Alexus was amazing! She showed us around the entire complex giving us great details on all amenities. She showed us the exact place we wanted to move in and gave insights on what to expect when living there. Her and Krystal were very nice and knowledgeable. They were so great we signed and did deposit right then and there.Aspire is beautiful! Great location and couldnt believe the amenities they offered. We cant wait to move in

Alexus is amazing. She was welcoming, professional and made our move to Aspire smooth. The online pay system gave us a bit of an issue at the beginning but Alexus reached out to the necessary department and it was resolved quickly.Gerson has been amazing. He is professional and helpful anytime my husband and I have needed his assistance.Even though, parking isn’t assigned we manage to always get close parking to our apartment.

Gerson is the best!! He knew from the very start how bad I wanted a place here and he made sure I got the layout that I wanted and emailed me right away whenever spots got open. He is so nice and so caring and he for sure is the person to go to if you’re looking to lease out a place here!!! He made me and my friend feel welcomed and I can’t wait to live here because of him as well. He’s so helpful! You need to talk to Gerson if you are looking for a spot here!!! He does not disappoint!

The minute I walked in, Alexus greeted us with a warm welcome! She answered every detailed question we had and gave my friend and I a tour. We most definitely felt like we were home already. Our favorite part of aspire was the pool which I can’t wait to enjoy in the summer time!The neighborhood is nice and quiet and has beautiful Mountain View’s! Alexus took the time to show us every amenity and explain throughly. We appreciate everything you did for us & we cannot wait to move in next week.I encourage others if they are looking for a new place to live, to check out Aspire apartments! Take a tour- you might just fall in love as well especially the amenities.

First off, I don’t remember the last time I took the time to write a review, but my experience at Aspire has exceeded my expectations far beyond what I could have ever imagined moving into a new place. I’ve been living here for a few months. The staff (Krystal, Shanaiya, Angel, Benny, Damon) are all AMAZING! They are like the NBA Dream team back in ‘92. This is the first apartment building/complex I’ve moved into that the staff actually cares about the tenants and feels like an extended family. They have monthly events for the tenants that are so much FUN, where I get to meet new neighbors and actually stay in touch with them. My apartment is amazing, the building is always well kept and maintained. You will not be disappointed by moving here! Unfortunately, the ratings only go as 5 stars. But, they really deserve 5 Diamonds 💎💎💎💎💎

I didnt end up renting here only because it was a bit too far of a drive from work but I need to give this property major props!It is so beautiful and the agent Krystal was so pleasant.I will definitely be recommending my friends to Aspire!

Crystal is AMAZING and so is the rest of the staff. I just moved in and they were incredible during the whole process. They make you feel like youve come home and are part of a family.. which is pretty unheard of in an apartment complex. Excited to be able to use the roof top deck (perfect view of the strip) and the pool area.

Recently my encounter with leasing agent Angel, represented a stellar experience. The apartments are not only lovely, but her kind professional service made the process painless! I rarely take the time to review anything, but her classy, warm attention reflects what EVERY company should aspire to [pun intended]. Give this lady a hefty raise!! This review was unsolicited.

We thought you had our best interest in mind. I now see that Aspire apartment is a shady organization. Making a couple pay for a redecorating fee when no one has lived there beforehand, then coincidentally the rent drops when questioned about it. No thank you.When I specifically asked about charges hidden fees etc you purposefully left out information regarding the redecorating fees and waited for me to see them or not, in the quote. We will be looking elsewhere. Our agent was Gerson.

The process to move into this gorgeous community has been the fastest and easiest process! I recommend Shanaiya, Krystal & Angel “All of these ladies were very helpful”Maintenance men were very friendly as well! Roof deck with strip view is amazing!Lucky Me

The level of customer service I’ve received from Angel, Krystal, and Shenaiya have been amazing. I had been emailing Angel since a few months ago, and she did great follow ups regarding the under construction building being able to be pre-leased. She sent me quotes immediately, answered all my questions.. and was such a pleasure to talk to. Email and phone.It’s a new building so not much wrong with it. The little issues I had was immediately fixed by the maintenance team, and they are equally great. Very polite and respectful of our space. Such a great location and I’ve just been happy overall. Been here for almost 3 months :) no complaints!

My compliments to the office staff, Shenaiya, Krystal and Angel for providing a very friendly and appealing experience. Since my initial contact with Shenaiya she has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my choices. She actually took the time to do a “Face Time” tour with me which gave me a better perspective of the apartment floor plan. Once I arrived there she immediately presented me with all my options and gave me a tour of the complex. Although it is still under construction she took it upon herself to go check different floor plans which gave me more options. I never felt pressured to make a choice and only made one when I was certain it would fit my needs.I am looking forward to my move and to further build on the rapport I’ve established with the office staff. I am super excited to become part of this vibrant community. Bravo for a job well done.

Many issues with this property. We signed up for unit 1221x the square footage is listed at 1,377 sqft but when we viewed the unit that is incorrect. The unit is only 1054 sqft and way smaller then was listed. On top of that the price went up because it has a strip view gets its only the second floor and the building across the street is also two stories and you cannot see over it.This place is ridiculous. If you plan on renting at Aspire I would do your research and make sure you reviews everything, lots of inaccurate information and wrong pictures.Be sure to hold them to their mistake...
