This Quick Quack in Castro Valley is where the old Hutchs used to be at one. They are better than Hutchs ever was. The check-in is super fast, the prices are very reasonable, and best of all your car comes out clean and shiny. The soap smells awesome. I have a membership so for about $30/mo get unlimited car washes. The people who work here are friendly!

Everything I needed in a car wash and affordable. They have free vacuums to clean the inside of your car and the most basic car wash is $10. The staff was also patient and polite. My only advice is to go east on A Street (pass 3rd Street, if you hit 4th Street you go too far) in order to find the entrance of the car wash. This will avoid having to go around the block looking for the entrance. Overall, I recommend and plan to be back again!

Always a 5 star experience. Everyone here is so nice! Emmanuel is typically the one checking me in and I cant say enough good things about him and his customer service. Wish I knew the names of more of the workers here because they’re all great. Totally worth it to get a membership too if you frequent the car wash; it basically pays for itself!

Quick and quack. Was in and out if there real quick. Vacuum was powerful and got ask the dirty and whatnot or if the inside add well. Somewhat under construction, so to get to the vacuum, you must drive it first after the wash, if you wash first. But all in all, a good experience

Definitely my go to spot for all my vehicles. The staff is super professional & friendly. The vacuum garage is definitely my favorite, they leave my carpet super clean. The staff also give my babygirl stickers . She loves coming here too. Win for the whole family!

Does soapy brush didnt work that well the sprayer didnt work that well and the change machine only takes ones vibes and tens.. no room for a card but theres a gas theres a liquor store next door if you buy something hell let youll give you some change... But all in all its a great place to clean out your car theres vacuums... Just a little ran down appliance wise like to see them pump up the Volume on that quality and theyre missing trash cans where there should be trash cans so a little bit of work to be done

I have been coming here for two years now. Enjoy the efficiency and the vacuum area. Sadly the interior area is closed right now during construction but once it’s back open it will be nice to have again.

I come here all the time to get my car clean! And let me tell you the people are so polite! It’s usually slow around the time I come so it’s quick, fast, and easy. I highly recommend everyone to come here to get a light wash or deep cleaning. Love this place!

This place is located in an easy access location. They also have the free vacuum station which is nice and equipped with garbage cans and gentle air blow guns to dust the interior or get crumbs out of the crevices. The only reason I give this a 3 stars is because when I got my car washed, all the water didnt dry off and left water spots all over the car, which to me is just as bad as a dirty car.

I went in for a wash, and later noticed the rubber parts around my windows were still dirty. I contacted customer service and they said to wait for the store to respond to me, but I needed the car clean that day so they said I could try talking to them in person. The lady at the carwash told me I could go in for another wash, but warned me next time that I can only come back within 15 minutes after my first wash if Im not happy with it. Thats fair.Unfortunately the second wash also didnt clean the rubber parts. I guess its to avoid scratching up the windows? I had to wipe off the rest with the little towelette they gave me.Im guessing I gotta go to a hand wash station if I want every nook cleaned. I appreciated them trying again though, so Id go back.

I love this car wash. Where I live there’s always a bunch of leaves and birds so my car gets dusty inside and out. I love being able to come get a quick, high quality wash and vacuum out my car to keep it neat

I went on a Tuesday evening.I have seen that sometimes they can have a long line but when I went it wasnt too bad.Pretty quick service and car was clean in no time

By far the best automated car wash! It even puts shine on the tires! Everyone is friendly consistently. The vacuums are strong and they have a air pressure gun to blow out tough dog hair and debris !!!

I like the staff is friendly. I have been coming for a while and my only problem is after a wash it leaves soap and water stains. I came today and the track stopped in the middle of my wash so it didnt get cleaned properly. Also while getting to the end my tire was coming off the track, and I always keep my hands off the wheele as instructed. I went a few weeks ago and was almost in an accident in the tunnel as well because the car in front of me stopped on the track andI know they werent breaking because there were no brake lights on. Overall its an ok place.

