I am jealous of these five-star reviews, I was really hoping to have a new go-to place for a mechanic. Instead, I was overcharged for the tie rod replacement and it took him a day and a half to do it. As a woman, youre always nervous about how youre going to be treated with a new mechanic (who thinks you dont know whats going on with car repair) and this is exactly the kind of thing that you worry about.

I have a 2006 mustang that I wanted to lower and get all new suspension work done including shocks, struts, new springs, panhard bar and front and back control arms. I called Rick and he was friendly and said he has done this plenty of times before. I read his reviews on line and saw other projects he was working on. He is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He was more than willing to show me what he was doing and talk to me about the work. If you are looking to get work done I would highly recommend bringing it to Rick at Kings Automotive.

Kings Automotive LLC is one of the best mechanic shops in town. Ricks customer service was very good! My project was done on time, and done correctly. Ive been taking our trucks and cars to him for the past three years now and I have no complaints at all. They have always treated me right and taken care of any problems my vehicle was having at a reasonable price. Be it an emergency fix or general maintenance its the only place I will trust my vehicles to. There was a time my heat went out during the winter I went to 2 shops they told me the heater core was out and it was a 500$ fix I had a family member recommend Kings Automotive his diagnosis was the blower motor which was a 100$ fix the honesty made me a life long customer.

Honest mechanics and great customer service! After horrible experiences at both the Hastings Valley Chevrolet dealer and Paramount Goodyear, I was beginning to loose hope. Kings was able to fix my car at a fair price without recommending costly & unnecessary repairs. They offer the customer service and quality workmanship you expect from a small local business.

Rick gave me immediate attention,took a look at my problem and grabbed the wheels out of my vehicle and headed to the shop. Had them done in 20min after 5 shops said their machines couldnt do it.
