The past 2 years living in Hayward I’ve made this my go to car wash over everyone else. On multiple occasions I have noticed things weren’t getting cleaned that was paid extra for. Today was my final time going here. (Not like that would make a difference to their pockets!) Customer service is very friendly but when you get down to it, steps where definitely overlooked. I have a child, so us parents know how back seats can get. Took my car in for a cleaning and completely missed the spots that where clearly visible. Paid almost $100 for this last cleaning service (even paid for the extra interior cleaning). Besides that, again great customer service.

Missed alot of places you can visually see needed attention

This review is after going there the second time off of a Groupon deal. First time i was super impressed with the attention they give to each car and the wipe down afterwards. The second time, the wash broke as i was undergoing the prep..while waiting for it to start back up, i got extra attention which was nice. The toweling off afterwards was unusual because they had me pull sharp right, kinda sitting in the exit to the street. A manager-ish person and I think my cashier was the one drying the car off and unlike the first time, they didnt open the doors to wipe the inside of the frame. If course this second time around i didnt exit the car, so that may have been it. Still, and overall, i really think it was a great experience.

I wish I knew the name of the girl who first greeted me. But she was really nice fairly thorough and how to do what we were doing. I came that day for a full car detail because there were shards of glass in my backseat from a break in. I let them know what was going on and they took care of it within 3 hours. Do keep in mind that my car is a CUV. So it is a little bigger than a standard sedan and a little bit smaller than a full size suv. The prices are a tiny bit high, but their work is really super good. So for the time being, no complaint!

I got a hand wash and wax for my recently repainted 2005 car. Perfect.

This place is horrible. I was told to vacuum my own car after I paid for the deluxe and they had to wash the car twice because no one dried the car and there was soap marks on the car. Windows are still dirty. DO NOT GO THERE!

The car is definitely cleaner than what it was before and for that I give three stores to be honest this is a two star jobI have spent $70 there are remarkable amount of spots exterior and interior speciallyI have chose the premium interior package which supposed to include steam cleaning and dashboard in my case they haven’t even wiped bunch of the parts on my dashboard it was completely dustyI attached pictures of the exteriorDid you work very hard and it was the end of the day.I will give this place another shot and hoping that it will be different.

Good place to keep the wheels looking great. Quick and easy. So glad I signed up for the monthly membership!I just wish they would do a quick wipe on the back bumper because it always has water spots.

Really cool place. Manager honored my expired Groupon at full value. This is place is really efficient. I drove my full size SUV through the foam tunnel and was hand dried by four associates. They did a really good job. I left a them a tip as an appreciation for a job well done.

Perfect place for a quick/ detail car wash. The service is really good and they are real hardworking employees manually cleaning your interiors etc.

I went on a 4 day camping trip with my dog. My suv was filthy (I have a hound and he loves to roll around outside). It was my first time using hayward car wash and I had the mini detailing. It worked better than I could imagine. My car looked practically brand new! Ill be using this location more often, the team was knowledgeable and polite as well as speedy. Definitely consider bringing your car here. (Edited to add review)

I have used this place a dozen times and now today went there and left and noticed when I got home Damage to the passenger side of my truck not sure what happened but be ware taking your vehicles there.

Lovely employees and did a great job cleaning my car interior. Only downside is you have to pay $20 (non- unlimited members) for vacuum and $15 for unlimited members.

The nicest thing about this place is the staff. It seems they always smile and enjoy engaging with the customers.

They clean cars hear really well but its a bit pricey.

A really convenient and effective car wash. Once I found the correct place to enter, which is not just any of the connections to nearby roads you have to go in the specific direction, I pulled up to the pay station got some service very quickly and headed for the wash. In my case I was just going for an external wash just the basics, and it worked extremely well. I was able to pay with my card and fortunately I had a little cash for a tip. Car looks great Ill be back thank you.

Prices, although high, are reasonable enough to justify how good of a quality they do.

Great service for my SUV. Will definitely come back again, they found things I lost years ago and put in plain sight. Fair price, multiple hands working to assure minimum waiting time.

We paid $40.00 for a complete wash, in and out side of the car. Outside was mechanical so it was good. But they hardly cleaned inside, it was so disappointing. We drove all the way from Los Angeles and wanted a clean car. It was a total waste of money and time.

Their monthly pass is an easy and inexpensive way to wash your car at least weekly, especially when its not kept in a garage. Everyone loves a clean car!

