Alex at RX3 detailed the interior of my car after a renter smoked in the vehicle and spilt stuff all over my seats. It looks cleaner than when I bought it and the smell is gone. Worth the price tag when you need specialist service. Would definitely recommend

I dont want to say they did a bad job but its not at all what I expected. $300 is alot of money for something I couldve done my self and Ive now learned that lesson. I appreciate the convenience of having someone come out to my house and wash my car for me. I personally wont do it again and Ill stick to washing my own car for free so I can go off an buy $300 in car parts instead.

Jeremiah did a phenomenal job on my Wife’s car. It looks better now then when she first purchased it. He was also very professional and the excellent work was done in a timely manner as well.

They arrived a little later than planned, but notified me. Once they did come, they were nothing but friendly and professional. They did an amazing job on my car and even managed to remove all the sand and pet hair that accumulated. (My dog loves the beach). I thought that stuff was never coming out. I think one of my neighbors booked them too. Would recommend.

The cleaning crew did a great job, both interior and exterior cleaning. Took them about 2 hours to complete it for an SUV.

My experience with RX3 was great! They were accommodating to my housing situation in terms of being able to clean my car in an apartment complex. I ended up calling to reschedule for service a day early and Jeremiah was super understanding and made sure a detailer would be out by me in the afternoon. Service was great and my car has never looked better!

RX3 work has been consistently impressive. Ive tried ~10 mobile detailers in the Bay Area, and none have come close to RX3 in quality, value and convenience. Best mobile detailer in the Bay, hands down.

These guys did a FABULOUS job on my car. In fact, the person who came out even stayed longer to do a more detailed job that went beyond the listed items that are usually included just because the car hadnt been cleaned in quite a while and he wanted to do a truly thorough job. I also really appreciated the woman who gave me the quote and scheduled the detailing. She was friendly and professional and actually took the time to read my responses and answer all my questions (unlike the other businesses I reached out to :P). Everything went very smoothly and Im so happy with my car - she feels like new again!

I had wonderful experience with Rx3 Auto Detail. I asked about a quote Sunday morning and I received a response from David quickly. Later on that day, on a Sunday, Jeremiah showed up and knew exactly how to fix the scratch and remove paint on the bumper of my Honda CRV. I have a teal green color and I don’t even notice where there was damage. Really excellent job, Jeremiah!We appreciate your attention to detail and getting the job done so professionally. I would use you guys again for sure. The best part of their business is the follow through and confirmation of details before beginning the work.

Good service. Truck was filled with skunk odor due to my dog being hit by one. They were able to eliminate the smell within a few hours of cleaning. Guarantee their work and promised to come back if the smell came back as well. On time and professional service ($19 basic exterior wash wasn’t a bad deal either)

I called RX3 to remove tree sap from virtually the entire exterior of my Audi.They came the next morning, when they finished polishing and waxing, the car looks better than new!  This Company is well qualified and does exceptional work!

First off customer service is great, Jeremiah came and cleaned all the throw up I had in the car and cleaned all of the carpets and seats to perfection, I will be saving their phone number and calling them anytime I need a detailing because they get the job done perfectly having the inside of your car looking brand new and smelling great, best choice period if you want your car looking brand new!

Someone threw up in the passenger side of my car. I attempted to clean it up myself and was able to get rid of most everything but the god awful smell. I tried everything, including layering baking soda over the area since I read online that it would help with the foul odor, but really it just made more of a mess. I found RX3 online and scheduled an emergency service. They came right to where I was in Palo Alto, which I was so grateful for because the smell was so bad theres no way I would have been able to drive down the block, let alone out to Hayward.They worked on my car for a couple hours. Deep cleaned all infected areas and then some. Also vacuumed up every speck of baking soda that I had spread. Im not sure the details of what they did but it was some kind of miracle because the smell is completely gone, even though this happened right before a heat wave where temperature got into the 100s. They did have a kind of deodorizing spray and used most of it. Since there was a little extra they left it was me and I leave it in my glove compartment. I thought that was a really nice gesture and Ive even used it a couple times after. When the left, they also mentioned that if I still smelled anything they would come back for free and fix it. I did not need to call again because they did such a great job.This was just a couple months ago and I always chuckle when people come into my car now and talk about how good it smells/ how clean it is because I remember how disgusting the while passenger side was. No one thats been in my car since has ever noticed and it is like new, if not better!If I ever need another emergency service or detailing, this is definitely who Ill call!

