I called with a leak problem. I sent pictures and they called me back right away to schedule an appointment for the same day. They assessed the problem and sent a technician to repair it the next day. They call when they are on the way and show up at the expected time. They are professional and courteous. I have used this company multiple times for plumbing and HVAC issues and will continue to use them.

This a great company. They are here on time, work very efficiently, they are upfront about what the need to do. Called for HVAC maintenance and pipes screeching and a leaky pipe. HVAC service very professional, extensive and quickly completed.Our original builder left us with a spaghetti bowl of pipes. The leaks were hidden in the maze of pipes. The technician came back with parts to repair leak and noise. He found a 2nd spot that was leaking. Leaks were repaired as well as noisy pipes. After the technician left I noticed a new leak in the same area. Called the office and the technician was back within 20 minutes to fix the last leak.Now enjoying leak free and silent plumbing.

They called and sent me a text, asking if today was still good for me. Also to let me know when the guy was on his way. He actually was able to get to my house about 20 min earlier than the estimates time frame. Which was great for me.The main water valve in my basement was leaking, he came in, very polite, professional and respectful. He checked out the situation. (The valve was welded on to the pipe). He let me know the price before he started to make sure I was still ok with it.He had to turn off the water to the whole house, take out a portion of the old pipe with the valve. Then created a whole new pipe to fit into the old fixture with a much better functioning valve.He got it all done in about a half an hour! I was blown away with how fast and efficient he was. Great job!And it has a warranty on it for 90 days. I’m soo glad I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I’ll definitely be using then again.

Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating and Cooling installed my Heat pump system a couple of years ago. They were quick, and did a complete job resulting in my heating/cooling system working perfectly. They have now come to investigate why the outside unit was not working. It turned out to be a loose wire connection and they found it and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind in their interaction with us, and did the job on the 1st try. The techs are quick and friendly- and I feel confident in my equipment after the maintenance check ups!Last year we had an issue with our heat pump— Blue Mountain responded right away and we have used them for routine system checkups since then. The techs have been great, friendly, quick and provides us with education and options. As far as cost it’s a great value! We feel so much better about our system since we started the routine maintenance plan!

Contacted company to check out an issue with AC unit. Tech came out and told me what he thought the issue was and disabled a switch on my unit. I was told if it didnt fix the issue, I would need a new AC Unit.Next morning, issue was not resolved. Contacted company again and it took them a WEEK to get back out to me. I was then told my thermostat was bad so they replaced that.Next morning issue was still not resolved. Went to another company to get a second opinion. They quickly determined the refrigerant was low and that was causing the problem. They also told me the switch was NOT bad and didnt need replacing and my unit would not need to be replaced. Thermostat was NOT bad either.Not going back to this company if they get the job wrong twice and try to tell me (or sell me on) a new unit when not needed. Called them and they wouldnt refund anything from either visit nor acknowledge or accept and responsibility for the bad work/service performed.Family & kids were cold for 2 weeks waiting for them to provide incorrect diagnoses. Not putting them through that experience again.

Blue Mountain’s service is great. Their service staff are very knowledgeable. Jonathan came by Monday to check their installation of my air conditioner which was done recently. I asked him about filters and he told me he would come back on Friday with a filter and put it in. As promised, he came and replaced the filter.I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our old hot water heater died and we didnt have any hot water for a week ! One local company blew us off three times and when I called blue mountain, they were there within an hour ! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and set everything up for our new water heater the next day. The two technicians that came and installed it were just as knowledgeable and very nice ! Our water heater is upstairs in a very hot attic and narrow stairs and they handled it very well. I needed someone to check heating and plumbing where I was living prior to buying. Blue Mountain came and did a complete appraisal, made sure my furnace was in good order, then later replaced my thermostat. Your job pricing seems wrong. For example,the technician gave me a rather steep for the job he was to perform because he might run into some difficulties . I understa that BUT he didnt . So the 1/2 hour pipe repair ended costing me about $ 600.00. I feel there should be a refund to the customer . this cost adjustment could be called a no problems refund . Blue Mountain all around are a A+ business. From the beginning Donna was so polite and scheduled a technician to come out to fix my leaking water heater. Nate was my technician and he called twenty minutes before he came out to let me know he was on his way. He found where the water was leaking and fixed it in just a few minutes. While he was there I asked him could he install my new whole house water filtration system and he came out a few days later and installed it. I had a few questions to ask him and he answered them all. Even found out that we like a few of the same sports teams. If I have any plumbing, heating and cooling needs I will not hesitate to call them again. I called Blue Mountain when my heat pump when out. They worked with me to get someone out as soon as possible to get me a quote and work through the financing. They were open with everything and stayed in contact the whole time.

They overcharged me, they charge $717 to replace a small pipe in the water heater,we thought it was a complicated job it would take hours to do it, since he asked for this much money, but it took him only 5 minutes to replace it, I never recommend them.

The service we received from Blue Mountain was excellent. The technicians were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very nice.

They charged me $443 to replace a pressure reducer valve. The job took 30 minutes. I checked with 3 other plumbers in the area and they said that same job should have been somewhere between $150 and $200. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them.