Attention!!!Never waste your money at this place.I took my car there for interior/exterior detail. At first they asked 400$ since I had their membership I asked for discount as I was their regular customer. We agreed for 250$ but never thought they’re going to change the work quality. I paid 250$ for kinda regular wash.Please be very careful and don’t waste your money

For Hayward this car wash is quick easy and fast. Can get busy at times so make sure to have some time to spare.

Took my car in to be cleaned inside and out. I have the monthly membership for unlimited washes for the outside. The driver side view mirror was not cleaned at all. I will be canceling this membership on Monday.

Prices are fair, but theres definitely some false advertisement going on here.Their $69.99 detailing package clearly states hand spray wax but when I asked about it after telling my my car was done, I was told the hand spray wax was part of the drive-thru car wash.And then I was made to feel special because the main guy told the others to just spray the wax on the car... as if this was being thrown in for free when I actually paid for it.Aside from that, theres no technique or care about which towels they use. I watched as the detailers wiped dirt off the lowest points of the car on the sides, and then continued to use the same towel to dry off the other parts of the car. Its common sense that the dirt on the towel will definitely add scratches/micro scratches to the car.Id recommend going elsewhere for more personal attention to the cars. Over here its all a numbers game, they want you in and out quickly.

Very disappointed the last time I drove through...they half a$$ cleaned it. I had to take it back the next day. I have auto pay so I can go back but still that doesnt mean I should get poor service.

The mini detail didnt quite take care of my tires. Only half of the side on my front and almost the entire side of the rear.. theyd look better if the tires werent done at all.

Pretty quick and the staff are friendly, but sometimes the drying part can be better.

Ive been coming here for years and they always do an amazing job with my cars. I signed up for the monthly unlimited plan too because its such a great deal. Ive been to the other car washes in Hayward but this place does the best job by far. AND their service is reasonably fast. TIP : You should also tip the employees. Not sure if they remember, but I feel like they always take care of my cars so its the least I can do. Also, if you go thru the exterior-only lane and skip the vacuum you will get done much much faster.

Well their prices have changed since I last was here about a month ago. I got the $40 deluxe which included inside cleaning. Well inside cleaning with the exception of the dash and doors. For $30 more. Call me old-fashioned but I think that’s a bit steep for just the inside doors and dash.

I got there within 2 hours after they opened and there was no wait. The night before I had signed up online for their ultimate wash club. This is a great service allowing you to get your car washed once a day for a pre-paid discounted price for the entire month. (There are different levels of service to choose from.)It took just a few extra minutes to make sure that everything was how I wanted it. Everyone was very polite and helpful. When my car was finished, I was extremely pleased with the results.

Its a rip off I would never go back here again it made no sense for them to charge that much money just to wash your car not even vacuum it out this is so ridiculous I do not know who these people think they are but once again I will never go back there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone to go back to they didnt even do a good job cleaning the car

Worst car wash in the area, if your car is not somewhat already clean dont bring it here, they wont spend the extra time even if you spend the extra money, I paid $80 and got a $10 type of service, and the guys that do the actual cleaning just waiting for a tip just because I am driving a nice car... comon man earn your money, just look at the pictures and see for yourself.

Friendly people ... but always double check their work before taking off. They miss spots ... they rush through it. But they are ok about it when you point spots missed. They are happy to serve ... 👍💯‼️

I was very pleased with the work done to my jaguar plastic headlight covers. They were foggy & they were able to make them look like new within 20 mins.

We went during the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted an exterior wash only and we drove ourselves through the wash. Afterwards, we waited a bit to get our car dried. Overall they did a good job drying, just a few parts on the windows they missed.

First time coming here. I’d give it 3 stars. Staff is great as in customer service and the prices are actually pretty good. But my only issue was the fact the people vacuuming did a lazy job. I checked the car before I left an had to ask another person to redo it all over again. I asked the man at the end who was wiping down the car to do it an he was nice enough to take care of the work the first crew messed up on. So the vacuum crew in the beginning is really what needs some work. Do it right the first time is typically the best thing to do. Besides some obvious dirt spots that were missed. But overall for me not having to do it. It’s worth it. I got home an just went over parts the missed. It took me 3 minutes. Granted I did pay for just the basic. So maybe next time I’ll pay for the most expensive an see if the quality of work changes. Will update when I go!

This is a very good car wash...I worked at my Familys auto repair business in Hayward for 10 years we are still operating on Meekland ave since...... 1978.After most jobs were done we would take the customers car/truck there to get it washed and cleaned we never had a problem...we have used them hundreds of times.Also I took my personal cars there over the years.I highly recommend this car wash business.

