renters in check, First of the Month and you cant pay your rent because the website does not show balance 2nd month in a row this happened, but best believe when your late there are eviction notices on your door. When you call they have no clue why the website is not showing balance, for a company that gets mad quick when you dont pay the rent they dont even have the common sense to update the website to allow themselves payment. Lease is up in 3 months I cant wait to run out of here. The most unorganized and poorly run complex. 2 years too long loving here !!!
I just move into these apartments and Id like to say how wonderful and helpful they are at the leasing office. They made it an easy transition into my new apartment, I am in love! I dont think Ill ever want to move out!!
I lived there for 2 years. I liked the place and have no big complaints, it was good. The only bad thing I’ll say is getting packages delivered to the office was difficult. Many times I had deliveries to the office but I was never informed of them. Would be nice if I could have been notified.
Moving is usually always troublesome, but I have to admit the leasing agents at the edge made it so simple. I have to thank Mel for making it such a pleasant experience. She answered all my questions, very friendly, very informative. Im looking forward to making the Edge my new home.
My lease is almost up and my husband and I cannot wait!! We pay $1055 for a small one bedroom. We thought paying that much we would have a great apartment, great service. Well we were very wrong. These apartments were brand new when we moved in, the carpets here are horrible, they killed 2 of my vacuums! The dishwasher sucks, the sink handles come off in your hand and thats AFTER the maintenance guy comes. The bug problem is horrible, I constantly have crickets in my apartment. The front office people were really nice when we moved in, but somewhere along the line different people came in and they are RUDE!! And the people living here are even worse. They speed through the complex, and they very rarely look at the road too busy texting!!! To say the least we cannot wait to move!!!! BEWARE!!
Between dealing with an infestation of mice in my patio closet that ruined hundreds of dollars of items and paperwork, these idiots now are costing another $250 as they towed my friends car who was visiting me. She has a valid handicapped tag hanging from the mirror and was parked legally, but they towed her. Thankfully, I am moving out in a week!
I went to take a tour earlier this week. It was a great first impression. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean and well kept. The units were surprisingly modern and reasonably priced for the area, I hope to be moving in very soon.
I never had the pleasure of knowing the safety of this property, I have never seen and this service is included in the rents of everybody..anybody enters and leave to this property at any time, even We have the gate that spends most of the time decomposed, today some person tried to open my window of the room, my housband had going outside to afront this situation because the security apartments numbers nobody take the call and send me to the voice mail...is not the first time I saw people in the sidewalk of the apartments, at any time, anybody can access the pool drinking, smoking marijuana...after 9pm..as those who live here, We know the insecurity doors entrances, without any protection...believe I think takes bad election coming here I do not really feel safe. This is a serious requesting..please owners be carefully more with every body living on this property, We need a safety place...for Our Families.
It was a good experience moving. The staff have a really good vibe to them. They made it nice and smooth to get me going.
This place is terrible. Cops are always here. Smells like weed 24/7, and there’s underage drinking at the pool. Management Doesn’t know anything and don’t help with anything. This place is over priced
Horrible maintenance and workers dont advise you guys living here! 👎
If I could review with negative stars that would be my rating. I could write a novel but will only hit the points that will interest future renters. The only reason we moved and stayed here any amount of time is because it is the only place in Henderson that will rent to dangerous breeds (keep that in mind if you have children). Beware of the price they quote you as there are hundreds of dollars of add-ons that you can’t remove. And for the amount that they charge in rent you should at least expect modern appliances. The stove is the old antiquated coil kind and the refrigerator is so small and old that they are both 1970 throw backs. The dishwasher is so little it needs run daily (and there are only two of us) and loud (again old) that you can’t watch TV while it is running. The washer and dryer are also the old two setting style models that you will be thankful are in their own room so you can shut the door while they spin and rattle around. We thought no washer can possibly be that loud so we asked maintenance to come check it and they said they recalibrated our manual washer. So they will get out of replacing things by lying to you and if they are forced to replace something it will be with an older cheaper model. If you should happen to have unruly neighbors they won’t do anything for you. They will repeatedly tell you they want you to be happy and will claim that they talked to them but will send them an email and hope the issue resolved itself. PLEASE. unless you can’t find any place else to live - don’t move here!!!!!
