This is worst place around. I have been coming here for years and tolerated Lindas and Leons rude behavior because of the girl that did my nails. But the waiting for 40 min. after making an appointment and not even acknowledging that I was waiting was the last straw. Too many places around to deal with these horrible owners.

This was my 2nd time when at the time of services I was given a price & when the woman ran my debit card she up charged me an extra $5. She told me it was a mistake. Which is a complete lie because the prices on the board are according to what she said the total cost would be. When I pointed her out on the lie she laughed. I’m never coming here.

Im so glad I found this little place. They do beautiful work and they do it fast . Very reasonable, lovely people. Each manicurist is a perfectionist. Ive never walked out of there dissatisfied. Ive never had so many compliments about my nails

I’ve been going here for 15 years.It’s the only place I go, the owner Linda does my nails. My nails last over 3 weeks they don’t use the cheap stuff but it’s worth the price.The place is clean the employees are great, excellent customer service!!

Love them have been going for what seems like forever. If I go some place else while on vacation else they yell at me (jokingly) lol. Very nice and my nails last 3-4 weeks

At first this place was alright but now it is just awful. They do not clean up my nails properly when applying tips, they just tuck it underneath the nail. When I had my tips taken off, not all of the fake nail was off and when I got a manicure after, the polish was not smooth at all and there is a bit gap between my nails and cuticle. I could have done a better job.

Worse experience of my life. I called for information about how much the charge for tips and the guys on the phone was so polite and answer my question and said i can come in at 5pm. I got there at 4:58pm and waited for help this lady said “can I help you?” I said “I would like to get my nail done I was told I could come at 5pm” The lady was nasty the whole time and responded and said “if you can’t tell were busy come back in an hour.” I don’t need her attitude and I said “ You lost a customer.” And walked out. Never going back there she could of been polite and say can you come back in an hour.

Awful! Do your self a favor and dont go. Went yesterday for a fill and after leaving I realized how bad they had done on my nails. I usually dont complain but after they chipped the next day I called. They told me to come in and they would fix them. I thought great so I went. Well they had the same lady that did them in the first place fix them and they again were awful. I was so annoyed I just left. So save your self the trouble and just dont go!

Short waits even when busy. Beautiful pink and white wraps! Bartender tested, not one chip, crack or fade, ever. This place does them the best.

I get my nails done by Leon, he is excellent. Their prices are Good and Steady. They Dont Nickel and Dime you for Everything. Im very happy. Since I moved I gave been to quite a few places and am Happy to say I found my Monthly Nail Salon..

The people are very nice but I got a French manicure and a few days later the white tips turnt somewhat black. I got them done for vacation and now are ruined... never coming back again.

This place does even deserve 1 star. Got my nails done by a extremely rude lady who was very rough, cut me, left my nails looking horrible, and very very thin. Not even a week later, my one nail chipped. The next day another nail chipped, which has never happened to me. Came in today to get them filled and was ignored for about 30 minutes. Another lady walked in and after 5 minutes they sat her down right away. Linda then proceeded to tell me to go back to the lady who did a horrible job on my nails. When I politely asked if I could wait for her or her husband she just laughed. I asked if I could make an appointment for another day and she ignored me. Never coming back here again and wasting my money.

Went there today in a pinch, walked in on a Friday afternoon around 3:45p, there was only 1 customer in the whole...that should have been my first clue! The nail tech was far more interested in his cell phone than me, the customer! While watching him remove my polish, I noticed how unclean the salon was, and watched him remove nail polish off of one finger, then look at his phone, which was positioned perfectly on his leg so he could keep looking down. Then he went to take out an old very used emery board to file my nails...That is when I got up and walked out!! Will NEVER go back and I highly recommend you dont go there either!

I’ve come here quite a few times and at first they were awesome, but now they don’t seem to care about doing my nails at all...I got my nails done here recently and asked for a full set, new nails were not put on....my nails weren’t cleaned up or painted fully, and one is bubbled up and cracking already...most definitely not wasting my money here ever again.

Love this place! I get a gel manicure and it lasts 3 weeks! When my friends go to other places their nails start chipping within 2 weeks. But not mine. Prices are reasonable too.

I came in for pedi and mani. theyre not the best for Manis...they do not clean up cuticles well, they seem in a rush.

Been here a couple times but never had such a horrible pedicure as I did Sunday. Lancomb was so rough to where I had to tell her to STOP. My toe was bleeding and she scrubbed my heel raw, cannot where shoes with a back until it heels. They use Dremel tools on the nails and not sure how there are disinfected. Non English speaking and unfriendly at best. Definitely looking for a new place.

My wife says its the best place in the world and I have to agree because of the best nails Ive ever seen her have

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE NEVER GO THERE!! I called Elegant Nails II in Hackettstown, New Jersey and scheduled appointments for 2 pedicures at 12:30. My friend and I arrived at exactly 12:30 on the dot. We were seated immediately and the place was hardly crowded. My friend and I sat and waited with our feet in the water for over 40 minutes. After 40 minutes one women took her time and finally began my friends pedicure. After my friends pedicure was completed they began mine. Which then was an hour after my appointment. My friends pedicure began at 1:10 and mine didnt start until 1:30!! Finally after they finsihed I went to the counter to pay and told the manager that we had made appointments for 12:30 and they had started very late and here we are at 2 oclock still there. She did not apologize and did not offer any discount for us waiting This place does not do that well of a job to act like this!!! Also---both the man and women that mainly do nails are not polite at all. They offer there unwanted opinions and get mad when you dont want to do what they suggest.

Leon always does a great job! Never had issues with nails lifting or breaking.

Smells horrible. Poor customer service. Would not recommend
