I liked that they were opened when I needed a wash. Plenty of workers. Most of them nice. These guys really help me out in a pinch. My car looked great after.They didnt take American Express however. Their tire dressing does not shine too long.

I was very impressed with this car wash! Its so challenging to find places that clean your car well anymore.. They did an amazing job! They even opened the trunk to make sure everything was clean under the lip and no water dripped down after I left. This is my new go to!

If they break something on your car, don’t expect them to do anything. They broke my vent where my hands free bracket attaches. If they were honest about it, it could have been forgiven. They lied right to my face. They won’t even give you contact information to file a complaint.Their prices have gone sky high and they do a lousy job. If you take your car here you’ll be sorry.

A decent wait when theres a line, usually pretty good work. There are a couple of seats inside, but usually youll end up waiting outside standing or sitting on a cement bench. a couple of places to eat in walking distance to pass the time as well

Advertised as hand wash. I called in to double check and was reassured my car would be hand washed. Took it there and was asked to drive it through the tunnel to be machine washed. I told them I wanted my car to be hand washed and they sprayed it down with a power washer and hardly put any soap on it before giving it a quick wipe down. My car came out hardly any cleaner than if it had been rained on.

Takes awhile (an hour) but they do a good job. Tip your car washer well as they have to split it.

I have such mixed feelings about this car wash. I have a great story of a manager who saw some light scratches in my cars paint, and he polished them out no extra charge. But I must say my last wash was a bit lacking. There was still dust on the dash throughout the forward portion close to the window. Many bird droppings, that I cleaned up with little trouble.If I had paid $20 dollars for the wash, I believe I could accept it, but for $46 Im not expecting a detail job, but I certainly expected better than I was given. On the receipt, they have a policy not to leave till your satisfied, because of past performance I didnt think I would need to look it over before leaving.Would I go back? Yes, and hope it was just a bad day. But I must also say, I would be hesitant to pay for their best wash, I just cant see the difference. Give it a try and see what you think.

They lost my 2 front mats from my brand new car and the owner at no time, took responsibility....kept telling me that I didnt come in with my mats because thats what his employees told him....one that flat out lied about vacuuming my car, she never even touched my car...... All I can say is check your valuables, floor mats and anything else that can be removed from your car because if they lose it, they wont own up to it. So much for the customer being right.....absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever....

Okay service but you have to sit and stay on top of them and make sure they complete everything you want done in your car but the prices are excellent

They do a very good job however in my experience they can be short staffed which leads to LONG wait times (~1.5hrs). Regardless im always happy with the outcome of the carwash

The service itself for the was was decent, I little price though and the wait almost 2 hrs. Dont have a good organization, I notice three cars that arrived after me got service before me and that was a dissapointment

Very disappointed. I brought my car today for cleaning, I paid the 69.99 package +taxes, this is a $70 cleaning, inside and out. I have white stripes on my leather seats, the dirt that collected on my window its still there and the milk dripping marks from my kids, who were not with me at the time, it’s still there. Really? I do not think this is a good service. I was in a hurry when I left and didn’t noticed until I stoped at a store. Again, very disappointed.

Worth ever penny! The service people went above and beyond. They got out, to the best of their ability my dogs hair. I have never had any car wash do that. I wish I would have taken before/after pictures. I live in San Jose and I was visiting family and I just have to say, it worth the drive to get my vehicle cleaned. Ill be seeing them soon..😃

Ive been taking my new Audi Q5 ever since I bought it in January 2020. They always do a thorough clean job leaving the finish pristine and the rims clean. They even removed my rubber mats to to rinse and dry them before placing them back in car. Very happy with their job.

The only reason why I go to this car wash is because of the workers. I find one in particular does an excellent job. LUIS. I hope this employer values hard working employees and doesnt listen to rumors. My car is always left in top shape. The inside and out. The best part is Luis always remembers his customers and how they want their car done. Employer dont take your employees for granted and learn how to give opportunities with incentives. We are who we make and represent. People lie sometimes because they are having a bad day. This is a great place to have a car done with people who love their jobs.

I like this place better than the Hayward carwash. Reasonable price and great attitude of service people.

Great car wash business

They did a pretty good job for a very dirty car. I went for $36 service which did both inside and outside and some color on exterior black plastic and tires. But I was attracted to them because they do have a $21 service as well for just outside carwash.

