Took 2 days to tow my car to their shop. At their shop for another whole day .Then charged another hour of labor for another part to be installed. Everything was one piece as it came off donor car. He charged extra hour when he installed the two pieces as one piece. And didnt work that extra hour. Crooks.

Not professional at all, but they got me a same-day inspection when no other place in Hannibal could. If you go in there, make sure to ask questions and figure out who is in charge because its hard to tell who works there and who doesnt.

I was treated with respect and the price I thought was very suitable and fast service. The employees at S&S garage are carrying people and are a real asset to the community.

Always helpful get the job done for me.

I was traveling out of town through Hannibal on a Friday afternoon and broke a sepertine belt. Called S&S and was told that they were busy and could probably get to it on Monday so I explained my situation and was told to bring it up now and they would see what they could do.They dropped everything they were doing and got it done within 30 minutes and that includes ordering the new belt and having it delivered !!!!!!!Did I mention I was driving an older Mercedes thats not the easiest car to work on or find parts for.Super nice people with down home hospitality.Highly recommended and the labor rate was super fair.

Don’t really help. Not willing to work with you and very hard to reach. Got my car there 45 minutes before they closed and asked if he could just look at it and see if it was the battery and he says no because he’s heading hom. I forgot it takes 45 minutes to check a damn battery. Towing company deserves a 5/5 tho
