I have been going here for years. Tammy was my go to. When Tammy left I continue going. But enough is enough! They are horrible. They rush on your nails and half do your pedicure. Lee is terrible and will catch an attitude when you explain that something is wrong. She puts your polish in too thick and you also have to tell her that your nails are not even. A waste of time and I will not be returning for any service and will not be recommending them to no one. They went down hill and need to adjust their attitudes and listen to the customers. Never will I be returning!

I love I nails... They do great work but I make a appointment for a reason and they never take you on time and i get upset about it!!! Why I made an appointment !! Today, the lady who did me, hurt two of my fingers and one nail is growing crooked didnt fix it ... And the price went up ! I usually spend 38 today I paid over 50 ! Dont know if This will be my place to go !

This is the place to get your pedicure done! The staff is always friendly and goes a great job. Repeat customer for life!

I was in a pinch to get my nails done. The place I always go was booked out. Shame on me. My acrylics are uneven. Not one of them are shaped the same. Three times I had her reshape them and she could not see that they were crooked. I will wait and pay to have my regular girl to fix them.

By far the worst pedicure I have gotten in a while! The water was cold, no real cleani g of the nail or foot.

I have been going to this salon on and off for the last 6 years and the last three times I was there I have been asked if the gift certificate I provided and coupon of which they sign off on each time was in fact actually mine to use. Also, the last time my sister and I were there we both had the dip done on our nails and received a fungus. Not sure what happened to this place over the last six years but I will no longer be going to this place and they don’t treat their customers with respect!!!

Went there three times. The first time was eh, not much wrong. The second time my nails were uneven and they were really thick. The third time they were horrible. The nails themselves are uneven, there was too much topcoat and they were too thick again. My daughter’s nails are also messed up. They’re not all the same length and there is way too much polish on them, which makes them really thick. They’re not squared enough and they just look bad. I do not recommend. But that’s my opinion.

I would not suggest going here especially for eyebrow wax and definitely not to get your nails done they absolutely suck! I went to get my eyebrows waxed a week ago and they damn near wax off all of my eyebrows mind you I have very thick eyebrows the lady there must have been new, her response to f****** up my eyeballs was to just draw them on but who has time for that?

Today was the first time Ive gone to I Nail Salon. I got a gel powder fill done by Kim and theyre the best Ive had! She is careful and patient. She gets the polish all the way back to the nail bed and they came out looking amazing. They are not too thick or too thin. Everytime someone came in she greeted them with a smile. I highly recommend them and Ill be back!

I LOVE this place! The girls are very professional, my manicure is always perfect and the prices are good. I recently moved and am now an hour away and I would not even think of going anywhere else.

Great until my nail girl left and when I called for an appointment they told me two totally different stories, first she was off that day, then when I said about the following day they told me she moved to CA!!!! Not true. Will not return to liars!

Have gone to this place for a few years and its always been great service and friendly faces. They do a nice job on my nails and they always ensure you are satisfied.

At this place its all about you when it comes to how you prefer being pampered. The only thing beware of the pedicure. The tech is real rough on removing nail and I got a slight infection, my toes had pus coming out the next two days in the area where she clipped nail and removed skin. I will only allow her to use nail clippers and the pumice stone on me because of this. Why? The tech gives epic foot massages. Also, if you have really calloused feet like I do, she will get ALL that stuff off and leave your feet soft for weeks.

I have been a customer for over a year. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. The nail technicians are very talented in free hand nail art. I have had several wax treatments and been happy with all of them.

I have been coming here for a long time and went through just about every nail tech that works there. None of them do as good of a job as Tammy. She takes her time and is a perfectionist! My gel nails will stay 4-6 weeks even with showering kids and doing dishes. Advice: Only ask for Tammy.

Unprofessional... I’ve been going here for years and always tell myself to keep giving them another chance. But this time I’m done. They clearly talk about you- as soon as I walked in and asked for a pedi/mani the lady looked at me and laughed so hard and started talking. I was confused and didn’t think it was about me, so I said is it ok if I get the powder and the lady laughs even harder.. guess she must hate her job or thinks it’s appropriate to laugh at customers. I opted to only stay for a pedicure as I don’t feel like I should spend my money where I feel it’s a bother for a requested service. Kim gave a very nice pedicure, however and tried her best to overcome the earlier situation- but it already left a sour taste in mouth. Tammy the owner could care less if the customer is happy or not. She’s selective as to whom she speaks to or greets. She came in with groceries filled with food- guess she had food on her mind instead. On to the next salon in hopes that better service is available.

I didn’t have a good experience last time. I was way overcharged and my nails looked terrible. They were nice at least so I waited a few months and tried a Again, it was bad. Worse pedicure, this was the last attempt. I’m done going back.

I lovee my nails!! I work in food service and they stay nice though the rough test I put them in!! Now on the negative side, its very hard to express what you want especially when it comes to designs on nails because not many of them speak English well. Helen though, does a wonderful job on my nails. Not much of a talker but she does nails great. As for pedecuries, they are good as long as you get the right person and I only think one of them is good at it, Jenni I think. She also waxed my eye brows in perfection!

My favorite place. Reasonable prices and the ladies work hard. Tip your technician!

They are one of two places I go in Harrisburg. They are busy but usually no problem walking in.

I used to like going to this place and then they started annoying me. The one young girl cant even speak English at all. she never understands me. and she always needs help when she does nails. I dont understand. I was a regular customer and they knew that. it was my birthday and they took my friend to get her nails done first. I didnt have enough time to wait so I ended up leaving and got nothing done for my birthday. and I had an appointment.. they also said next time I would get the $5 dollars off since I left..no. I came back and they were like only on birthdays are you kidding?? the second time I was getting my nails done the lady stopped in the middle to go do someones toes...and about 20 minuets of waiting for her to do someones toes she didnt wash her hands she just came right back to do my nails.. Im fed up with this place.

They gave a great foot massage, but could not do a design to save their lives!

Acrylics arnt to thick like other salons and stay on long and strong. My favorite salon I know!
