They have serviced my unit several times, even with my ac or heat going it they are quick to respond and quick to fix! And they are very reasonable with the prices! Would recommend!

We called Landes after using 3 other local firms. We chose Landes, because they were rated high and selected as Best AC in Valley 2020. Landes tried to save us a big repair by fixing some problems with the coils; but the coils(10 yrs old) were damaged and we finally agreed to replace the AC coils. Its now been 90 days since the repair. The coils do not leak like the damaged old coils did. Yahoo! Recommend Landes team.

Jason Landes and crew were great! We had another company diagnose our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. We waited nearly two weeks for an estimate for a replacement. In that time I called up Landes and Jason showed up that afternoon, and had me an estimate for a full HVAC system by that evening. The install took 3 days with a 2-person crew, and Jason periodically checking in on the work. The crew was friendly and the install, the install was clean, and we were communicated with every step of the way (were working from home so we were present for all of it too). On top of that, the final price still ended up being cheaper than the other guys.We felt well taken care of in the process and wed recommend Landes to anyone for a furnace/AC install!

My old 30 year old Trane heat pump finally died. I called several HVAC companies for estimates. Landes wasnt the cheapest, however the professionalism they showed from the receptionist to the estimator won us over. During installation the level of coolant wasnt what it was supposed to be. They didnt leave until they were positive there wasnt a leak and the maintenance manager said they will cover it if it does leak. I felt they were over the top on customer service and they have my business from now on!!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. The Hvac tech (on call) refused to come to our property even though we were existing customers who have paid thousands of dollars to Landes in the past.

I contacted several local places regarding installing a minisplit, no one even responded. Landes was the I my company to respond, they were in time for both visits and super friendly. Any information I was uncertain on they immediately sent me an email with what I needed. They we very clean, there was no trace of them being there and took care of everything before leaving. A week later I had an issue with my furnace (separate unit in a different building than they installed). They looked at facetime of the furnace and said that there wasnt anything they would be able to do tonight anyway so it was best they didnt come out and charge an emergency fee. Being winter, they made sure they were out the very next day. What I had feared was going to be a several hundred - a couple thousand dollar repair ended up being $72. I have had other service companies come to other houses of mine in the past and charge that amount for just showing up let alone coming, fixing etc. I will hands down continue to use Landes, they have been a life saver.

This is the second time that we have used Landes. The first was when a 6-year-old Magic-Pak heat pump in our condo went bad. The unit was designed so that it has to be entirely removed to service the coils. The cost to repair was more than half the replacement cost. They even tried to find a different unit that would work in this condo, but the last competitor had discontinued their model.When my property manager brought out a different company in May of this year to repair a now 3-year-old second unit, they fixed the leak but didnt notice that the coils were dirty. When we arrived Monday for tenant move out/move in there was a 3-inch block of ice encasing the filter (see photo). Landes performed their scheduled maintenance check and he spent more than 3 hours working on the unit. He came back yesterday with specialized cleaning equipment and completed the work with no additional trip charge. While they charged me more than just the check fee, he did over 5 hours of work for less than $350. Landes knows what they are doing, and they are incredibly responsive to customers. As I am a landlord living more than 100 miles away, it is critical to me to know I have a reliable company that I can call on to respond to the heating and AC needs of my tenants.

Weve have used Landis for the last 5 years and we wouldnt go with anybody else. They come twice a year to check out everything and do it very efficiently. If you have any concerns tell them and they check it out. We are very pleased with the excellent service they provide. We dont hesitate to call them for anything.

Jackson was very polite, courteous and got the job done in a timely fashion. He was able to talk with us older generation which is most rare in todays society. I have been with Landes Heating & A/C for some time now and I am VERY pleased with their service. They perform routine checks on my heating and a/c units twice a year, always sending the same technician, which I appreciate; he is knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Outside of those visits, on two other occasions, questions arose regarding my unit-once involving the technicalities of my wifi thermostat, which Kirk Landes, the service manager, guided me through the resetting of via a phone call. The second involved the heating unit itself; Kirk again tried to help me via the phone, but ultimately a service visit was required. I appreciated that he made the effort to assist me via the phone first, so that I would not be charged for a service call unnecessarily. All that said, I am very pleased with the service Landes has provided me.

