Mr Ivan always makes sure my Highlander SUV is taken good care of and he ordered my request of windshield washer part. I didn’t realize my tires air needed to be adjusted but he fix that so my suv drives so much better. Last time he was there and I had a mess. I would go there if Mr Ivan wasn’t there. He is the best!!!

We had a great experience and Vincent Hall was informative and went into detail showing us all the features of the Hylander. He was very patient and we felt he was truly working for us and not the dealership as I was very stubborn and refused to budge on what I was willing to pay ! The finance guy Daniel Peters was a huge help as well.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated like I always do when it is time. I also had my transmission serviced as it was due. On my way home from the dealership I started hearing a funny sound from my tires. I pulled over and checked them and found that the lug nuts on my rear driver side wheel were so loose I could turn them with my hand. I immediately jacked the car up and tightened the lug nuts on this tire and checked all the others. The others were snug and tight. This is the first time something like this has happened but it could have been worse if my wife or mother in law were driving the van. Just wanted you guys to know. I reported to Marc in the service department first thing this morning. He apologized and was very nice.

This was the first time that I had been approached with a bill. I had to correct the guy that I had paid for the maintenance on vehicle for 5 years when I bought the car. Then I was told that I had a deductible for the maintenance on vehicle. I then had to correct him on that situation. I never have associated with this guy before. He must be new. But, he needs to get his act together as well.

When I called Toyota of Hattiesburg, on a Monday, to see if they had a particular car, in a particular color, I honestly didn’t believe that we would be driving that car home only a couple of days later! I had a great experience with Ken! As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, he was there to greet me. Great service appointment with Mark Ford. Very personable and knowledgeable. Came in for oil change service and to get brakes replaced and without charge or prompting he added in tire rotation and alignment for me as I had bought tires there earlier in the year. Just overall a great guy, easy to work with and left feeling good that my vehicle was serviced and maintenanced as best as possible and that I was more than just a ticket but rather a valued customer.

There is no communication from the service advisor to the customer to let them know the length of time required for the customer to wait for whatever service they are there to have performed. I was there for a simple tire rotation which took over an hour and 45 minutes. When I questioned the amount of time that it was taking, I was told by Ivan, “ I have no control over that it just takes that long sometimes it takes one hour sometimes it takes two hours.” Had I been advised that I would wait at least one hour before my vehicle was even taken back into the service department, I would’ve chosen to go to a different facility for my service. To add insult to injury I am sitting inside the dealership and can look out the window and see my service advisor, yet he calls me on my cell phone to let me know that my vehicle is ready and where it is parked. It is not important enough for him to walk inside and get me, walk me out to my vehicle and talk with me about the repair. When I was taken to his desk to pay for my service, he was very rude, and actually just pointed across to where my vehicle was parked. I was in the automotive industry for 30+ years and have never received such poor customer service. Ivan actually told me that things were different than they used to be when I was in the business. And I advised him that they should be much better, not much worse.I also spoke with the Service Manager and was advised that it can take 1-2 hours after your appointment time for your vehicle to actually go into the Service Department. Had that been communicated to me when I called to make my appointment I could have made the decision as to whether I wanted to wait that long, or go somewhere else. There is a severe lack of communication from the Service Adviser to the Customer.

Ken was a wonderful salesman. He sat down with me and really found out what I wanted and did his best to get me what I wanted. He got me a PERFECT deal and I drove away happy with a new to me car! Highly recommend Ken and Brandon at Toyota for all your needs!

I bought a 2021 Camry from Jake. I was on the lot on a Sunday afternoon and he was there. He was willing to help even when they were closed. From start to finish he handled everything perfectly. Another salesman Robert delivered the car to my door, and was nothing short of professional and courteous. Both of them were friendly and personable. Overall svc was good…unfortunately when we picked the vehicle up the battery was completely dead. Toyota jumped it off but it hasn’t held a charge since…I’ve now got to go and purchase another battery to replace it. Time and money spent on something I didn’t do…

It only took 3 hours to get my recall air bag fixed oh I should have said the recall had been recalled so they done it twice in it also says it want cost nothing oh it didnt but 5 hours in two trips on the other hand I have had nothing but good luck with Toyota in the service. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday. My appointment was in the system, as I received a link to confirm, which I did. Thursday morning I received a reminder. I arrived there about 15 minutes early, waited in line for someone to come to my car. Mike was very courteous and asked which service contact I was to see. I didn’t know, so he checked and said I was to see Ivan. He directed me to his desk, where I waited about 10 minutes for him to return. Ivan asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, 9:30. He looked and said he didn’t see my appointment. I told him I had spoken to Joy, and repeated all of the other information. This went on for a few minute. He certainly did not make me feel very welcome. I won’t return.

