Took my car to the shop to put on new mufflers and fix an exhaust leak that came from this shop about a year ago to start with. Dropped my car off, got it fixed, paid my bill in full, and went home. I got a call the next morning saying they forgot to bill me for some things so I had to drive down once again and pay almost the entire price of my first bill again just because they forgot to put it on the first one. Unprofessional and very frustrating.

Traveling from Florida toMN we broke down. Tow company took us to the muffler shop.Ron stopped what he was doing and worked on our truck straight away.Really cheap prices and amazing service. They could have gouged us as we were traveling through but no. They took great care of us. I highly recommend them!

Besides having my car break down on the side of Highway 61....on my way to a big presentation...with my Boss in the car - I completely lucked out today! I was incredibly lucky to have been connected to Bob, Ron, and Team at Muffler Shop & Car Care Center. They were able to tow me safely to the shop, get my vehicle in the garage, & get me back on the road home quickly with a minor fix. They could have easily said it was something major costing me hundreds of dollars, but I walked out with less than $40 out of pocket. Thank you for the expedited & honest work!!! You guys are the best!

Got appointment for vehicle inspection. Arrived 15 minutes early so they it in early. Never really know how long things like this are going to take. Done in 25 minutes. Friendly and helpful.

My family and I were traveling through Hannibal on a Friday night when our car broke down. We were 5 hours from home and had no idea where to go to get it fixed, especially on a weekend. The tow truck company recommended the Muffler Shop since they are open Saturday morning.They knew we were from out of town and made sure our car got taken care of right away. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and expertise. Thanks!

3 stars go to the friendly front desk otherwise it would have been 1 star. After a full week diagnostics their mechanic said a part needed to be replaced however it did not solve the problem. The issue was resolved elsewhere and it was simple fix.

While my wife and i were traveling the clutch on the ac compresor went out. the muffler shop got us in and took good care of us. truck is fixed and the price wasnt bad

Ron is the BEST person to trust with your car... There have been several times where Ive gone in with something that I was sure would be a couple hundred dollar to fix, and he will be honest, even though it means that the shop is making less money and say that actually he things he can try a small fix first instead of a big replacement. Most people would not be that honest if it meant less money for the company, for that reason I will always take my car to him first if anything goes wrong. Knowing that the person that you are dealing with is that honest means a huge deal to me!

Muffler Shop is the best place to take your vehicle in Hannibal! And Ron is absolutely great.
