Very professional and respectful. Any question or concern I had they would always answer them very nicely. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a job.

Harrisonburg office is very unprofessional. Half the time they do not answer their phone. They always say they will call you back before the end of the day but they never do. I always had to call them back. Needs major improvement and new management.

I went there in hope of finding a job at a place in my hometown that way it would be closer to home I got over there they put me on the computer to do all the questions they gave me most of them were confusing but got them all done but before I went they asked me if Id be willing to do a drug test when I got over there I told them yes Id be willing to go an do a drug test but after I got done with the computer questions they sent me and my friend back for the interview the interview went well they didnt even ask me to do a drug test so I thought Id have to come back to do one they told me to call the next day as soon as I called them today I told the woman that answered my call I told her my name an that I came in yesterday did my interview an that they told me to call them the next day the woman put me on hold so I waited finally got through another woman picked up I told her the same thing then she tells me I got rejected that Im not a fit person to work at the factory I didnt even get to do a drug test and the woman was just very rude towards me on the phone I would not go to that place ever again most of the people in that place was as nice as can be but they dont know what they are doing dont there trust me they wont give you job at all an Im actually fit person willing to work

This staffing agency in Harrisonburg is ran very unprofessionally. On two occasions I had appointments, to show up to their office with no one there. In early dec when we received the first snow of the year, they did not call and cancel their appointments. They did not put a message on their voicemail. Instead they have me drive 40 minutes in the snow and ice to be at the appointment, that they never showed up for. They finally called me to reschedule. My next day off at my job was not until Wednesday dec. 23. Which was the day I was leaving out of town for Christmas. They asked if I could come by and do some quick paperwork. So I did. As I am sitting there done with my paperwork trying to leave cause I had a flight to catch, one the employees brings me a urine sample cup to pee in, in their office. I refused to let them administer my test. It is not sanitary, they are not trained professionals on handling testing. I told them I would go to a facility to test when I got back from seeing my daughter for Christmas. Then a supervisor came in and said she could follow me to a drug testing facility right then. I told them I couldn’t. I had a flight to catch. I was packed and leaving. I did not need to pee at that moment and I need to be at the airport in the next hour and 20 mins. I was not going to risk missing my flight. But these people are very inconsiderate. They care about their numbers and that’s about it. It is 2020. Everything has been so screwed up. I have not seen my daughter. I finally get a chance to and this staffing agency made me choose between seeing my daughter or waiting for a drug test, not see my daughter and lose the $500 I spent on the tickets.So if they would have made the original appointment when I was off and available, I could have gone and done the drug test. But to spring it on me as I am flying out of town for Christmas is shady.Check out all the other reviews. Don’t use this place. Contact every company you know that uses them and let them do a better job of checking into who they are using to find them quality candidates.

The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful! All of the staff is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

First day, everything in the office went well, the staff did their best to get all the paperwork and drug test done asap, like any business if you give respect you get respect.

Great staff and very helpful. Especially the ladies I worked with, Aguaria Lessington and the receptionist. Will work with them again and bring more people to them.

Not very helpfull. There seems to me to be active age discrimination here? Once my age had been determined, their cooperation level ceases and Im asked to leave and never return.

Realatively rude and horrible customer service. Attended orientation but had to leave before it ended do to a college exam I told them I couldnt miss. Was told not to come back for a year. If you go to college this company WILL NOT work with you, please take your chances with snagajob.

Very sneaky and rude. Was set up for a job that I set did not meet my schedule and said I did not show up when I specially told the lady it was not the job i was looking for.
