The folks at Poage were fantastic.We were recently traveling through Missouri pulling a large camp trailer. The transmission went out on our tow vehicle (Friday afternoon of course).We got our truck and trailer towed to Poage. The folks there even stayed late for us to arrive and then set us up on there lot with power to stay in our camper and got us a loaner car so we wouldnt be stranded.The repair was fairly major (full transmission replacement), but they got parts ordered and got us back on the road in just 1 week.Thanks Poage!

I reached out online about a 2020 Jeep Renegade. I asked for their best price, and was simply told the regular price which I already could see. Little while later I did get a better price given to me. So I arranged my own financing and everything and was ready to buy. I go to the dealer and took it for a quick drive and then got numbers worked out etc. Next was to wait for finance which there was 1 customer ahead of me. I waited their for over 4 hours. So I ended up being at this dealer from 230 to after 730. I figured since I did the financing work that I should have been in and out within a couple hours. This by far was the worst experience at a car dealer.

I purchased two vehicles from this place and get all my services done there. The service department isn’t that good. I’m 65 years old and live alone and my tires were low because of cold temperatures. I took my jeep in to get air in my tires and they turned me away. So I went and did my own and slipped and on ice /snow and hurt my knee. That’s no way to treat your elderly.

The vehicle was over 600 miles away but well worth the trip. Even when my new (used) pickup, had a Bluedef issue after the purchase they took care of the issue by paying to have it fixed and paying for our hotel room, and dinner for the night we spent on the road with the truck in limp mode. I highly recommend these guys as their integrity can not be beat. Thanks for the fun new Ram Poage. You guys ROCK!!

We had a power steering issue with our 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser and we had taken it to a couple of other garages in town but the issue always returned. We made a decision to take it to Poage when we thought there might had been a recall issued for our problem. Rhonda helped us out and got an appointment made. Long story short Poage fixed the issue and we have not had a problem since. Thank you to the service techs at Poage for your efforts! My 16 year old is happy that it is easier to steer her car.

This dealer does good work and has taken care of our vehicles for the past 5 years. They do a multi point check every oil change and my 2012 Ram 2500 has always passes front and rear brake inspection. During my past state safety inspection my front brake pads were almost worn down to metal on metal so obviously failed inspection and with wheels off, had to pay for a front break job in order to pass and be on my way. Obviously Poage doesn’t really check a vehicle out I can’t give 5 stars

We left my van at Poages with the instructions to inspect it and look it over to find any issues that might cause problems on a road trip of several thousand miles. We told them that there was a smell of burnt oil that we were concerned about. After looking it over, they told us that the intake gasket was leaking. They quoted us $1,200 to replace it, the oil pan and the valve cover gaskets. They never called to let us know any other issues or even to let us know that it was finished. When we contacted them, they told us that the bill was $1,600 or $400 over estimate with no call. When asked what was found during inspection they told us that no inspection had been done. Asked again to do an inspection, they found a hole in the muffler. When we looked it over ourselves, we found that the alternator and battery were bad and that my tires were badly dryrotted. When we asked about these issues not being found, we were told we didnt charge you to look it over and what do you expect for free?WE TOOK THE VAN TO THEM TO FIND ANY ISSUES THAT MIGHT CAUSE PROBLEMS ON A ROAD TRIP OF SEVERAL THOUSAND MILES. WE FULLY INTENDED TO PAY FOR HAVING IT THOROUGHLY LOOKED OVER AND TO HAVE ANY ISSUES FOUND FIXED!The burnt oil smell is still there so they recommended having the engine pressure washed. They also missed a large crack in the breather hose from the valve cover to the air box.How is this in any way ready for a trip across town let alone across the country?

Purchased extended warranty ( bumper to bumper). Twice I have had issues that were not covered. Parking light warning when no lights are out. Dealer puts an unauthorized diagnosis on it to tell me they can’t fix it without searching. I took the car there for another reason and specifically told them I didn’t want to pay $100.00 to fix a light bulb that Wasn’t out. Only a dash warning. When I return, I get a bill for $111.00 with nothing fixed and now the light doesn’t work. I even took photos of all lights working when I dropped it off. Of course, wiring not covered by warranty. I took the car somewhere else and got the light fixed. Previous issue was water puddling in floorboards. I was told because I hadn’t changed the cabin filter, a drain clogged. I don’t believe that, nor does my regular mechanic. Anyway, I paid a $145.00 bill for a cabin filter install. This takes me ten minutes. It apparently takes them an hour. By the way, no it’s not a covered issue by warranty because I should have changed the cabin filter.Needless to say, I am rethinking extended warranties as well as maintenance. I have three current recalls on two different vehicles and will probably try something different.

