I get my eyebrows threaded here and they turn out fine. Looks like the stylists have changed recently- she did a horrible job. My brows were uneven and super painful. When I told her that she made one brow too thin, she said “it will grow back” like no big deal. Day later I found several cuts on my skin under both my brows

It was ok. No seating while waiting and you have to fill out a Covid release form. They’ve probably gone through some Covid 19 backlash recently . Otherwise, it’s was weird since everyone is reopening. Felt like they didn’t get the memo. I’m vaccinated, so my worries about Covid are few.

The best hair salon in the area! Karla is AMAZING! This hair salon is following all Covid regulations - everything is in pristine conditions. All staff wear masks and I feel more than comfortable getting my hair done during these trying times at this salon. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Got my first haircut In six months since the pandemic started. Carla, as always, did a great job and it is always nice to sit in her chair where I know I will be taken care of. All covid regulations and procedures are being followed- Masks are required by customers and staff. The place looks very clean too. Keep up the good work

Karla was the best. The salon was very sanitary, very conscientious about keeping clients safe. They get a brief history and take your temp. Then it’s right to your stylist, no need to wait long. Always the best!!

Very well managed even during the PandemicWe went to a salon after almosrlt 6 months of staying away from it ans were very apprehensive about the safety.Spoke to the owner and she reassured us about their safety measures. When there we realised all the measures were followed to the core. They sanitize everything they use for every customer. There are partitions and strict rules towards safety.Staff is very curteous and did a great job for me and my boys.Happy to have taken the decision to get our hair done at Zizzi.

I had totally amazing experience at zizi salon..Very nice and welcoming staff and managerI had for three services done here - keratin treatment, threading and waxing and I am going back with 100% satisfaction.I had read very good reviews about hair and threading service but reviews were equally bad for waxing...I had discussed the same with manager and she assured me that I am going to get very good service..the lady responsible for bad service was already fired... I trusted her and got the service done..and yes I am totally happy and going back with full satisfaction..I recommend this place to others as well

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!I have gone here twice to get waxing done. First time it was fine and second time they did it very harshly which has given permanent pimples all over my body. Its been a month now and its still there. I wish I could give 0 stars or even negative.

I went in for a blowout. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I also did my eyebrows and they came out great! Didn’t give it 5 stars because the cost of the blowout was $42, which is about $12 more than what I’m use to paying elsewhere. But was happy with everything else.

Worst customer service ever. They will let a customer go away but not service even with 3 people sitting idle on the side. Poor poor very poor customer service. If I had an option to go somewhere else in Harrison I definitely would.

This has been my go to place for eyebrows and haircut for over seven years now. Pratibha is the best person to get your eyebrows done. I have always received lot of compliments on my eyebrows when she does it. I highly recommend this place. Mimi always gave me the best haircut. She really knows what she is doing.

Management is not good. Although Mimi is a great stylist but the way the owners manage their business and left a bad taste in my mouth. I had asked them for specific prices on the haircuts that I was getting for my family. They upped it after the hair was done and then denied having given those prices to begin with. Im not going back there again. Ill have to find another good stylist.

SEVERE SKIN RASHES and Skin peeling off!!I went to get my underarms waxed, after an hour, my underarms was completely red and was burning! I couldnt even put my arms down for 3 days. I do not have any allergies, I dont know if they use horrible wax quality or just their technique sucks! Please beware!

I used to love going to this place. I was so disappointed today and the last time I went. The management and staff are rude. I went in for waxing and I came back with job half done. They have weird policies, but what is worse that they have bad attitude. They dont treat customers with respect. Dont go here!

Great job by the hair dresser. Worse management ever. My husband made an appointment for him and myself. I got my hair cut first and then they wouldnt cut my husband because the owners family showed up after us and wanted their hair done for a party. Also started yelling at the girl for blow drying my hair. Take care of paying customers. I will never go back.

This is one of most horrible experience of Waxing.. the staff and management is so rude.. they fight with each other, so unprofessional.. they do not state their prices anywhere and then overcharge you or you have to leave half waxed..I took an appointment, explained them what I want. Manager sent a lady she came in started waxing, she left hair at couple of places and started another hand, I had to point her to remove them. As she was half way done, she said I have another customer I can’t do more, then she and manager started fighting. Later another lady came in, nobody told her what she has to do, I explained her everything again. She started doing and then halfway she went and call the manager again, and manager says to do this you will be charged more. And I was like what u mentioned 30min ago..I go to ZNails their another salon, for my eyebrows from Nishu, she is so polite and hard working. She suggested me once to go there but it was worst. They made me crazy. Will never plan to go back here again.

I have been a customer since November of 2014. The nail salon is always kept cleaned and immaculate. I was skeptical of the gel manicure process, but I will admit that these wonderful manicurist have won me over. A gel manicure is suppose to last up until 2 weeks. I have gone as far as 3 weeks and it still looks great. Kudos to the ladies at Zizi in Harrison, NJ. .You all are rock stars!!! XOXO

Horrible experience as went to get hair styled n the greedy unprofessional manager quoted an upscale stylist charge n I changed it to simple curls n stylist said 30$ n the manager at payment started shouting sayin that how would the know what to charge n charged 65$ n was very very rude n unprofessional n totally dishonest ..would give zero star n never recommend..
