I have had NOTHING but wonderful work and customer service from Oakwood Automotive. My husbands great grandmother went to Ferren way back when, and my husband has used him ever since. He will be straight with you, will explain what you dont understand, and he is more than fair in his dealings! Everyone needs to go to Oakwood!

I have been going here for car repairs and general maintenance since I got my first car in the late 1980s. Ferron Sanders and his staff are very knowledgeable and honest. If he cant fix the problem he will recommend going to a dealer or a mechanic he trusts or in a worst case scenario he will say its time to look for a new vehicle. He answers your questions honestly and will explain what is wrong so that you can understand the problem. A lot of times for minor problem he has been able to get me in the same day and I know I can always stop in to ask about a noise or other problem with my vehicle and if necessary make an appointment then.

Ive taken my vehicle to Oakwood Automotive for 5 years or more. Great friendly service. Farron and Ryan are great. They explain to you what is wrong and wont do something that doesnt need to be done. Fair prices and very knowledgeable. Friendly and Honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