We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 last week and was VERY pleased with dealing with Brad. This week I lost my key in the car. We searched and searched to no avail. I took it out to Brad and not only did he not laugh at me, 4 people took an hour searching and finally found it under the passenger front key under the carpet. Brought truck in for no heat, was charged almost $300 to flush the heater coil, when a new one to purchase is $250. Flushing the coil did not fix the problem. Called the service department back the next day to tell them of the failure to resolve the issue and was told they would call me back, as of the writing of this review I have still not received a call. First visit and last to this dealer for either purchase or service. I guess I made the correct choice going out of state to purchase my Ram pickup.

The car is wonderful!****************UPDATE******************Im changing my rating from a 3 star to a 5 star. I got a recall notice in the mail and they got me right in to fix it and asked if they could do an oil change since I was there and they did that also and everyone was really nice and upbeat and friendly! I was expecting a large bill for changing the oil at a dealership, NOPE!! It only cost me 30 some dollars. Thats what it would have cost us if my husband had done it himself!! While they ultimately did maintenance needed on my vehicle, the only communication I ever received from them was my vehicle is ready and I owe them $500. Would have liked a phone call with a diagnosis, and an estimate before committing to work. What would have happened if I didnt have the money?? When I picked up my vehicle, no one offered to explain what was done, no one greeted me, only one person looked up from the computer. Will probably never go back for anything even if the problem can only be dinnertime by a licensed dealer. This is everything I despise about the auto mechanic world.

We like the vehicle but o feel as though we were rushed through the whole process of the purchasing and signing of the financial aspect. Finance officer did not explain thoroughly what was taking place. I found the staff to be extremely friendly I was only there about an hour they discover the problem in my Uconnect radio and immediately ordered another radio without question. They also did some research and found a couple of recalls on my vehicle and took care of him right then and there. We are on a road trip from South Dakota to South Carolina and our Chrysler Town and Country had the front brake calipers seize up, we took it here and they verified the problem right away, even tho it was close to closing time. They overnighted the parts and got it repaired by 8:45 the next morning. Provided us with a courtesy car and recommended excellent places to eat and stay. The Sirius Radio issue in my new Grand Cherokee has been a problem since March 17 - after getting feedback directly from Chrysler who contacted Sirius - the third attempt at Poage proved successful. Every one was great along the way...the situation was just odd and the radio had to be reloaded due to unpleasant static and ear burning nuisance noise. Poage was great. The problem was very odd and it took a bit to figure it all out.

Just got my second (Free) oil change. I say free because the first two oil changes were to be gratis. But after they did the service i was told it was not free but 68 dollars. They stated that the second oil change has expired. I purchased the car NEW and knew going in it was not a premium car. I bought it for a second car and expect to sell it before it hits 5 years. I wish they would have alerted men that the oil change would not be complimentary and in would have had them don the regular check up and changed it myself. Also after I got it home I checked the oil ( which should always be done) only to discover they had spilled oil all over the dipstick engine cover and even on the windshield. Not sure who they have working back there but they need to do a better job cleaning up the overspill. Ill be taking my Fiat to another dealer for any service not covered by the warrantee and changing the oil myself.

I was on a road trip with my family when my back window broke on my brand new truck. I found Poage Dodge and they jumped on the problem right away. The service was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. Dont hesitate to deal with them.

I would give Zero stars if I could! First off I was just suppose to get an oil change. Rhonda called and said it needed around $500 worth of things done to it. When I told her I would speak to my husband and get back to them they tried to keep my vehicle then she went behind my back and called my husband and gave him this big story how it needed to be fixed asap just so we wouldnt take our business elsewhere. (Even though we never had intentions to) Rhonda also tried to get us to pay for a part and services that were covered 100% under warranty. My husband told them I needed a loaner if they were keeping my vehicle. I was on the phone with them all day trying to get a loaner and they brought it to be 10 minutes before I got off work only because i called and wanted to speak to a manager after I already spoke to the service manager. The loaner they gave me was filthy (I have pictures to show). There was an earring back in the cup holder and to top it off the engine light was on. I attempted multiple times to call them and they kept ignoring me. I had to call them and told them they either get me service or a manager and when I did they finally spoke to me and said my vehicle had been ready for a day (they never called but swore they did). Now I have it back and theres a rattling noise that wasnt there before. Worst service ever!
