They do good work and are honest and professional. Saved me money by helping me find the right parts for a good price. Joey took out the air ride suspension in my 2000 Expedition and installed a shock suspension. Overall good experience!

They do great work at a fair price. The only thing to know is they dont take cards. As long as you have a way to pay cash they are the best in town.

This family-run automotive shop scheduled me in on a moments notice, installing an a/c compressor during the 100+ degree heatwave. They got the part ordered and completed the job an astonishing 6 days ahead of the original turnaround estimate. My air conditioning now works flawlessly, and I am ever so grateful. I wouldnt recommend these guys to any one…! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! I been in the car industry for 26 years and worked on several cars myself getting older and just not having the time to work On them I take them to a mechanic Now… So I took this mechanic a job for power steering pump that was $49 Right on top of the engine with 4 bolts and one Hose, I took him a hood latch cable and handle Only not the hood latch itself And they clean the injectors So there was approximately a $100 worth of parts and fluids And since I was d John and $50 from another mechanic I figured it would probably be in that same Ballpark. When I went to pick up my Vehicle the bill was over $500! At which point I asked the owner of the shop to come take a look at the parts because I had taken a look in the other mechanic it showed me And show me where he had 8 hours were the labor To do this job That honestly took maybe 2 hours altogether If you work Slow…! It was honestly 4 bolts 1 hose some clips for the cable and topping up some fluids and Im not talking flushing the whale or flushing the transmission or flushing the radiator injection cleaner And power steering fluid which are very inexpensive ! Well after asking him to come show me where I spent my $506 he told me no Im not going to your car If you dont like the price dont bring any cars here… Which being a business owner boggled me! Then I gave him a few choice words my own and his little side kick chimed in and I left before they tried to attack me or something ! ! They were standing around in the shop doing nothing talking with themselves And have the audacity To treat as client who spent nearly a $1000 there this month alone Like they dont appreciate or care about my business I highly recommend you find a qualified mechanic who knows how to do their job in a regular amount of time and theres lots of them locally to do your work I highly recommend you never touch put at this shop and by the way their parking is Lacking to say the least! Merry Christmas hope I just saved you a lot of money And grief!!!

I have been using Referral Automotive for a long time. I have always had great service there. They have taken care of my vehicle and me. As a single woman I worry about a mechanic trying to suggest I need work done on my vehicle that is not necessary. I never have to worry about this wonderful family owned business.I refer all of my friends here and they have also been very happy.

I recommend this place to everyone that wants their vehicle inspected! For a low cost ($40?) these guys will look over your entire vehicle and tell you what needs to be fixed, and the severity of the problem if there is one. I’ve taken 4 of my own cars here and I don’t plan on ever buying a car before taking it here first! No one likes to find out that the car they just took a loan out on won’t make it more then a few hundred miles... go here! Don’t waste time with big chain places that just want your money!They also of course give you quotes and stuff to get everything taken care of. And they can usually get your car in within a timely manner to make said repairs.

I had an appointment for an oil change. On my way to their shop, my check engine light came on. I asked if they would check it out and let me know what is going on. After changing my oil, they informed me of why my check engine light was on, and what I can do about it. They didnt charge me extra for the advice, and their advice just may save me a bit of $$ in the future! I appreciate how they treated me. They clearly had my interest in mind before making a buck. In the long run, they have earned my trust for my automotive needs.

A very reasonable dependable shop. We own two older Blazers and thanks to Referral Automotive, they are still running strong. Oil changes, brakes, and when the check engine light was on, they had it fixed in one day.

Decent prices, unreliable results.This shop has apparently blacklisted me for posting an honest review instead of reaching out to try to make things better, so Im updating with a more comprehensive review.Cons: My wife had an issue fixed with her wheel, and they overtightened a lugnut so badly that the bolt snapped off the first time we took it on the highway. When we brought it in to have them repair it (a simple 10 minute fix) they charged full price to fix their mistake instead of doing the stand up thing and comping it.I went in to have my alternator replaced, they replaced the battery instead and told me that was the problem. As if I dont know my own car. Surprise surprise, less than 24 hours after driving it out of the shop, the alternator stips charging again. To add to that, the battery they installed wasnt even secured, so it rattled around in the engine and rested against belt pulley, causing the pulley to grind into the battery. The battery is 2 weeks old and already needs to be replaced again. This is not something I would expect from a professional.Had a blower motor switch replaced, and somehow they managed to make the selector lever in the cab break so the heater only goes to 3 instead of all the way to 5. It still works okay, so I wasnt going to mention it, but if thats the way things are, then I guess thats the way things are.Pros: They once replaced my water pump without breaking anything. So I guess 1 out of 4 isnt bad.

Took my car there for a fuel pump. Paid $120 only to leave the shop and have my car quit on me again in less than 24 hours. Then they had my car for almost two weeks, charged me $600 for a fuel injector. i then left a second time and within 24 hours my car was dead. Crack in the engine block. Mechanic said that all of my coolant had leaked out, but I had just had the fluids checked mere days before taking it to them. How did my car sit in your shop for two weeks, and come out with no coolant and a cracked engine block. They offered no refund, even when asked if they could simply refund a small portion of the labor. I almost lost the roof over my head because I spent all my money paying them to fix a problem that continuously got worse every time they touched the car, and then ended in the complete death of my car. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE.

Took an Impala in that wouldnt start, said engine is shot needs replaced. Got a second opinion (I suspected just the battery needing replaced) turns out only thing wrong with the car was a dead battery! The woman at the desk was very pushy to give a quote for a new engine. Was even told the battery was tested as good by them.

Referral Auto is amazing..., The woman that runs the office Carla is a freaken Rockstar !!! She can answer phones, watch the guys, grab the kid, write a check and wash windows at the same time all while maintaining a smile...Very friendly atmosphere and Great work !!