I have used landed heating and air conditioning for many years. They have always provided the highest quality service, are very responsive, and practice fair billing. They are upfront about what things will cost before performing the service, and they stick to their quoted prices.

Last year, we used Landes for duct cleaning and a dryer duct installation. So very happy w/the service people, their workmanship and the price/value! Same for this year when they replaced our bathroom fans and vented them outside. A hard day for the two guys, mostly in the attic, but exceptional work and attitudes! Will always use them for our HVAC needs in the future.

When our oil heater went out, I was overwhelmed by the prospect of hiring an electrician and coordinating between them and an HVAC contractor to get a heat pump put in. I got several quotes, but only one that followed up. When Jason Landes called to ask if I had any more questions, I explained my holdup and he offered to make arrangements directly with an electrician he frequently worked with. One week later he called to say they had an opening coming up, and another week later it was completed. Incredibly professional, high level of customer service, and the system works great.

Craig came 06/16 to give estimate for new unit, called 06/24 he wrote the incorrect unit # down, we sent him pictures of the model # on 06/25 still waiting on estimate. Was told it would be 3 weeks before it could be installed, it is 07/14 we are still waiting for the estimate. Would NOT recommend this company.LOL Let Landis sweat the details

I had 2 heat pumps and 2 gas furnaces replaced in my home. (The original main furnace was huge and has to be taken apart and hauled away!) It had lasted me 37 years with heat pumps originally installed by Landes! The crew, led by Andy, did a terrific job! Very dedicated and diligent! Also very polite and trustworthy, and took lots of time explaining to me how to manage the new digital thermostats! I know if I need any help with this beautiful, new equipment in the future, theyll be there for me!

We give emergance service 24/7 but only if you alread a customer should be included. You all just blow off a broke down furance in the winter like it not a big deal so much for caring about people.

I have been pleased with the service I have recieved in the past by Landes. They always serviced the furnace at our home for the past 10 years. When our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year in 2016 at 5 degrees (they were out there getting it up and running again). I knew by reputation that they were a quality crew to work with. But when the county inspector came to sign off on the work he asked me who installed my Heat Pump system. When I told him it was Landes he said, No wonder its all done so well.

This company WAS great, the very first time they came I was so happy, the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and repaired / service my HVAC Unit (unfortunately this employee left).I was in their yearly plan. The second year they service my unit the tech did not put enough Freon and I had to call a second time days later. (I gave them the benefit of the doubt)The third year, they came and did the maintenance, the tech said I need it to replace the capacitor in my furnace. (even though the original capacitor was still working, I said if you need to, go for it) Got my bill and they upcharge $80 for a $10 Dollar Part.About 3 months later my Furnace stopped working. I had a local friend with 10+ years of HVAC experience service my machine, the blower stopped working. (I mention to him that the capacitor was changed not long ago) he said the capacitor they used was the wrong one and it had caused the blower to burn out.Back to Landes: I was late in paying my bill, honestly I didn’t want to pay my bill because what was supposed to be a $160 bill turned into a $360 bill, because of a $10 Dollar part that took 5 mins to replace, and on top killed my blower. And cost me a lot more $$$ money.But anyways I payed the bill after I got a judgement letter. I called and payed to their office. (this was last year)Just a few days ago I need it to service my machine, and for whatever reason I called them again, (stupid me) to my surprise, Im In a DO NOT SERVICE LIST! Wow that just did it. Because of that reason I decided to drop this book of a review that was long coming. Very disappointed with this local company.

Craig & the crew have done a great job for me both at my home and my business. When we were having trouble with our home unit (installed by someone else), Landes came out and showed us how we had the wrong system installed based on our contract. Thanks to their help, we had two new indoor air handlers installed at not cost to us.At work, they showed me how one unit we had was actually an a/c unit with electric heat (wow, that explains the power bill) and how the two other units were installed improperly. They just got done with all the fixes and you should see how professionally all the work was done. The installers were quick and efficient and really did a bang up job. The new unit works great and the other two units seem to be running much better. I wont use anyone but Landes from now on.