I was not satisfied with the service that I received at this car wash. I went in to have my car washed and my headlights done. My headlights was still hazzy looking and left a white residue on my car. I will not be going there again not satisfied at all👎

I love how my car looks shiny and new after a car wash. I always give it the works and my car just looks like its straight out of a magazine. Its so pleasing to look at. The prices are pretty average, and the speed of service is about average. Really though you can only move so fast when you clean. I just, absolutely love clean cars.

This is a fantastic car wash. They did a great job detailing the inside of my car, which hadnt looked so good since it was just purchased. They thoroughly cleaned the seats, dashboard, carpets and rugs. The top coat of paint is peeling off of my car, but the areas with it still in place looked super shiny. I highly recommend this car wash, especially for interior detailing.

February 18th around 2:30 I went to this car wash for the first time. I was referred by a friend. I paid $12.00 for car wash and proceeded to drive through. The car wash never started. There seemed to be a hiccup in the system.The car behind me paid and drove through with no problem. I went back through car wash and again paid $12.00, drove through, this time with no problem.I tried calling owner several times for $12.00 refund, never received a call back or an answer.

Interior was cleaned fine(car generally stays clean besides driver side floor mat) but I got my car back with new dirt on it. Strange I know. Clothes they use to dry cars shouldnt be used for vehicles. Service was good but the wash unfortunately was the absolute worst Ive ever had.

I havent been to other hand wash places around here but from the experience I got, this place is good. It was my first time, and I just got the basic wash. I guess on Tuesday they have some managers special. It took about 20 minutes and they had me inspect the car afterwards. They did a fine job.

I went there today to get car wash and paid $32.99 and it didn’t seem like my car was washed. Only think they did was to wipe my windows. I know I didn’t pay 32.99 to just get my windows wiped. The service is horrible.

Get here early. They get busy. If you see cars more than 3 deep in a lane.... pack a lunch.

Good Price, Nice Hand Car Wash..

I would give them 1 star because of the experience I just had but some of their employees do a decent job from time to time so Ill give them 2 stars. I only go to this car wash because they are hand wash only. I have a bug deflector on my hood that can break and therefore cant use a conventional car wash. After this mornings wash I get home and look around the car because it looked so nice and clean in the sun. As I look around I start to notice scratches throughout the entire vehicle. After documenting the scratches I call the car wash to notify them. I was asked to come in and talk to the manager. Once there I explained and showed the damage to the manager Chang Nam. Throughout the conversation he denied everything and even suggested that someone might have hit my vehicle or someone leaned or brushed up against it. I told him I never had those scratches prior to the wash and that it would be impossible to have the scratches without a dent and that I doubt someone walked all around my truck to lean on and scratch it all around including my hood. He didnt bother to reason with me or even bothered to document anything. It was basically his word against mine and of course he wasnt accepting any fault. I always go to this car wash but this will be my last and if you want to end up the same with no sort of help if any damage happens then please continue. His argument was that they only clean with a towel and spray and dry with a towel so theres no way they could have scratched it. He couldnt guarantee that the towel might have been dirty or maybe dropped and then used on my vehicle. All he said was that their towels are always clean but couldnt guarantee it because he wasnt the one who cleaned it. Once again, just his word against mine.

I paid $34 for the work and expected to have interior clean well but not much different that when I drove in. I can still see the hand prints from the time we were fixing the car.The guys just dont look like putting much effort and just rubbing the car as to get over one more car.They vacuumed the car and washed the exterior is what I can see. I expected the trunk to get vacuumed but they did not vacuum the carpet that is half folded.

I like washing my own car because there are spots that a typical car wash misses. This one didn’t miss a spot. There were very thorough.Make sure to check for their busy times. Otherwise there is a long wait. It’s a little pricey because they are good at selling you extras (which I was glad I got). I’ll definitely go back.

This place is pretty busy and does a good job. Communication on what to do wasnt explicit. So they have room for improvement. Prices seem reasonably good for the job they do. I would come again. Prices are from Feb 2018

They are very careful. Make sure you leave the trunk open if you want them to vaccum it.