I have a membership for 2 cars. Which I pay around $70. Still gets soap all over the car so I have to go thru a few times. Or wipe it off my self. Have had a few issues with people not putting the right wash on and that was frustrating. Besides this its well worth the money. The people there are really nice as well.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Super friendly, very professional, and they’re literally the only place in the area that carries my favorite air fresheners. I wash my car often so the memberships save me a lot of money, and I usually post onto my social media every time I’m there, who doesn’t enjoy pretty lights and colored soap during an amazing car wash :) IYKYK !! This place leaves my car squeaky clean and smelling like a field of Jasmin. 10/10, would highly recommend. Love.

Took our other car here because some seagulls had diarrhea all over the front grill & hood. The girls that work there were eh!; no patience & didnt want to answer questions. Luckily, I was allowed to run my vehicle through a second time & had to use their complimentary wipes to clean the grill/hood

It was a bit pricey for what turned out to be just a drive thru carwash like you would get for $7 at a gas station. I only went there because it used to be full service and I thought it still was. It didnt even completely clean the grease pencil that they marked my windshield with.

I cannot say that I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience. Everyone working here is friendly, and they all go above and beyond with customer service. My car looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING after every wash. I’m more than satisfied!!

The reps are friendly (but not very good), the wash is mediocre at best, and the business practices are horribly unethical. Yes, the prices are somewhat cheap, but you can find better.If you sign up for an unlimited membership, make sure you check your statement every month. They change their prices without warning and without customer permission and then autobill anyway.As far as their one time pricing, the free wash guarantee is total BS. They dont tell you that it expires before your car is even out of the wash tunnel.And while the people working the front lines are friendly, the people working the wash tunnel are incompetent. They send cars through way too closely and cause accidents at the end of the tunnel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The last time I was there, the machine broke one of the lenses on my lights. After putting in a claim and the manager reviewing the video footage, the manager said their machine was out of adjustment and agreed to pay for my light replacement. After weeks of correspondence and many phone calls, apparently the powers that be decided to not reimburse me for my light repair after already agreeing to it and having me take the time to email a receipt. Extremely poor customer service with no integrity. Theyve already admitted it was their fault and their machine was out of alignment. If you value your vehicle dont go here. On top of that the few times I went there before, I had to run my vehicle through the wash twice to actually get it clean. Not worth the effort. Theres plenty of other car washes around that do a far better job.

Not easy to navigate into (if you, like me, dont follow signs lol) SO worth the trouble due to the exceptional customer service. Yall know I love some great service; at the car wash, though, interaction is very limited- it takes people like the ones at Hayward Quick Quack to make any impression that fast, let alone a exceptional one. I just love the vibe. The basic wash was great. Vacuums same as any QQ. Very clean property, even with the construction .

Older machine style, didnt wash the back of the my car as you can see, a bit high price for what you get. Doesnt even say what you get for Good wash, under staffed as well.

After weeks and weeks of ash in the air, it was a relief to get the car washed. I am disabled, so washing it myself in the driveway wasnt an option, and getting out of the car is a bit of a production. I was delighted to discover Quick Quack, which provides a thorough outside car wash (as well as a wet-wipe to dust the interior.) I loved everything about it and I will be back!

Quick Quack is the best drive-through car wash in the area. Prices are right, its quick, the car wash leaves your car clean shiny and dry, and they have a monthly deal which is very reasonable thats why I always go there. It used to be Hutchs but now that Quick Quack is there I dont miss them at all.

People. Be careful sign up for one month which is $29 on the good. They specifically told the employee that only one month and he end up signing meet up on automatically renewal payment which he never mentioned that was an option and I didn’t agree to it so after the month past email saying that I’ve been charged another $29 for service that I agree to it and then I called customer service to try to take out the automatically payment which by the way customer service is horrible The person that was helping me it sounds like he was doing me a favor for taking out the automatically payment that I never agreed to do so. please be careful check your bank statements. Cuz to me start it sound like a SCAM