Just went to office today to pay my rent and renew the lease, they told me that I have pay $100.00 extra per month for Cox in order to renew the lease. IT CLEARLY SAYS THAT COX IS OPTIONAL BUT Miss KELLY and TIFFANY SAYS ITS NOT.I do not have time to watch TV, so why should I pay. Our money doesnt grow on the trees.Guys have some fear of God. You cant rip of people like that.Im already paying $1300+I think I will have to hire a lawyer for this issue. What goes around comes around. I HOPE OWNER IS READING THIS REVIEW.PLEASE STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL SAVE LOT OF MONEY AND WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND.GOD BLESS YOU.
This has honestly been the absolute worst experience in my entire rental history. Once you move in, the staff is seemingly uninterested in any problems or questions you may have. Theres always a long wait time for maintenance to fix any problems. Their excuse for the past several months has been we only have one maintenance person for the entire property and no timetable to hire a new one. Theres always trash piling up and cockroaches amongst other bug issues. If you have children or pets, Id discourage you from living here since the pesticides they spray ever so sparingly are extremely toxic. My boyfriend and I were coughing when they did this and theyre careless when they spray in your apartment. It gets all over your furnishings, books and items you may frequently touch. Not safe at all.One of the reasons we chose to live here were because of the amenities. However, youll find that the BBQ pit stations are extremely dirty and infested with tons of bugs. The computer station is always filled with unsupervised children, which is extremely distracting. Youll need to put a deposit if you want to watch a movie or have an event in the theater room and its only open between certain hours. Management fails to warn residents when there is scheduled pool maintenance. Its something extremely simple that could be easily resolved with a simple notice. This apartment complex has gone through several management changes. Each time, policies like online billing change for the worse. If youre considering living here, consider yourself warned.
2 bedroom has a nice layout, but living room is small. Pool and clubhouse are great to hangout and relax. Rent is not too high for the area.Only complaints are that people drive really fast throughout the complex and fly around the corners..almost got hit a few times. Other is that they allow residents to smoke weed. They do notify them that after receiving a complaint from neighbors they have to keep the smell inside their resident. That doesnt really stop the smell from getting in your apartment when you have multiple neighbors that smoke weed.
Firstly, Im using an alternative account. I personally am living here now and dont suggest moving here anytime soon. Most if not all the dogs in the neighborhood, including my own, are horribly sick. Leaving droppings everywhere, and as responsibe pet owners we cant pick it up due to it being liquidy. The management seems to know about this problem yet, Ive seen them do next to nothing about it. Ive had to take my own dog to the veterinarian twice last month, April of 2019. It is not only disgusting of the management to do almost nothing about this problem but, Im also very very concerned about not only my pets but the neighborhoods pets as well.
The management is friendly, but the cost is too high for a community infested with rodents. There are hidden fees with their lease. They tell you that the cost is low, however, they manipulate the cost to make your rent late. Utilities include water, sewer and trash costs 85-100 dollars a month in addition to rent. If you pay your just your rent on time and the utilities late, they put part of your rent towards utilities and make your rent late. Not worth the money. Dont waste your time, there are way better apts such as Ovation properties that dont have hidden fees or agendas. I am moving out ASAP. This complex is not worth it at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSEMaintenance is great.
I called because I wanted to move in asap, the assistant manager- (later I found out) answered the phone. I asked about the move in specials that was posted on their website, which I took a screenshot... she denied it and said she didnt know who what I was talking about. I have pics, for proof, free month and something called $500 lifeline credit. She was really rude, had an attitude, and acted as if she was in a bad mood. She responded, said well that not the special. So I told her I wanted to move in, but can I speak with the apartment manager. She said hes busy, and took my number. He never Called back. I called multiple times today, and GUESS WHAT... the online website is changed! This is bad business and I will be most definitely contacting corporate. My pics are time and date stamped. Also, I wanted a 2 year lease, and to move in asap. Smh just horrible. It saddens me that mostly every bad review, is about the STAFF. HORRIBLE.
I have the Worst experience with The Edge Apartments Management. They will Never tell you that you have more than one bill. You will surprised with :-Flood Insurance-Water and Sewer BillThey will say, you have Only One bill, which is NV EnergyBills above are written in the Lease but, they dont have to lure people by saying that there is only one bill.I found all that when I went to pay my first month rent. Which is almost $1300.00 and it not included Power bill yet. Thanks for reading, God Bless you all.
