Eagle Tire and Auto recommended Jerrys because the car needed to go into a dead bay to diagnose a heating & air problem. Gary explained everything to me. The diagnosis was a good price. The only thing I would say is the front desk should explain that service is on a first come first serve basis. They are very busy and go by a list of who came first. Thats a good procedure but I would not have had other expectations if I had known. I applaud the female owner. She runs a tight ship. I will definitely use them again.

Took my daughters car here after it started running rough. Jerrys did a full diagnosis ended up need new plugs,and determined that the tie rods were also worn. They got both jobs done in a days time for a fair price. I would recommend their service to anyone in the area in need of a repair, especially if you want to deal with good, honest people.

Highly recommend, they did an amazing job on the Ram pickup - they did an oil change and they checked the air conditioning plus a tire rotation, brake adjustments and some other issues. Whenever, I have to go to Jerrys, which is not often. Its actually been several years since I have had to get a vehicle repaired. No matter how much time has passed, they always make me feel like Im part of the family and they have my best interest at heart. Its different than using some big name with the pricey tags. Dropped a Volkswagen CC to run a diagnostic test to determine what is wrong with my headlights. Four days later, with no update from the company, I went to retrieve my vehicle. I was informed that they had not gotten to my vehicle. Four days and I had to call them for updates. This was not an engine problem or something that rendered the car inoperable yet and still they had my car for four dayz and did absolutely nothing. Assuming that they didnt have time for my simple proplem, they should have made that known to me before depriving me of my vehicle for four days without ever looking at it. (there are more things that I had issues with that are too much to include in this review).

I can not speak to highly of Jerry and his crew. My FJ’s AC stopped working as we were driving through Hattiesburg and Jerry took us in and checked it out very quickly. His staff was very friendly and knew their business and we were back on the road quickly. If I lived here, Jerry would be my mechanic. I highly recommend him.

Super super nice people! We have tried a couple of places to work on my husbands ridiculous Infiniti sports car. Big Ten recommended them to us and I can honestly say we will be returning customers. I had mentioned being concerned getting out due to fast paced traffic he even moved the car so we could come back and get it easily. Not to mentioned had our car fixed super fast! Thank you all so much you have no idea how much your kindness meant to us as we have had a rough time lately.

When I came into some unfortunate repair need, Jerry’s helped me out. I had my vehicle at another location and they quoted me simply more than I could justify spending. I had the vehicle towed to Jerry’s, and not only were they able to fix my issues, they were able to fix those and more for a fraction of the price from my original quote. Couldn’t recommend more.

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees. I was coming back to where I live ( Starkville) from a trip to a New Orleans, and on the way, my car motor stopped working.I came to this place to get a quote, and one of the employees told me he likes the car and wants to buy it. We agreed on the price, and he told me to get the tittle so I drove all the way to Starkville and came the next day, when I got there, he texted me, Im not interested! I drove 6 hours back and forth to Hattiesburg for nothing! He did not even apologize!

Staff is very nice, but they took 5 days and couldn’t manage to diagnose my ABS issue. They knew I had two chewed through wires, and told me this could’ve been why they couldn’t communicate with my ABS. That would’ve been over $100 more to just splice the wires together and run a more accurate diagnostic test. So $90 spent on wasted time honestly, and I decided to take their own advice and go somewhere else. Odd, frustrating experience. They told me to try Toyota. They always seem very busy, so maybe they didn’t want to deal with my car

After shipping my car to Hattiesburg all the way from California for school, I found out my car had coolant leaking! I found Jerrys through a Google search as I didnt know which place was good. They were very prompt and the rates were fair. Their diagnosis was that my water pump was leaking and my timing belt was old and cracked! It probably hadnt been changed up until now when I got my car at 120k miles. Just picked it up and it runs a lot better than before...and no more leaking thank goodness.I spoke with Gary on the phone most of the time and he was great. What I really liked was that no repairs are done without customer authorization. So definitely no surprises! In addition, they are willing to drop you off/pick you up if you really need a ride back or a ride there. They are all hard working people and really good in what they do. Im confident that my car will continue running nicely and Im sure if anything else comes up, Jerrys will be the place to go!

