This is the easiest, most responsive insurance office I’ve ever dealt with. Jennifer Roberts @ Jason Wesley State Farm makes all of our insurance dealings a breeze.Recently, we unfortunately had to file a hail damage claim against our home. Jennifer initiated the claim, and the next call I got was from the adjuster to verify the damage.I’d personally recommend this State Farm office to anyone. You won’t find a more pleasant insurance agent to deal with.

After the Easter tornado Jennifer was such a big help. She helped us through the entire process and checked up on us. She is truly a blessing!

Called over two weeks ago to transfer policies from Florida to Mississippi. Talked to Jennifer and sent Docs to her via email. No response. Called back a week later and she was too busy to talk as she was getting ready to go on vacation. I talked to another lady who said she was handling this while Jennifer was on vacation. I forget this ladys name. But she said she would have it handled within a day. 4 days later still no response. I am going else where. But I am going to call Mr. Wesley just to let him know, so he is not blindsided.**FOLLOW UP** I called for Mr. Wesley @ 9:00 and he had not made it in. I left no message. About 3 minutes later I received a call from his office. Said they have not received any emails that I had sent. Discovered the email I had was incorrect and resent to Sara, (the lady I could not remember her name. She apologized for the confusion and I explained they had my phone number they should have called to follow as promised. I will go from a 1 star rating to a 3 star rating. To be continued.....At the request of Ms. Roberts, I am updating my post. My wife has been handling this policy with this State Farm Agency since my attempts. She has found everyone very helpful and enjoys doing business with them. As it did not start off very well, for me, it has vastly improved!!! My wife is very happy with their services and responses.from the staff. Thank you for looking out for us!

Jason Wesley has been my agent as long as I have been able to purchase my own insurance. He and his team have helped me grow my coverages as my needs have grown. He even helped set up a college savings plan to help me pay for my childs college tuition. Jason has always had my back when filing claims. A couple of times I have had claims denied, but he and his team continued to work for me and all my claims have been paid to my satisfaction because of Jason and his team. He acts as if I am his only client when I need his assistance. Never have I felt as if I were just another paying customer. I would highly recommend Jason Wesley for any of your insurance needs.

I particularly appreciate the personal service of Jason Wesleys State Farm office. Instead of getting transferred two or three times before you speak to the right person, Jason or Jennifer pick up the phone and know who you are right away. When I first contacted State Farm, they reviewed my insurance needs and added and additional policy. My overall monthly payments went down 10 percent from what I had been paying with a another company. They are also very good about following up with you, in the event they see any opportunity for you to save additional money. Jennifer called me and said if you can send me your kids grades, we can save money are car insurance. And we did. I cant say enough good things about the courteous, professional service of Jason Wesley and his team at State Farm West Hattiesburg.

Ive been with State Farm for 31 yrs ...I wouldnt use any one but them...A claim is filed quickly...And what ever your claim is, its taken care of ASAP to... Jason and the office crew are just as nice as can be...They treat me like Family....and always have...P.S.I love the calenders to...LOL

Very courteous and friendly accurate service. I was involved in a wreck a year ago this past December. First call was to 911 the second was to Jennifer at Jason Wesley State Farm office. That one call was all I had to do at a very stressful upsetting time for me. They handled everything in a very timely manner and with no stress or aggravation to me.
