Our AC stopped working late Friday evening 5/29/20. After searching for someone who did emergency after hour service and calling a couple of the companies listed. Dean (Valley Comfort Systems) called us right back and arrived soon after. He worked in the rain and determined the problem, and had our AC working again that night and at a very reasonable price. He was very accommodating and explained everything he found and needed to repair. We then discussed setting up an appointment to perform a cleaning and service and he returned on June 12th for the service. Again, Dean was very accommodating and explained and showed us what he was going to do. Our AC is now running great. Valley Comfort Systems was at my home yesterday to do annual service to my Heat Pump, I had never used them before yesterday. Dean, the owner was a very nice young man and he did the most comprehensive exam and adjustment I have ever seen from any HVAC company who has ever been to my home over the last 20 years. He spent about 2 hours cleaning everything and adjusting everything to the manufacturer specifications. He was so impressive I have contracted him to put in a new split system in and ductless family room, which was needed for years. I was so pleased with his first visit I then hired them to install a new Mitsubishi ductless split system in a family room. They did a great job, very neat and professional in every way. Pricing was also great. Highly recommended!! 7/4/18 I hired Valley Comfort systems to install a new Mitsubishi split system in a ductless family room. Again service and equipment were great and pricing was good. Very satisfied . 8/22/18: My main Heat Pump developed a problem with starting up. I called Valley Comfort Systems, they came out and after checking the unit the made repairs the same day. A GREAT COMPANY I AM ALWAYS IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED>>

Impressive service. One of the last we called for an estimate for replacing our presumably dead heat pump, but the only ones to specifically diagnose the problem. Gave a reasonable estimate for fix and were able to perform the work the same day, staying late to finish. Although VCS was the last company we called this time, they will be the first people we call the next time we have issues with our heat pump.

The two guys that came in to work for us were very nice and seemed to know exactly what they were doing as we have had multiple companies come work on our ac system without any of them being able to fix it. Look no further for your HVAC needs. My AC stopped in the middle of summer with a pregnant wife. Our unit was discontinued and Vadim was able to find us a replacement part. While we waited on the part to come in Vadim set up some window AC units so my wife wouldnt kill me.

I have been remodeling an old home.Vadim came in and gave me a quote, that included more than the other two quotes, but was cheaper. He installed 2 heat pumps and a gas furnace for emergency heat (when the temp drops below 33). Very efficient system installed very effciently! Professionally! And quickly! Highly recommended by me!

Ive had to use Valley Comfort Systems on a few different occasions for the heater in our shop. Each and every time they diagnosed the issue correctly and repaired it in a timely manner, and to top it off, their service was great Also, they gave me some advise on what to do to prolong the life of my heater! Dean was great to work with. It was around 4:00 PM on labor day, the temperature was in the mid-80s, and we arrived home to an HVAC system that was not blowing air (needless to say, the house was hot). I called several service providers, including my go-to provider, but due to it being a holiday, I was only able to reach voicemails. Finally, I called Valley Comfort Systems and Dean answered on the 3rd or 4th ring - I told him what was going on, and he said he would be out there as soon as possible. An hour later, the HVAC system was back up and running. Long story short, I have a new go-to HVAC service provider. Dean provided great service and followed-up on the service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Harrisonburg area.

Vadim as always treats you like you are the most important client of the day. He has replaced my blower motor on my new HVAC unit twice now, he comes quickly, works quickly and cleanly. My split unit in my office had an internal leak somewhere. Valley Comfort sent one of their employees to my office and had my unit up and running in no time for a very reasonable charge!

This contractor agreed with my uncle to replace the hvac system at his house. But before installing the new hvac system, this contractor requested (by email) from my uncle to write a (good) review for him at Better Business Bureau. My uncle did not write a review for him. So, when my uncle followed up with the contractor to install the hvac system, this contractor mistreated my uncle, repeatedly promising to get back to him, then ignoring him, making my uncle to wait for him, without heat, for the whole cold winter period until he gave up. I believe that this contractor viciously retaliated against my uncle because my uncle did not rush to write him a good review at BBB. My uncles experience shows that this contractor has poor or no professional ethics, and I will not recommend him to anyone.

This HVAC contractor assessed our heat-pump to give us an estimate. He offered me on site a price, we agreed to work together, and he even solicited me to help promoting his relatively new business. He then emailed me a written estimate. I emailed him that I needed to wait til I get financially ready. He emailed me that I could wait as much time as I needed. Some time later, I went back and texted him to install the heatpump, even with an increased price. He ignored me for a while, then he said ok, he needs to check prices and get back to me; then afterwards he ignored all my messages that I kept sending him over a period of 2 months. Finally, after making me wait for him for over 2 months during cold season (I was without central heat), he responded saying his estimate was increased by over 10%. I still accepted the increased price, and I expected him to proceed with the install. But, he never replied to me, and never cared to follow up to install the heat-pump. This contractor is totally unreliable, flawed and irresponsible. I will never recommend him to anyone.