Theyre definitely not the best. Granted I came is with a super dirty car, but I paid the top price to clean my car. It still dirty, $70 bucks later, and looks that my car has swirl marks. Thats gonna be fun to buff out. I only go to car washes when I need professional cleaning, especially since I live in an apartment, but this is was not professional and a waste of money. My car is still dirt, with swirl Marks, and Im sure they dont care.

If you were a fan of Hutchs car wash, which closed, you will be delighted with Hayward car wash. They do an excellent job. The drying off process is very thorough including door frames and opening the trunk and drying around the trunk lid. This never happened at Hutchs. If you are a Groupon participant, check out the special offer for exterior washes at Hayward car wash.

Simple and easy a Plain robbery, you can do it with under $ 10 bucks same results, but not you end up paying $250wow it hurts.

Got a Groupon deal on their basic car wash. Pretty busy place quite all the time. Machine wash and cleaning is good. Tried their basic detailing for my interior like vacuuming, mirrors cleaning and tire dressing. Worth it

My car was damaged while getting a car wash here. It cost me $285 to fix it.I took my Mercedes and spent $36 + tip for a basic car wash on 2/8.Right after the car wash - the first thing I noticed was that the dash wasnt displaying the outside temperature.Took it to the dealer. Temperature sensor located outside was damaged. This is not a wear/tear, so the damage was not covered by the warranty. It cost me $285 for the sensor.I was 100% confident that the sensor was working before the car wash, so I called the car wash on 2/13. Jesse, the manager, told me that he will check the camera and give me a call back.I didnt get a call back till 2/23. So, I callled him instead. This time, Jesse told me to file a claim through insurance. I asked for the video . He told me he checked and nothing happened, but the video got DELETED.Just flat out terrrible customer serivce. If you are confident, then you should be able to release the video to me.This over-priced car washy is run by a terrible management that doesnt understand customer satisfaction. I feel bad for those working for this Car Wash.

Inexpensive service thats quick and convenient. The people who work theyre will always serve you with a smile and can take good car of your vehicle. If ride sharing is your game then this is good place to stay in compliance.

The carwash itself is good. I purchased an unlimited ultimate wash membership and an interior vacuum. I filled out my information so I could return again. When I return again my information was not in the system and needed to purchase the membership for a 2nd time. I really hope when I return for a 3rd time it works.

Im so glad you asked took my Infiniti G37 purchased an upgraded Superior detailing they ripped me off I could have paid the neighbor get half that aint got a better job but Im kind of picky when I open the door to my car I dont expect water to drip out on my put a little things like that make a big difference I definitely dont go unless you dont care about your car or your money

Great car wash with friendly staff

Went during lunch on Monday at 1:30p. Only wanted the exterior base-wash at $15. Pulled into the lot, was ushered to the vacuum station and asked what I wanted. Paid the cashier and sat at the balcony. Watched my car come out with at least 15 others already in the drying spaces. Someone made sure my car was dried all the way around even with multiple cars in the lot. Wheels look good. In and out under 25 minutes.There was a small smudge that I couldnt scrape off with my fingernail that was gone after this. Did a good job removing multiple snow trips worth of grime but I would have liked a little more brushing on the runningboard area. Rear wiper was up so next time Ill tape it down.

$20 for a regular car wash that you could at a self drive-thru for $8. Addition comment in response to Hayward Car Wash: when my car was delivered to me, the wheels of my car still had black soot collected from dirt on the roads, and my car roof still had dropping stains. You can say whatever you want about your service, I only got about $8 of value from my $20 payment to your establishment.

My car wash to go to!

I started coming here after hutchs closed and I really liked the service. I had a $150 headset in my glove box and it mysteriously disappeared i dont know exactly at what instance it had disappeared but no one else has been in my car at all! And for some reason they like to open my trunk and that makes me extremely uncomfortable cause I keep valuables in my trunk anyways I think theyre being sneaky I dont trust them

I feel bad giving this place such a low rating after I was such a fan for years. My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for at least 5 years, but recently the service has declined so much! They used to clean, dust and armor-all EVERY detail of the inside of our cars. We would leave happy and impressed every time. The windows, the mirrors, everything would be sparkling! However, unfortunately, this is NOT the case anymore. I brought my car yesterday, and the inside didnt even look like it had been dusted, let alone hit with armor-all. There were still crumbs all over, and I even had to take it back to the vacuums again (which they did with no problem). Also, I pay for the Rain-x complete wash, which is not the basic wash, so you would expect a little more service. I dont know what happened with their service recently, but I am not happy.

L am so happy with how my car turned out. It was clean in places that I didnt even realize needed to be clean. The owner is super awesome and flexible, I love supporting a local business.