Great work. People forget that this is a car wash and not a luxury detailer. They dont have to move all your baby stuff to clean. They know its a Cadillac(you only said it 7 times). Want them to rub it with baby diapers? Pay more than the $20 wash and go to a luxury detailer with your scratched a$$ Caddy.

Okay, this place is legit. I took my Yukon over after a camping trip/beach adventure with the family. I had sand and dirt everywhere, cupholders nasty with energy drinks and coffee. They went above and beyond and cleaned EVERYTHING!!! I will be taking my 300 today and see what they do with the wifes car. Other then that great service and great prices.

They dont even hand wash your car they run it though a machine

Not bad for the area. I think the pricing is okay and my car always looks clean they finish. I use the automatic car wash not the hand wash and it comes out really good. They vacuum really well too which I find important since I always have my dog in the car so its always full of dog hair.They can take a while though even at off peak times. So dont come here in a time crunch.I was actually able to get a crack in my windshield serviced here using my insurance at no extra cost and it came it okay.

They did a great job! In particular, they did a great job vacuuming inside my van. Some people dont move items around, but they did. Only complaint is that the wheels still had some dirt in the small areas when I paid for wheel cleaning.

Ive been coming to Mission Car Wash for approximately 15 years. For the majority of these years theyve provided above average services. However, the past 1-2 years something happened regarding staffing and timeliness of service. Ive experienced visits of 2 hour due to lack of personnel. These instances have been more frequent lately. When there is only one person to vacuum all incoming cars its a lengthy process. Quality also suffers.This appears to be a management issue. The actual car wash is very good 90% of the time.

This is an expensive and fairly trashy place. I asked them three times not to vacuum my sons child seat. I prefer to clean it myself. And yet, they vacuumed it. The lead didnt communicate my request to the vacuumer. Fake scents are pushed multiple times.

Not bad . but they claim 100% car wash. Really its about 50%. The wash is still by machine. But with no rags used. Then they hand dry it. Also I had to ask them to wash some spots again.

I started coming here more frequently, because the car wash on A Street by lower Castro Valley is closed and being renovated (I think).Pros: Many packages/choices to choose from basic to entire detailing; staff are hard-working and attentive; handless wash system; sitting areas inside and out, and they have a store inside to get drinks or small car items.Cons: not easy to get to entrance on Mission Blvd, the main lead employee doesnt really explain things fully (where to pay); seems a bit under-staffed and is always busy; packages are pricey, because water and wages have increased; only a few of the employees speak Engish, and even cashier (possibly owner) speaks broken English; a few times - Windows had streaks, water or wax wasnt completely wiped off, vacuuming was missed at spots or edges. Building could use new paint and some areas could use cleaning.Overall, good place to bring your car to get cleaned, since the other nearby car wash on A ST is closed.

Took way too long. I thought at first it was cause the guy was doing a good job. Got in car and windows were still dirty inside, poor vacuum job all around and rear bumper had a big patch area they missed cleaning. Wish I could post a picture to show how obvious it was. My opinion they do not pay attention to detail at all. I will not be returning.

$24 minimum wash. Another review on here said $12. Nope, $24. Car wash took a full hour from beginning to end, but that includes waiting for the people ahead of me (more than six cars). Noe did the final touches. Great work! Attention to details. I watched him, he didnt miss a spot, and used a brush on the interior to get those hard to reach spaces. Area of improvement: after he took so much care in detailing my car (what I thought as over and above their cheapest offering) He pulls out my drivers side carpet and gives it a solid smack. A load of dust flies off and lands on the car. :/ oops. Noe, you didnt notice that had happened! But its the thought that counts. You thought you were shaking off the carpet better which is good. But I thought, shouldnt this have been done before the vacuuming? Either their vacuums arent very powerful or the guy vacuuming did a poor job. Very dusty carpets still, but they look a lot nicer now at least.I tipped Noe three bucks. Five stars, despite room for improvement.Have you guys noticed Manager is misspelled on the sign?Great car wash if you got an hour to kill. Recommended.

They couldnt understand i only wanted the interior cleaned after i told them three times. They charged 15.99 and i asked this is for just the interior? They responded by getting another guy who spoke better english and he rung me up for 15.00. I then asked 15.00 for just the vacume and he relpleied yes. I then asked the cashier who was also clueless and rude. Never again.
