Very unprofessional. Canceled two little children’s appointments without advising before had. Was told they were cancelled on arrival because we cancelled an appointment by phone call before. But since it wasn’t 24 hours she decided to cancel two kids appointments “had nothing to do with the canceled appointment per policy” for revenge I’m assuming. Not to mention I wait for 7 HOURS or more!! to get cut and dye came on time to my appointment and had to wait for others to get their hair cut and dyed. My hair was uneven and it was not what I asked for or the color I asked for . I rather pay more and get better services. I do not recommend at all 🙂They did my hair. I was not The client Who canceled the appointment it was a friend of mine and her kids.

The stylist was able to fit me in for a trim when I called last minute. She understood exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with her work.

My go to hairstylist, Im a simple fix type person and Miss Carmen always hooks me up. Have referred a lot of friends who also have been satisfied with the results as well with different hair textures/ needs. Staff are friendly, nice clean environment. DO RECOMMEND!

Excellent hair and beard trim! While traveling through VA on the way to WV I needed a clean trim and read the reviews online, so I stopped. Even though Sammy was booked up he still squeezed me in. Even though I didnt have an appointment I was still treated as a regular and received the perfect trim, both hair and beard. Thanks Sammy, I will definitely be back when I am traveling to WV and I come through quite often.

Great atmosphere and always good laughs and talks. But most importantly, excellent haircuts. Been coming for over 2 years and always leave satisfied.