Asked for and got nextdoor day Sunday time slot. I own Oakland Pet Care and Im the third owner of a Honda Element and the second dog pro to own it. I got an interior detailing that gave me a new vehicle. Theres no dog hair anywhere, not a one! Smells great. Looks great. It doesnt get any better.

I had my motorcycle detailed conveniently in the parking lot of my work place. Looks like new again. Jeremiah did a great job!

I just had my black 2016 Lexus RX 350 detailed. Appointment process was pretty simple made through Yelp. They gave me a 2 hour window 8am-10am and the detailers showed up on time. Kevin and Bruno of BAAD (Bay Area Auto Detailing) detailed my vehicle. I was under the impression that someone employed by RX3 would be taking care of me but I guess theyre just the middle man who hire contractors to detail. My vehicles paint was in pretty bad shape and needed paint correction. So I got the Super Exterior detail package offered which was $419 + 10% off that included the 2 step paint correction. I asked Kevin how long it would take and he said about 4 hours as I had expected. They started on my vehicle around 9am. Kevin called me around 11am and said they had to vacate the car wash bay since someone wanted to use it. Theres only one car wash bay in my complex. So he drove my car back to my parking spot and continued to work on it. He said he needed another 45 minutes to an hour to seal the paint. Kevin was still drying some of the water off of the vehicle but he wasnt using a Waffle weave microfiber towel which is what most pros use and I use. But at least he shouldve used either a Chamois towel or any type of microfiber towel wouldve sufficed. I later asked him how long he has been detailing cars and he said about 2 years. That explains why he was using one of those pink/red shop towels that are very rough to dry. So after an hour he called to tell me he is finished. I go outside to do a thorough inspection. I run my bare hands on every surface to make sure its smooth. Immediately I noticed the entire passenger side was missed due to the presence of water spots. And the surface was still rougher than the other side. The entire rooftop was missed as well. Kevin was very happy to fix the issue but Bruno made a comment to me about the water spots would not all disappear. Are you kidding me?? I am paying for a +$400 paint correction detail so my paint should be close to flawless and definitely no water spots. I also asked Kevin if he did the door jams and rear hatch jams. He said this was an exterior detail so door jams not included? Even when I run my car through a quick wash the people always dry my door jams. Thats part of an exterior wash and definitely should be part of an expensive exterior detail. If water doesnt get dried in the jams it will cause unsightly run off. Detailing 101. Again, Kevin was happy to oblige and did it for me. So after both polish the roof and passenger side to remove water spots and rough patches, I noticed the front bumper passenger side still has some spots and asked if they could polish it. Bruno did it but seemed unhappy about it. I also noticed the side mirrors still little dirty but maybe they overlooked it since they do retract when the car is locked. So I was fine was that since Kevin fixed it. Overall I gave the detail 3 stars for pretty good but wouldve received 4 stars if I didnt have to point out the clear water spots and roughness on roof and passenger side. Checkout process was little painful due to credit card reader malfunctioning so had to manually enter CC info which isnt safe. Nevertheless, I still gave them a 10% tip on top because I felt they did their best to satisfy me even though Bruno wasnt as customer friendly. A side note, the customer is always right so please dont say anything that would cause them to be unhappy or unsatisfied. Instead just do what the customer request and who knows they might tip you even more and even hire you again. I also thought maybe the job was little rushed because they had another detail at 1pm. So perhaps not schedule so many appointments in one day if the customer has a big job like paint correction so that the quality of the job is good and not compromised due to time constraints.

Booked a mobile (at home) service. They were prompt and did a great job. Completely hassle free service and high-quality detailing.

These guys were great! They put in the extra effort and I think it was a great value and very convenient. I plan to use them regularly going forward.

Excellent service! Made my car look like it rolled off the lot again. Even brought back my worn out steering wheel and took out all the stains in my seats. Love that they’re a mobile service too. So helpful to have them come to your work or your home. Will be using again in the future
