Our property manager called them out due to our a/c not cooling. Call them this morning and they came out within a few hours. Due to health reasons, it was very urgent to get this fixed. They are great, professional and caring.

The Morris Heating & Cooling inc team recently installed a Trane Cooling system with heat strips for us. They were highly recommended by my nephew as Morris installed his new system recently. From estimates to completion the Morris team were friendly, informative, respectful of property both inside and outside, and professional and prompt. Morris quickly worked us into their schedule. I would definitely use them again. We were very pleased with their work.

Morris Heating & Cooling were very professional. they came on time. They fixed my problem in a timely manner and were fair with the price. I appreciate these people. It is hard to find quality people like Morris.

I invited this contractor to our place to price a new heating/cooling system for us. I specified that we were interested in a specific manufacturer brand. He told me that he installs systems from another manufacturer, but the prices are about the same for the two different brands (withing just few %) at the same requirements. So he submitted a proposal/quote for $6,500. I obtained three other proposals/quotes from local competitors for the specific brand that we wanted, the lowest of which was less than $4,000, and the highest was a little over $5,000. So, I contacted him back and gave him feedback on the 3 competing quotes, and I even sent him the prices (not the identities of the competitors), hoping that he would negotiate down his price. But he was adamant and got irritated. He started belittling the competitors, and arrogantly praising his own service. When I pressed him on the big gap between his price and the competition, he said that his system brand was much more expensive that the other one that I had specified. He squarely contradicted what he had told me when he came to price the system. From this experience, its clear that this contractor overcharged me way too much (to rip me off), and he is not truthful. If he did it with me, he would most likely do with others. Furthermore, when I called his business the first time, the lady who spoke with me played the card we a christian family business.

I bought an older home that only had base board heating. Chris and his team came in to give me an estimate, and allowed me to explain my plans to close in my basement. During his inspection he found my panel box was very out dated, and offered to upgrade with the install.I was expecting my schedule for a consult to require taking off from work. His team met me on my schedule which is absolutely amazing.Bill has dropped $263.10 and I have not set up my thermostat to save cost while at work. Before finishing Chris offered to teach me how to use, and set up my thermostat for those cost saving tactics.I recommend Morris Heating & Cooling Inc, and if you talk to any other companies youll learn that even they would recommend Morris Heating & Cooling.

Morris Heating and Cooling has been my company of choice to service my 4 unit apartment building for several years now (and no, were not related). Whoever posted those nasty comments was not telling the truth about Chris and his company. Their customer service has gone above and beyond, the work is done well and the prices are very fair. Ive spoken with Chris and several others personally and, although their work ethic exemplifies true Christianity, theyve never spoken of their faith unless I brought it up. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They are rude, uneducated, and unquestionably sketchy. i dont think chris could read. I recieved a quote from them and they immidetely tried to push their religion on me then began to tell me about how they had a family member they didnt share the same views, so they just disowned them and kicked them own.... wow!
