Carrie my sales rep actually called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm then upon arrival was very methodical and presented an estimate right there at my kitchen table. On install day I could not have been happier. Noah and Tyler came in and just got the job done and except for a little uniform issue (embarrassing 😆) they were exactly the type of installers you hope for. Jerry and Juan were awesome. They installed our new unit upstairs. The job was completed quickly and mess free! Unit works great! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

We know our system was aged and should be replaced vs. repair. Juan and his assistant (whose name I neglected to it) were here by 0900 and worked throughout the day not finishing till 1800 (6PM). We felt bad that they didnt even take a break or lunch. Even still Juan took the time to fully explain the new thermostat and explain the system and why things were done the way they were done.This was a quality install by a quality team. I have dealt with Mountain Valley in the past and have found them to be a 5 star company.

I had a good experience. Jim Little was very knowledgeable, very professional, kept the house clean, and was an overall nice guy!Jim has been here for service a couple of times. He knows his stuff. And in this case, Mountain Valley worked with the company which provided the surge protector that didn’t do its job and allowed two circuit boards to be damaged. The surge protector company is covering the cost of what would have been a very expensive repair!

We did a full replacement of both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units. New fans and air handlers. MVHC sent two teams to do our installs. Noah Royer and Brian handled our upstairs install and Juan Zamudio and Joel took care of our crawlspace unit. All four guys were very easy to work with and always professional. Any time we had a question they took the time to stop and talk with us and fully address any concern or question. It was clear they were all very knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing. Brian and Noah did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished the install inside the house. They all also worked quickly and efficiently to complete the jobs so that it wasnt a long drawn out day for us.

Juan and his associate Tyler did a great job of installation of my new air conditioning unit. They had to do it while dealing with a severe thunder storm (rain, wind, and lightning ). We received estimates from a few HVAC installers and ultimately chose Mountain Valley Home Comfort based on their knowledgeable associates, fair pricing, and recommendations from friends. Jerry and his assistant were friendly and professional and went out of their way to address my concerns with the aesthetics of the unit placement when installing a mini-split system in our finished attic.

Jim Little did good work, used plastic shoe covers when he came into my house, did a thorough check on my Lennox system and on my Mitsubishi mini-split. He installed a new motor on the compressor and found it also needed a new contactor which he installed. He also recharged the coolant in both systems. He was obviously fully knowledgeable about both systems and explained everything he was doing.

Dr. Cottrell and I were extremely impressed with Otis. Not only was his installation done well and with great attention to detail, but he was very knowledgeable about the equipment and very patient in teaching us how to use it, clean it, and maintain it. He made a suggestion to add an air scrubber which we didn’t know about. We feel it gives us a higher level of air quality year-round and were so glad he told us about it and was willing to install it.

Otis and Juan arrived on time and worked constantly until the job was completed. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful by making sure all my questions were answered prior to their departure. A pleasant experience. Daniel cane out to inspect our Mitsubishi split system for a one year review. Very friendly and personable young man who explained what he was doing and why. Went through both systems cleaning filters and inspecting drains, installed algae prevention tabs and checked temperature of air coming from unit. Checked the outside unit and said all was in perfect working condition. Daniel installed our units so was happy to see him come to do the inspection. We will request Daniel for our future inpections.

Doug gave us our semi-annual HVAC assessment, and as always, was quite thorough. After his review, he discussed the Inspection & Tune Up sheet with me and explained the items that needed attention. As we have a much older Lennox system, we may be looking to replace it this year. We will definitely get a quote from MVHC to perform the work.

Otis Parker and his helper Julion Hernandez installed a Lennox XPP25 Outdoor Heat Pump and a Lennox SLP98V Gas Furnace on 5/7/19. Their installation workmanship was outstanding. Otiss knowledge of the new system was superb and left me with an appreciated understanding of the new system. The removal of a 24 year old Lennox system and installation of the new system took 11 hours (8:00am to 7:00pm). Otis returned the next day and set the four zone system up and in detail explained to me the basic control operations. It will take me time to learn and appreciate all of the many functional advantages this smart system has over my old system. My sincere appreciation and thanks to Mountain Valley Home Comfort and his talented installation team for a job well done.

We contracted MVHC to removed our existing HVAC system including all duct work and install a new furnace, air conditioner, duct work, installation of an additional vent in one of the bedrooms, and an additional air return vent.Glenn gave us a solid quote and responded quickly to any concerns we had and was a pleasure to work with. When a potential issue arose, Kevin took the time to call Lennox and assure us that there was no issue.The job started and ended on schedule. We are still amazed that all of the work was done in three days. This was a large job and the finished product is perfect. There was no mess left behind and none of the workers entered out house without first putting on booties over their shoes!!!Sam and Victor, the Duct Installation Team did a great job with the removal of the old duct work and installation of the new. They did an excellent job cutting into my hard wood floors to add the new vent and return.Juan and Jose also did a great job on the install. Juan was very thorough and patient when teaching us how to use the new thermostat. Juan told us about the Air Scrubber. Since we suffer from allergies, this was a must. Thank you Juan!!The entire HVAC team, including the administrative staff, were very courteous, professional and responsive. We would highly recommend HVAC.

MVHC designed and installed a ductless mini split heat pump system in our older home. Nate is very knowledgeable and designed a great system that fit our needs and budget. I spoke with Tabitha several times to ask questions and set up installation. She is always polite and helpful. My install team, Jerry and Julio showed up on time, were professional and did a fantastic job installing our system. Jerry spent extra time reviewing our new system with me until I felt comfortable using the remote and Wi-Fi controls.We can’t say enough GREAT things about MVHC. They really treat you like family!