ABOVE and BEYOND. These guys were exceptional! I blew out a front wheel hub passing through town in the middle of the night. I went in at 7:30 AM and told him I really needed to get back on the road to get to a job that I was late for. They jumped into action got all the parts ordered installed and me back on the road by 1 PM. Not only were they thorough at their job but also offered to take me to and come pick me up from the hotel I was waiting at once my truck was ready. Thanks guys I really appreciate everything!

I went online to check out different places and came across Jerrys website. They BOLDLY claim on their website that they charge 69.00 a hour for labor. So, I called to get an estimate from this place, just to make sure. They told me it was 4 hours worth of work, which was still a lot of hours based on other estimates I received. So, 69.00 x 4 = 276, right? I was quoted a price of 317.42!! 276.00 plus roughly 20 in sales tax does not equal close to that!! I called back asking if their website was up to date. The woman said yes. I explained what their website said. I never found out if they were good mechanics, but why would I want to with them starting out this way?

Alternator went out on my way to New Orleans on a Sunday night. They got me in early Monday morning and I was back on the road by 1pm. Great service. They even drove me to and from my hotel while they worked on the car.

Charged me $50 just to look at my truck to tell me what was wrong with it was incorrect. Took it to two other mechanics and they were consistent with the diagnostic. Took it to John car care and they diagnosed it within 30 minutes and the cheapest around! Not a fan of Jerry’s.

Yall about going the extra mile. My car had a dangerous coolant week, and they offered for me to come in and get it taken care of, an hour before they closed. They are considerate and hard working. Always trust these guys.

PLEASE READ!!!! Were traveling from Oklahoma to Gulf Shores and the van shuts down 30 miles from Hattiesburg, Ms. In a pickle we search online and find Jerrys. Its a sunday so we call the number regardless. On the message they recommend a tow company which had us picked up within the hour. Tow service even took us to enterprise to get a car. We called first thing monday, Jerrys had already started on our van, by that afternoon they had it diagnosed and running!!! We live 10 hours away and were treated like neighbors. Two days later, out of the blue, we get a call asking how the van is doing. Btw.... its a 1997 conversion van thats like family to us, Jerrys treated it the same. If I ever have a major repair needed in the future, Id consider driving the 10 hours because I know I can count on these guys!!!!!

Our vehicle broke down outside of Hattiesburg over the holiday weekend. We were worried no one would be able to look at it because of the holiday but we found a place that said it did repairs 24/7 We initially had it towed there with the hope of getting back on the road. The place was a dump and the mechanic has still not returned my calls. We were frantic about finding another place. Jerrys was open on the Labor Day holiday, they helped us find someone else to tow it to their place, they fit us into their schedule, were as friendly and professional as could be, made the repairs in a timely fashion and got us back on the road. We feel so lucky to have found such a dynamite place. If I could give it six stars, I would!

Very helpful, reasonably priced and experienced with all different makes. my car is running so much better and they found and fixed a problem I didn’t know about that saved me a lot of hassel down the road. Everyone at Jerrys was kind and helpful. I was traveling alone with my two young daughters from Tennessee to Texas and had a small hiccup just outside of Hattiesburg. My husband started making calls to find a place near me while I was on the road driving. When I arrived at Jerrys, they knew exactly who I was and listened intently to my story about what had happened with my car. Not only were they very helpful, but they fixed my problem quickly and efficiently and had us back on the road within 15 minutes. Thank you again!

1600 spent my had to be towed home after their so call mechanics work. They had my vehicle over a month.Same thing happened to my aunts.What happened..

Jerrys has worked on my vehicle twice this year, and I could not have asked for a better experience, unless it was free. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them to tell me the truth and not to run up the bill with unnecessary repairs.

People complain thatA: spend an hour of labor trying to find a problem, then charged an hour of labor.B: containing about like a $30 difference on a $300 job estimate. Gloves rags spray fluids filters etc. That adds up and most shops add it. I bet she paid double that somewhere else. Or got it done wrong. Btw $65 an hour is cheap. Hattiesburg cycles charges $125 an hour to do easy crap on bikes and ATVs. So I wouldnt whine too much...

They fixed my truck, but they put the wrong oil in. My Ford takes 5W-20, even says so on the oil cap. My receipt and decal on my windshield said 10W