Service Department employees (the men who work in the maintenance bay) should only deal with customers when they are requested to explain details of a vehicle. Their time with customers should be limited because they lack any soft skills. Customers should be directed to the service desk (because they have the skills required to communicate with customers) that is located inside the facility and the employees their should be the liaison between the customer and the employees that work in the bay.

Had a great experience this weekend buying a new car. Our salesman Xavier was great and got us the exact deal we were looking for. I had been dreading going to buy a new car for a while but they made it so painless. Only complaint was that the finance department was backed up so getting the purchase price of the vehicle went smooth and quick but we had to wait along time to get into the finance department. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back again.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, I was told that my salesman was the “best” salesman they had… if that’s so, they need to re staff completely. He was very poor with his customer service. He pre-judged me because I’m a 19 yo so he didn’t care to help me. Although I have a 710 credit score with a 5k down payment if needed… but I will never be back at this dealership and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s the bald, African-American guy, bigger guy. Very, very poor work ethic.

Absolutely never use the service department I paid $53000 for a vehicle that everytime it goes in for service they screw something up and REFUSE to stand behind their work or the warranties you pay good money for if I could give negative stars I would. The last time I was there they got grease all over my roof and because they took pictures 7 days after they had my car in there possession they claim it was already there and now when I go down the road there is so much wind noise that comes from the sunroof you can barely hear yourself think. Them sending me a link for this review was not wise on their part at all!

Horrible first car buying experience!!! Purchased a brand new 2021 Camry this past week, I live in Florida but was referred to Ken in MS by a very good friend so we started the process. My salesperson was given all my contact info but continued to communicate everything to my friend as if my friend was now his customer. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION. I wanted a BLUE car, I was told this is all we have there was no let me see if I can find you something, how much time do you need? NOTHING.. It felt like take it or leave it.. I was in desperate need of a vehicle RIGHT NOW. It just seem to me that if Im the customer, my salespersons couldve catered more to ME and my WANTS... NOT THE CASE. You guys need to refresh up on customer service ethics cause Im not a satisfied customer. Fast forward my car was delivered to me and the driver arranged to meet me at said location... He showed up 2 hours late and upon getting there he never once asked to see any identification.. Could be something you should impliment in your deliver process cause anybody couldve just walked up and signed for MY CAR!!! The fabric cleaner and sealant and paint refresher thats supposedly include in my package were NOT in the car and the TOYOTA promise of a FULL TANK OF GAS was NOT HONORED either. The transporter delivered the car at 1/4 tank of car,( Ill suggest you guys give him some sort of gas card to refill the tank before dropping to a customer.) I didnt get the new car buying experience Ive always dreamed of. This is horrible and it didnt have to be.. I learned a valuable lesson, SHOP AT HOME!!!! Its a few days now since I purchased the vehicle and NOT ONE PERSON FROM THIS DEALERSHIP has even called to ask about the car and or the experience.... Toyota is a huge brand with a great reputation and this isnt it for me Hattiesburg ‼️

We recently purchased a 2021 Highlander from Toyota of Hattiesburg! I am so glad we chose this dealership to make our purchase from! When we drove up and entered the building, the hospitality was awesome! Everyone greeted us with a smile!Kelly was our sales rep and he was amazing. He worked out every detail and provided us with all answers for everything we asked! I highly recommend Toyota of Hattiesburg to anyone shopping for a néw or used vehicle! If you remember there was a tv commercial for Toyota back in the 70s and the slogan was “you asked for it, you got it…Toyota!” We definitely got our new Highlander thanks to Kelly and all the good people at Toyota of Hattiesburg! #loveit #Toyota

My service advisor, Mark Ford, has always explained everything to me if I needed more/ or Why I needed more done than what I came in for. But doesn’t ‘ bulldoze’ you into doing whatever- (sometimes you just don’t have the extra$ )He cares for his customers & keeps on top of warranty plans/ issues ( saved me $!) I will continue to use Toyota of Hattiesburg as long as good services continue 👍😊
