We’ve been policy holders for years now. The agents are nice and friendly! They make changes to your policy with no problem. I highly recommend them!! Plus they are cheaper than most insurance companies!

This is the worst company every, and very misleading.The agents are horrible. I was wrote out a policy in February, and they told me that after two weeks that i could not keep the insurance. I was told that I could not keep the insurance because i did not bring in the needed documentations. Also, I was told i could come in and get a refund that day and it would cancel immediately, if not it would be cancelled at the end of the month. However, they decided to draw double out of my account on today without telling me anything. Keep in mind, I no longer though i was covered by them because nothing came out this last month (March). This has been the worse experience ever. I will make sure that i tell everyone how they have done me. I called about it, and the agent thought it was funny, his exacted words were how great of company to keep you covered even longer. My reply was that I was told I would not be covered after February. How could they continue after 2 months after they said they couldt keep me? The worst..

I just found out that my adjuster closed a claim without my knowledge and without communicating with me. He paid out to someone else. Someone rear ended me but Im just upset with the lack of communication because I was wanting to get a lawyer. He didnt send any correspondence telling me that hes going to close the case. He had my email but didnt say anything. I really dislike people like this. They have no real heart to deal with people one on one. But there were no investigation done and no pictures taken of my car. My adjuster was Zack J. Pace. My mother was in an accident and he made her feel extremely bad over the phone when he talked to her. He just blamed her all the way. From the beginning of the conversation to the end. Just all over unprofessional and unethical in dealing with my mother. I would not recommend him to anybody,not as a human being and especially not as an adjuster. Im thinking about changing car insurance companies. As a note, regardless of who is wrong in a car accident case~no adjuster or employee has the right to make the injured parties feel mistreated or disrespected over the phone.
